This hotel was more than awesome! It has everything you need: nice, clean rooms, delicious breakfast (Pho was our favorite), pleasent pool, free bikes. An absolutely charming host, so helpful and attent to our needs (eg. she offered us umbrellas on a rainy day and raincoats when we went cycling). She helped us to organize a driver to My Son, as well as recommended restaurants and attractions around the city. Also, very responsive on WhatsApp when needed to discuss anything when not in the hotel. We planned to stay 2 nights, extended to 3 nights as it was so perfect. 100% recommended!

I was given a room upgrade. The staff especially Ms Y was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was substantial. There was even a bicycle to use for free. I would have given Green Hill Hotel a perfect 10 score if not for the above annoyances.

Every morning I was awakened around 6.30am by loud hammering which I thought initially was coming from a construction site. Upon inquiring, I was told that there is a shop next door that sells meat and the sound I heard was the butchering of the meat. Also, I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to pay for a 2nd cup of coffee at breakfast which was overpriced. They could have given me a complimentary second cup out of goodwill since I was a guest staying for 3 nights.

The receptionists are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Communication is easy in English. It’s a small hotel, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We love the convenient location close to the local market, restaurants, spas and gyms. We enjoyed the breakfast for a week and the free bicycles to the beach. We extended a long stay and can definitely recommend this lovely and peaceful hotel.

The staff really doted on us: we received a personalised hand-written note in French for Christmas, as well as Christmas cupcakes! The staff really made efforts and involved themselves to serve us the best they could. Nice hotel overall, with a swimming-pool where the kids enjoyed going to eventhough it was raining during our entire stay.

There is no proper entrance or lobby or common room. That was missing for us as the rooms are quite small and the kids didn't have a place where to play when it was pouring outside.

It was honestly such a lovely stay! Great clean room, brekkie was delicious and the location was perfect since it’s near both the old town and the beach! On a special note we can say Miss Ý was absolutely amazing, she helped us book all the best events and trips and was so kind. Def appreciated how she made us feel welcomed and pampered! Thank you Ý!

10/10 Stay!! (Been travelling 2 months now + already done the research on where to stay here) We have been travelling for a few months now and this has to be our favourite place so far. The value for money is exceptional and the rooms were clean, well maintained and very comfortable. However, the best part of the stay was the staff. They were all so friendly every single time we saw them. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and offered to book us our taxis, tours, gave us ideas for what to do and even booked our boat away from Hoi An for us. Definitely stay here if you are heading to Hoi An.

There was nothing to complain about, the facilities and staff were amazing and the pool was very well kept. The breakfast was also really good.

The room space was great, it was super clean, fresh water everyday. There is good tours with the hotel to explore the most important points outside Hoi An. The location is good, in a quite side of the city and 10 min walk from the most touristic place. Breakfast is also amazing and cooked on the spot! Thu at the reception was amazing - and so was everyone else on the staff! Highly recommend this place and will be back myself in the future!

Excellent service. The receptionist speaks great English and was very helpful. She made a call to the bus company for me which I appreciate a lot, as I was confused about the schedule.

Brand new nice hotel with great facilities, very comfortable room with pool view, awesome breakfast, helpful and very kind staff, refreshing swimming pool and lots of food and coffee places around. Location is great, beach and anccient city are easily reachable either walking distance or riding the free to use bike they will have ready for you as you wish.

I liked the location. I liked the welcoming and friendly vibes of the receptionist. Assisting me any cultural event or shopping I wanted to inquire about.
