The friendly staff work incredibly hard and are very helpful. The design of this new villa is unique and beautiful. We loved the view of the street/ sunset from our bath and balcony! Such a relaxing space! The location of the villa feels like being a part of local life with easy access by bicycle in 5-10 mins to the old town and 1 min to the rice fields. A peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a perfect temperature with wonderful street views and afternoon sun/ sunset.

The water pressure was hit and miss. However, they did get maintenance out and there was an improvement. Our room was at the top so held all the heat- could do with a more effective air-con unit that isn’t so noisy. The room is such a bright space so could do with black out curtains- we had eye masks so wasn’t a problem. The street is a nice quiet location but the dogs across the street do like to wake you up at 5am- we just used ear plugs and they soon got tired of being vocal! :) A back up generator for future power cuts may be an investment. All very minor elements during a magnificent stay. These are more areas to develop being a new villa that has only been open a couple of months.

All the staff are so lovely and helpful! The primary hostess, Jennie, is so knowledgeable and kind. She really made our stay so easy and I would love to come back to BCV! The rooms look just like the photos. The hotel is a fair walk from town but we enjoyed that as it meant the street was calmer. There is a funny rooster that lives next door. It may bother some people but we found it kind funny to listen to in the morning. The pool is prefect just for a dip to cool off in. The breakfast is simple, fresh and delicious. If I ever moved to Vietnam this is where I’d want to live :)

We loved this modern architectual delight in Hoi An. A bit out from the Old Town we enjoyed this property in a quiet street. Our room overlooked the rice fields which was a lovely view. The split level was fantastic for us with 15yo having own space. It does get a little hotter up there, but has a fan for warm nights. Our host Jennie was fantastic with communication and itinerary suggestions both prior and during our stay. We made full use of the free bikes on offer from Babados Cherry riding to the beach and coconut village which are within easy reach (10min ride). The 2nd floor pool was fabulous to cool off in after our adventures. Rosies cafe within walking/short ride distance is great breakfast hangout. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

With this position, you do need to catch a Grab, walk or ride into Old Town, but we loved coming back to peace after the hustle and bustle. Be aware that the local roosters do like to crow during the night, but it is Vietnam and you are in a local area. This is life!

The room is very stylish and tastefully built and the host is friendly. The location is nice because it's a bit out of town (but still walking distance) and that's a big plus since Hoi An itself is uncomfortably touristy and crowded. There are some roosters from the neighbour's property that crow all night, but it didn't bother me much and nothing a good pair of earplugs can't fix.

The room is a lot smaller than the pictures and smells a bit humid. The pool was very cute but it's too small to swim (we still enjoyed it though). I found the place to be a bit pricey for what it is, but for a weekend it was not a bad choice for us.

The property is beautiful. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The quality of the breakfast was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Offering bikes and being able to book scooters and more from the property was also an added bonus.

My stay was positive. Though some recommendations for the owners: - Consider offering ear plugs for those looking to sleep in past the rooster's cockadoodledoo - More towels since the toilet is not separated from the show. That helps dry the space when you need to use the toilet - Offer conditioner for the curly haired visitors - When recommending local attractions, tell guests more about the attraction and consider the weather. I was recommended to visit Ba Na hills on a rainy day. The visibility was zero. So I did not get my. money's worth. I made the best of it but it could have been better. - The breakfast menu was preset. It would be nice to give visitors more flexibility. They did oblige when I asked for a substitution.

We like the design of the building and the room interiors. The receptionist Jennie is amazing! Talking to her is like talking to a local friend, she has lots of recommendations, and very accessible through Whatsapp.

There is a swimming pool, which looks so great, but maybe need some cleaning, the water looks not too fresh. There is no space for working in the room if you're digital nomad. And although the share space is available, but there's one individual (not sure if they are owner or the staff) constantly smokes at the front yard, which can be unpleasant for people who is sensitive to cigarette smell like us. And you may also expect a villa like this should be smoke free too.

Jennie & the Team here are wonderful & extremely helpful. We stayed in the duplex room which is a beautifully designed room, fantastic view and wonderfully comfortable. The whole hotel is clean, swimming pool is cute. Location is also fantastic. 20min walk or 5minute taxi to the Old Town & just a straight road 5min taxi to A Bang beach. On a suburban street that is so pretty and quiet. Ignore any comments about the Rooster/Cockerel next door. It really isn’t loud and you don’t notice it. Multiple breakfast options, with portions that are the right amount to get you going for the day and leaves space to go and explore all the other wonderful food in town. Really clean and modern/ unique design. It’s a hotel but it feels like an airbnb (or how an airbnb is supposed to feel). What I mean is that the owner and employees are very intentive, helpful and friendly. Jennie (Phuong) was an exceptional host/receptionist. She was very responsive and giving me a lot of useful advice about traveling in Hoi An. Also arrange transport for us to move around with very good price! We moved plans around a lot since we’re a bit indecisive couple about what we wanna to do but Jennie was very accommodating and understanding. Thank you so much Jennie! 🥰🥰 The location is also very good! Close to everything with biking distance. The hotel gives you bikes for free and we did use that a lot during our stay to go to the ancient town and the beach. An Bang beach is the closest and Cua Dai beach is a bit further but still doable. I really recommend to get the breakfast here in the hotel: simple, just enough and very refreshing. 😋 About the room itself, everything was clean. The bathroom here was the best so far we had until this point (somehow we got really bad bathrooms in the past in hanoi with no divider and weak pipes). Room was clean everyday. The airco was just enough, it does take some time to cool up but it was fine with us. Laundry service was available and quick enough for our early check out. All in all, a very nice experience!

The architecture aspect of the building was intriguing, loved the style. The staff where so very helpful every step of the way. They provided lots of suggestions to ensure an enjoyable stay. Free bicycle hire was a bonus. Beds where very comfortable and clean. The space was enjoyable to just unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The view of the rice fields was beautiful at sunset. The quiet street it is located on also has some lanterns on display, which gave it a lovely atmosphere. There are no lifts but staff is more than happy to bring suitcases up

Water temperature for the shower was on the cold side, not an issue after a long walk outside. Our room had a loft, bed upstairs. The cool air from the air conditioning doesn't make it up there, but they do provide you with a fan. Also need to watch your head if your a tall person, few close calls from the air conditioning unit, the stairs, roof up on the loft area and the door frames. Would have liked to be able to keep air conditioning on to be able to come back to a cool room, but it didn't take too long to cool down

Had a great stay at Barbados Cherry Villa in Hoi An. Jenny was the most amazing host, she reached out beforehand & helped set up airport pickup for us as well as gave us plenty of recommendations for what to do in Hoi An. When we arrived at the property, the rooms were spacious and clean. Location is also good about 5 min grab of 20 min walk from the main Hoi An area. Can't compliment Jenny's hospitality enough, all her recs were amazing and she was very communicative and welcoming!
