The Babylon Central Villa is a small hotel owned by friendly Tan and his lovely wife Hoa. There were several choices on the breakfast menu and included fresh fruit, coffee or tea. We often ordered the night before so Hoa could plan ahead. My nephew and I stayed in 401and 402 the only rooms on the top floor. Both were spacious and clean and mine had a king size bed and huge patio overlooking the street. The hotel is located in a residential area surrounded by guest houses, small restaurants, convenience stores and beauty salons. Local families live in the area and it is an interesting short walk to Old Town and other places of interest. I will definitely stay at the Babylon Central Villa on my next visit to Hoi An. The hosts at Babylon Villa takes good care of their guests. They offered to make bookings for activities we would like to try when Klook does not have any slots left and would give free rides to Hoi An Old Town if they are not tied down with other guests. It is an overall friendly atmosphere at a AirBnB setting which is cozier and valuable. As the hosts stay onsite, reception is almost 20hours per day. The rooms are big and clean, tiled and not carpeted. Water pressure in the shower is good and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is provided, simple but made when you come downstairs, hot and toasty.

The room is pretty big. It was also spotless clean. Is is real good value for money and it even includes a simple breakfast which you can choose from a menu and is prepared in that very moment by the host - it is pretty basic but for the rooms price I would just consider it a bonus.

The bed was not comfortable, it clearly is a bit dated and makes lots of noises and you could even feel the mattress springs. Also it is a bit far from the ancient town if you consider the size of the town. And the pool is rather decorative, not really funcitional.

Very helpful and friendly owner and family. Tang helped us to plan our trip, ist was really really Nice! Tang speaks great English! Nice and clean room, we felt also very confortable sitting on the balcony, drinking our cold beer from the fridge:) Clean bathroom and great shower. The coffee was just as we wanted it, strong and wonderful to start right in the day:) The location is just amazing. Its not far walking to the center. It's more calm there (believe me, You do not want to stay in the center, too many people and motobikes). For us it was the best location in Hoi An - use the bicycles to go to the beach, your feet to walk to the center and stay in a more quiet área. Breakfast is basic and could be a bit more... E.g. we love trying different fruits... Sometimes passions fruit, mango, Longan, papaya or dragón fruit would be great for european people, as we don't have it too much in Europe... (Banana & Mandarine we also have a lot). The bicycles are not in the best conditions:)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, which was a big plus. The location was convenient – not too far from the Old Town, so it was easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is really convenient. Lovely family owned hotel who were friendly and helpful. Very simple, clean with comfortable beds and great showers! Bahn Mei for breakfast very good - picked up fresh from the local market every morning . Highly recommend if you don’t want lots of frills and fancy!

super clean rooms, owner and family are so so lovely, caring, friendly and supportive with any needs - so quiet too which is always a bonus for an excellent night sleep 😊✨ our room was the top - 402 and MASSIVE with an incredible balcony !!!! would 100% stay here again - highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An !! thank-you so so much again 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Lovely family owned business, we had an issue with water on the first night but they were super helpful and apologetic. Amazing location, you can walk to Hoi An UNESCO Heritage site. Vegetarian breakfast options and much vegetarian options in the area. Owners are super helpful, gave many local recommendations. Clean and spacious rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at Babylon Villa. The owners were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The room was very spacious, with a big comfy bed and good pillows. Great big bathroom with good towels and the shower was nice and hot! Great balcony too. Great laundry services as well. The place is not super close to Old Town, but not too far either and we liked that it wasn't in the busy area (still easy to walk into town or catch a Grab car). There's also a really nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant on the corner just down the road.

Hands down the best hotel we been to in our 6 month travel! We were surprised by how well the facility was kept after two years of covid. Most hotels and homestay we went to weren't. Very new and clean rooms with minibar and a lot of space. Also a decent chair and desk to work. Wifi was good. The shower has good temperature and power. There is also powerful mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, so I am sure the rooms will still be in good shape in the years to come. The pool is clean and refreshing after a day of sightseeing or going to the beach. We made use of the free bicycles, it is a short cycle to the old city and about 15 minutes to the beach. Perfect location if you ask us. The best about our experience were the owners and staff. Incredibly nice people who do everything for their guests to ensure they have a great time. The owner even picked us up from the bus, we got some nice exotic fruits and smoothies to taste and had lovely conversations with them. We extended our stay here by 3 days. Highly recommended! I usually don't make time to write long reviews like this, but since our experience was so exceptional we love to share it with you.
