Had a wonderful few days in Flame Flowers, the family are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room and whole property was modern, spotlessly clean and very well located for all sites of Hoi An, facilities are excellent. I highly recommend and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

AMAZING. Words can’t describe how well taken care of I was when I stayed with Flame Flowers. Extremely kind family that treats you as one of their own. Truly felt like I was at my home away from home. Beautiful, clean, and spacious room. Shout out to Sara who helped me maximize my short time there with great recommendations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms. This family is so attentive, so caring, so willing to help you in any way that's needed. It goes far beyond the expectations of any homestay or hotel that I've ever stayed in before. They were kind, generous, and always willing to help. Free bicycles to go to the rice fields and to the gym were wonderful and the breakfasts and snacks were so thoughtful. They answered any questions I had and helped to make my experience in Hoi An one I will never forget!

That I didn't get to stay longer, unfortunately, when I changed my plans, they were fully booked. But I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable, lovely and peaceful time on Hoi An. My room was quite spacious with ample amount of sunlight. AC works good. Hot water 24/7, in case if required. Good Wi-Fi to take work related conference calls and to stream Netflix on television. Just a few minutes walk away (5-7mins) from the main area and away from the city hustle. Sara is just a wonderful person with all the handpicked recommendations, it saves me too much of my time in trying out restaurants and cafés. This property also suggested a good Spa with decent discount and with pick and drop facility. Also, they have free bicycles to roam around the city like locals. I mean, just book it and you will know what I am talking about. 😁

We had a lovely room with a little balcony, which was a real sun trap! The location was great - slightly tucked away which meant it was very peaceful, but still only around 10 minutes to get to the old town. We felt safe walking back there at night as well, but there are also free bikes available if you need them! The staff were the real highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us with anything and everything. We felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived - there was fresh mango and snacks to welcome us and Thao gave us a quick explainer about Hoi An and lots of recommendations for the main things we wanted to do, which all turned out to be brilliant! She gave us her number in case we had any more questions (which we did!!) and it made such a huge difference to have all that local knowledge at our fingertips thought our stay! They also helped to arrange a transfer to the airport for us. The family got up really early to see us off, helping us with our bags and giving us some extra water for the journey. We're very grateful to everyone at Flame Flowers and will definitely be back when we're next in Hoi An!

This homestay was 10/10, if you are staying in Hoi An I highly recommend staying here. The owners are kind and caring genuine people, who look out for you and give you the best recommendations for everything such as the tailor we went to, good value places to eat, the most beautiful show in the world and snorkelling at Cham island with discounted prices. They provide bikes for free which made getting around, especially to the beach a lot easier and have breakfast options for a cheap price. They helped to provide us with a shuttle bus to our next destination (Da Nang) and were very accommodating throughout our whole stay. The location is only about a 20 min walk to the lantern boats and overall we fell in love with this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, providing us with great recommendations on things to do and places to visit in the city. They went above and beyond with small gestures, welcoming us with fresh fruits and drinks, and even giving us snacks and drinks for our journey when we left. They also took care of organizing our transfers to the next destination by booking the bus for us, and they arranged tickets for a show at a discounted rate compared to the official prices. The location is perfect—not in the middle of noisy streets, yet less than a 10-minute walk from the city center. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this place and could not recommend highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the whole family were so welcoming and gave me fresh fruit and a cold drink after a long night bus. Even though I arrived very early they did their best to accommodate me even though the room was not ready. They gave me a towel and let me use their shower so that I could freshen up 😊 Thảo is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, she gave me the most wonderful recommendations on where to go and places to eat which were all amazing! I also booked a tour through them for cooking class, lantern making and coconut place which for the price is the best tour I have been on in months of travelling! The room was just perfect, exceptionally clean with a fantastic bathroom and lovely balcony. They also have bikes which you can use for free! By far the nicest place I have stayed during my travels! Thanks so much to the whole family for making me feel so welcome ❤️

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you’d typically only see in a hotel. The hosts are some of the kindest and attentive people I’ve met and really went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay here. They gave me loads of recommendations for some great spots in Hoi An and very kindly offered me lots of delicious fresh fruit and snacks whenever I came back to the homestay. It’s the perfect location as it takes about 4 mins to cycle or 15 mins to walk into the town.

Dear fellow backpackers and travelers, If you're looking for a special place to stay in Vietnam, I highly recommend this accommodation. Thảo and her family were incredibly kind. Initially planned for just two days, we ended up staying a whole week simply because we felt so comfortable and welcomed by them. Their hospitality went above and beyond: they treated us like their own family, even celebrating my birthday with a cake and ensuring we lacked nothing, including offering thoughtful gestures when I fell ill. This experience will forever be cherished in my memory, and if we return to Vietnam, we will definitely stay with them again without hesitation.
