The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower. All Staff were lovely, helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were substantial, enough that we didn’t need lunch the days we stayed here! While there was some noise from a nearby construction site at 7am they offered to change our room and it was much more peaceful. The noise is obviously not their fault and they offered the change without us asking which was great as showed they are attentive and concerned about people’s comfort and enjoyment. We loved the day we borrowed the hotel bikes to explore the area. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

Lovely, clean set up and delightful staff. Although it was quite out of the way out of town, they always offered to book taxis for us and went out of their way to check on us and make sure we were comfy. The distance from town is both a plus and a minus, because Hoi A does get so crazy with tourists that finding some respite amidst the green paddy fields was a relief. The entire area was beautiful, from the little decorations to the way the light falls on the swimming pool. Sunrises were so worth waking up for. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to be back.

The distance from town makes it hard to book taxis back to the hotel at night. (But leaving hotels, the staff is always happy to help us book.) Also many families came during our 5 night stay, seems like mostly use the pool, so it could get quite noisy when the kids were playing.

The staff make this hotel a must stay! A special thank you to Choung, Kim, Vy for taking care of us during our stay - you are all amazing and we were very lucky to have been able to cross paths with you all, chat with you all and to stay at the hotel. We felt so well looked after the entire time, very safe and felt like a local with all the good recommendations from the team. The breakfast has ample choice, and we loved that there were options that changed everyday. The location is a bit away from the main city and faces a beautiful rice paddy, so is very peaceful and tranquil (just like the name of this hotel!). The hotel offers bicycles free of charge which we felt were a big benefit as we were able to get around the city like a local, were able to get some exercise in and were able to enjoy a lovely sunset cycle around the rice paddies just opposite of the hotel It was also really great to see during our stay that there were renovations occurring and all renovations were being made just across the street from the hotel and once ready, the team would install! We could really see the level of care that the owners put into the hotel - it feels like you are staying at your family's home because the staff make you feel so welcomed! Do not hesitate booking your stay here, you will have a fantastic stay!

Wow. We started the day with an awesome unobstructed view of the sunrise over the rice paddies. We then went downstairs to an epic fresh made breakfast. Then we borrowed the free bikes for a short ride to the fabulous beach. Happy Hour was around their pool. Then a fifteen minute walk to city filled with UNESCO cites and dining to die for. This hotel and it’s great staff made our stay in Hoi An special.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and it the accommodations were so comfortable and peaceful. Overlooking the rice fields at sunrise was a treat. In addition to the excellent view, the location of the property is perfect because it's situated between the vibrant old town of Hoi An and sands of beautiful An Bang beach.

I cannot gush enough about the staff in this hotel. They were just so lovely and so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Went out of their way to accommodate everything. Let us check in early no fuss, the room was absolutely amazing and the pool was fabulous!

Breakfast was really quite poor. The location is a bit out of the way and the grabs do find it a bit difficult. But it was worth it just being a little out of the way in such a peaceful location

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at tranquil lodge. This boutique hotel was amazing, it provided a relaxing and peaceful stay. The views of the rice fields were perfect, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The pool was surrounded by beautiful greenery making it feel so much more relaxing. The staff were very friendly, and lovely and happy to help with booking tours or car transfers. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again next time I'm in Hoi An. Hoi An Tranquil Lodge was such an awesome hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were large and clean, with gorgeous views of rice fields. We were happy with the variety of meat-free options at breakfast. The spread consisted of local fruits and yogurt; pastries, baguettes, and sliced bread; pancakes; local noodles; fried rice, sauteed vegetables, and meat (for meat-eaters); and hot and cold beverages. On the last day, we were treated to vegetarian local noodles. The best part about Hoi An Tranquil Lodge is the location. It is in a peaceful part of Hoi An, as the hotel is located right in the middle of rice fields. In the morning, our eyes feasted on the beautiful sunrise. We rode bicycles - available at no charge from the hotel - on the small paths around the rice fields. Magical! After riding around the fields, we cooled our bodies in the hotel pool. It was easy to get taxis or Grab to the Ancient Town and the beach. The hotel was also a 7 min walk away from the most amazing vegetarian restaurant called Rom! In front of Rom too is a sugarcane stand - don't miss it!

Amazing view from the room over rice paddies. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with good daily cleaning and a proper hot bath! Bikes for free were great for riding into the old town each night.

Breakfast was a bit below expectations, and there is no properly air conditioned communal spaces, so during the hot weather you can only really hide from it in your room (or the pool, which is nice!)

The name of the hotel said it all. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. You could also watch the sun rise from the comfort of your balcony. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Order breakfast the night before from a simple yet delicious menu, a good way to curb food wastage.

Floor of bathroom was very slippery and toilet cover didnt hold up too well. Grab drivers had a hard time locating the hotel too.
