Clean, modern decor, quiet, spacious room, bathroom with lovely shower gel and shampoo conditioner, balcony with city view, mattress with just the right amount of back support with clean white sheets and lovely soft pillows. Plentiful water and as a bonus, the room comes with a small fridge. The breakfast options are enormous with omelette, or scrbled egss cooked fresh as you wait. Outside there is a lovely clean pool. Will stay again in this hotel in the future.

Lovely friendly and attentive staff, fantastic breakfast selection, spacious rooms (35 metres squared), spacious bathroom with good shower, comfortable beds, aircon, very clean with great housekeeping service every day. In a quiet area a little out of the old town (15-20 min walk). The friendliness of the staff in particular really made our stay.

Room a little dated with low quality TV (broke on our stay and was replaced but replacement didn’t work well either!). Gym not really usable (one treadmill and one weights machine) but not an issue as there is a great gym across the road for just 50,000 VND casual visit. A but of a walk into town but we didn’t mind this at all. Drinks, massages, transfers and excursions were somewhat overpriced from the hotel concierge and we went elsewhere - if they had been a better price we would have used these services. Breakfast finishes at 9:30 every day which is quite early.

We had a lovely room very large, nice & clean, had some very helpful staff, Helen was so very helpful with any & all requests, also Sarah & Mia were also very nice & helpful. Room service meals were nice.

We had an issue with a broken air conditioner in our room, but Helen sorted out the issue swapped our room & was very helpful. One lady on the front desk wasn’t very helpful, went down twice to ask for help with addresses & bookings, but she basically said she wouldn’t help, because the booking wasnt with her, her attitude wasn’t great,

The arrival at The Golden Pearl Hoi An Hotel was the most amazing welcomes we have ever received. The staff literally invite you and receive you as one of their own and this continues throughout your stay. If you're visiting Hoi An the staff will assist with everything there is to know about the area and will facilitate all excursions, visits, taxis etc etc. Breakfast is ridiculously good with tonnes of variety and tonnes of food that sets you up for the day. The food and service at breakfast is simply 5 Star! We have travelled the globe but this hotel represents everything good in terms of service, cleaning, food and just a wonderful vibe. The rooms are bright and clean, well equipped with TV and kettle and replenished supplies and towels. The bathroom is large with a lovely shower. The pool is gorgeous and there are other services like the gym and wellbeing and massages. The hotel is a short walk from the Old Town, but it's a great location and escape from all the noise and crowds down the old town. Plus a Grab Taxi is £1-2 or 50 dong so it's a gem of a hotel in this amazing and beautiful little town. There are bars and restaurants on the same street so we stayed local a couple of nights and saw places we wouldn't have experienced had we booked in the old town. Next time we're in Hoi An we're coming here again 100%.

Super pleasent staff, even the security doorman was very nice and helpful. Pool was nice but shallow for swimming. Gym was a nice feature, but very small so used the big gym opposite the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent for Asian tastes. As from the West we struggled to find anything other than eggs to eat. Bacon was only served once in 7 days only one slice left. Sausage not nice (hot dog type) which we didn't like. Needed a light above the bathroom mirror as it was dark in the bathroom for shaving etc.

Everything about our stay at White Lotus was outstanding. We plan to return to Hoi An next year and stay at WL for a couple of months Harry, Jenny and Helen were superb at Front of House and so helpful. Rooms were up with the best we have had in our 2 trips to Vietnam. Top place to stay. An extensive breakfast selection, lovely pool and heaps of eateries close by. Can't praise it enough.

Stayed at this hotel with my family We stayed 5 nights. Rooms: big rooms with great air-conditioning and nice beds. The suite had an even bigger room where the bathroom is just wonderful. Breakfast: plenty of warm and cold dishes, fruits, cakes or cookies. So again, everything is just perfect. Location: if you rent a scooter, you'll be in old town in 5 minutes. Close to the old town, yet far enough from any noise. Swimmingpool: you can get towels at the pool and enjoy a reasonably big swimming pool while listening to some good music Staff: everyone is kind, always smiling, always helping you with whatever you need. If there is a problem, they will keep searching for a solution. Overall: would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family

Room large and clean Good toilet/shower Decent continental style breakfast with good range, including an egg station (chef who will make omelette/egg in requested style) Bed was good however do note that it is two large twin beds pushed together for a gigantic king bed Clean pool with separate towels provided for that Gym included was basic/barebones (1 treadmill and 1 weight rack) Location was bit of a walk from Old Town ~15-20min, but it's a quick drive away 5min Free bicycles provided

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our time here. They surprised me on my birthday with a cake too which was a really nice gesture they made me feel very welcome. The room we booked was so spacious and there isn’t anything I could think of that I didn’t like. They had a wide variety at breakfast so you didn’t have to eat the same thing twice. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a few minute grab ride from the old town and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Thank you to Helen, Jade and the manager for looking after us during our stay :)

I loved my stay there. The hotel is very new with great facilities, delicious breakfast and very friendly super helpful sweet staff. Beds are huge, good sheets and pillows, amazing location but still in a quiet area. They have bicycles available which is perfect to go to the old town and explore the rice fields and countless cafes. The staff is amazing and they will help with anything you need ❤️ I’m a very demanding person and for me it was 10/10 Super recommend and will definitely stay there again.
