I almost want to keep this place secret, that's how lovely it was. The host family was so lovely and supportive, the place is impeccably clean. They helped me organise trips and also provided great laundry service at a very low price. The location was optimal for me - away from the crowds but still walkable to everything. My room was spacious and comfortable. I felt like I was coming home at the end of a long day and was truly cared for.

The Wifi was very slow (7 Mbit/s on average when I measured), that is my only complaint :) Would love to see them get a business grade connection as many of the surrounding coffee shops etc. have.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tue Tam! What makes the property so special are the owners, My and her sister. Such amazing, warm people! (With excellent English). When I arrived, I was greeted by My with some fruit and green tea and she took a few minutes to get to know me. Throughout the stay, we had many interesting conversations about Vietnam, and she gave some excellent tips on where to go, including a local beach that was super quiet. Communication with My was also available by WhatsApp, which really helped. The room and was beautiful, clean and had a great view from the balcony. It was refreshed daily, with clean towels too. A few other things: - I borrowed a bike each day for free - The pool was clean and refreshing - The laundry service was quick and efficient - I felt like I was staying in a local area, which was lovely, yet still walking distance to the old town I extended my stay by 2 more days as really loved the place and truly felt at home. Thank you for a memorable stay! (And for the goodbye fruit plate too)

* Location: The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants. It’s an easy 1km walk to the Old Town. * Room: Clean and tidy with good air conditioning. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors, but it's not a major issue. * Service: The owners are very friendly and approachable. They speak great English and offered excellent recommendations for food. They also helped arrange affordable transport to Hue, which was a real lifesaver. * Facilities: The pool is clean and they have motorbikes and bicycles for rent. Overall: Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Tue Tam homestay in Hoi An, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. The homestay is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Vietnamese elements with modern comfort. The staff got us Vietnamese food for our long bus journey to our next location!!! The room was spotless and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the ancient town and local markets, making it easy to immerse myself in the culture.I highly recommend to stay here to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic stay in Hoi An. I would definitely return!

We spent 5 days at Tue Tam and it felt like a little holiday within our travels. It is so well located - a 10 minute walk into town and a 15 minute cycle (Tue provides free bikes ) through beautiful paddy fields and the vegetable gardens to the beach. The rooms are very well equipped with huge comfy beds and the shower was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. No running out of hot water hooray! But the thing that really makes this place stand out are the family running it - it felt like a Homestay -a word I sometimes think is too loosely used. They were all delightful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great time. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

The family running the hotel are absolutely lovely, they offered us fresh fruit when we arrived and gave us some snacks when we left which was really kind. They look after your key when you go out which was helpful as it stops you from loosing it and were up until late to give the keys back. The hotel is in walking distance from everything which we really liked but far enough away so it’s not noisy at all. The hotel room was clean and definitely great value for money and the pool was also lovely. There was a fan on the ceiling and ac in the room so it kept very cool at night. If your staying in hoi an i definitely recommend staying here!!

The hosts are super friendly and kind. The room and the public area are super clean and organised. We love everything in this beautiful house. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The hot shower is nice and fast, and both of the toilet and the shower are very clean. They gave us warmly guidance and tips depending on our daily schedule. They even gave us some hearty and delicious snacks when we checked out. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to visit Hoi An in the future. This place is what makes you feel like home in another country.

Our hosts were wonderful. Could not do enough for us and arranged everything at very good rates. They genuinely wanted us to have a great time and not be ripped off. They provided excellent recommendations for dining, tailoring and arranged bikes and a car to our next destination. I highly recommend this stay. The homestay is lovely, situated in the old quarter and very authentic, It has a lovely pool and offers a great breakfast, which set us up for the day. Great! Thank you very much!

Our hosts were the kindest people and went out of their way to make our five days in Hoi An super memorable. From arranging our transfers, tours, giving us local food recommendations, and the lovely warm welcomes they gave us when we walked back into the homestay each day. They even offered to take us by motorbike to a banh mi shop in town to buy our breakfast which was a special touch. The location was also amazing and super easy to walk to the main town and the accomodation was very affordable. My friend and I would hands down recommend Tue Tam Villa for anyone staying in Hoi An.

This was the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far ! It’s a bit away from the city center, so we did get a taxi a couple of times because we were tired of walking back and forth the same way, but other than that, everything was perfect ! The owner is super friendly and proactive: after I booked, she messaged me asking if we needed a transportation to get to the hotel, and arranged that super efficiently and at a very good price. She also lent us umbrellas as it was pouring rain in Hoi An and she made sure we had coffee on our last morning as we were leaving early to the airport, and she even gave us some snacks as she knew he wouldn’t have breakfast ! The room was large and nicely decorated, truly the best value for money we’ve seen here, and they even made the bed and gave us water and toilet paper refills on our second day, which was a nice surprise when we came home in the evening. I would 100% recommend this place : even if you have a bigger budget, you should pick this guesthouse !
