Really loved my stay at Anio Boutique. I travelled by myself and staff were great informing every day how my day has been or what I would be up to and coming up with good suggestions to make my stay even more fun and comfortable. Room was very nice, good size and lovely styling (including the bathroom) while bed was very comfortable. Location is great, you can easily walk to the old town (~20 min) or take one of the bicycles or the shuttle service to the beach. Also received a complementary massage in their spa which was wonderful.

It may get very busy in the early morning at breakfast, especially if there are tour groups staying at the hotel as well.

We had a pool side view and buffet breakfast every morning. The poolside beds were so comfortable and relaxing to lay in. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the old town which was very convenient. The hotel staff Hannah, Thu and Ken were extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Hannah in particular took time to provide local food, sightseeing and tourist activities which were super helpful and made my experience in Hoi Ai more enjoyable. Hannah let us know local prices ahead of time which gave us a better understanding of prices and helped us avoid overpaying. Ken was extremely observant and provided top-notch service.

Beautiful hotel, great pool area. Rooms were nice and spacious with all amenities you’d need. The breakfast selection was amazing with lots of variety. The facilities were great, we rented the free bikes for the day to ride to the beach just a short cycle away but great route seeing rice fields. Staff were great, gave plenty of recommendations and booked the Hoi A Memories tickets for us - we hadn’t heard about this before they told us would definitely recommend going if you have the chance!

The pool was a little cold so didn’t use it as much as we probably would have but other than that everything was great

The staff were warm, welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in maximising our experience. They provided so much information about the area, not only at our check in but on a day to day basis. They remembered our names from the day we arrived and they went out of their way to make us feel as we were their special guest. We loved the food in the restaurant which was of very high quality. We only ate there in the mornings as we had a busy agenda but it was a highlight of our day.

The location was a little further out than what we thought however on a positive note the neighbourhood was quiet. Had the weather been better during our stay we wouldn’t have found this an issue as free bikes were included and readily available. The courtesy bus transport was super handy

The staff are fabulous. Silvia, flora and Win were all very kind, helpful, excellent English and made our stay very pleasant. Brilliant hotel - very spacious and clean. Has character. Doesn’t feel corporate. Great location - 20 mins walk to old town - nice to not be right on the middle of all the tourists. Also close to the beach. Download grab app and get a cab very easily and safely. Great breakfast service. Excellent massage. Rooms really spacious. Very reasonably priced. The pool was always empty and although a bit cooler in January, it’s a lot warmer than the uk right now and we loved having a swim.

Not really anything. I loved it. The local karaoke nearby was a bit noisy but it was always finished by 10pm. No problems at all.

The staff were exceptionally helpful (especially Hoa, Hugh, Vin, Ken and Dolphin) - very informative, cheerful and great sense of humour. The hotel is well located out of the crowds in Hoi An old town but walkable or bikeable to A Bang beach. We used the bikes - feels safe to cycle especially having come from Ho Chi Minh! Breakfast plentiful - choice of Eastern and Western dishes. We had our laundry done here overnight - £6 for 1.8kg. Very good timing for our onward travels. Sadly we ran out of time to use the spa but it was lovely to sit around the pool. Room was spacious and clean and the large bed was very comfortable. All in all very good value for money.

I loved how beautiful, clean the rooms were (not common in Vietnam to have this level of cleanliness) and friendly, (they spoke English too) the staff were. Breakfast was also pretty good! Pool and spa were nice, but water was cold so we didn’t swim. It’s more expensive than other hotels in Hoi A but it’s worth it! They were very helpful with tours or directions to do things. I would love to come back again.

Location is a bit far from old town, walkable but takes a bit.. they have a free shuttle which is nice. I had a purifying facial and it just felt like she washed my face for an hour. Left hair oily, eye makeup was half off, and no extractions or things that help combo skin. Nice massaging and people but not the best. They also left some products on our face (not fully cleaned them) so if you do - make sure you clean your face before going back out. My friend and I enjoyed it but for the price I expected a deeper cleanse. We don’t recommend the coconut boat tour, not because of hotel- but we do recommend the lantern boat ride in the old town.

Everything about my stay in Anio Boutique hotel was amazing! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. All the pastries and breads were made fresh daily. The staff were super helpful, Tom, Jasmine, Hanh and Ken all were very helpful during my stay. I was able to store luggage here no problem for a few days. I had to do some work in a quiet space after checking which was no problem. Location is only a few mins by taxi to the old town and the hotel offers a shuttle/bikes also. Will definitely stay again if I am back in Hoi An!

Everything was excellent!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, always making sure we were ok and quick to help. Staff organised an airport shuttle for us at a reasonable price. Room was huge and very comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking the pool The hotel has free bikes to use Location is out of the old town so nice and quiet and halfway towards the beach. Still walkable to old town or the hotel has a shuttle bus Pool area had a good number of sunbeds and was nice and clean

The bathroom in the room wasn't quite as nice as the rest of the room and water spilling everywhere from the shower Breakfast selection was good but didn't really change at all

The proximity to the old town and the hospitality. The staff were extremely lovely when we arrived and gave us a great briefing about Hoi An and what to expect with the locals. There is a free hourly shuttle from the hotel to the Clothing market and the Old town. Given, a couple of us are vegans in the family we did not feel that we did not have enough options. There was plenty of food in the buffet breakfast and the in-room food service and laundry services was exceptional too. Thank you again for having us and we will definitely visit again!!
