The property is situated in an excellent location (just a short walk to the Old Town) and offers outstanding facilities. Lan, the owner, was incredibly attentive, going out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable and welcoming stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with every essential, including a super comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a delicious and well-priced breakfast at the property. Given the quality of the stay, we were amazed at how reasonable the price was. Highly recommended!

The road was a little bit noisy in the mornings but expected for the location.

EXCELLENT property in a perfect location. We are a group of 3 female friends who each had our own private room with en-suite bathroom. All 3 rooms were equal in size with king beds, clothes rack, and a desk, 2 chairs and 3 tables: plenty of room to unpack and spread out. The bathroom had a rain head shower and nice fixtures with fresh towels given each day. The rooms and the building in general were very clean with no signs of any pests. We didn’t use the pool since it was cool, but it looked lovely. The host and her family were SUCH nice people- always asking if we needed anything, what we had planned and giving us tips and suggestions. There are free bikes on site to borrow. The location was perfect- walking distance to everything but also out of the tourist insanity, on a side street off the larger, louder roads. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend.

My only negative is that the beds are quite firm but thats a personal preference for me

The owner was so lovely, spoke brilliant English, and was extremely accommodating. We had a top down service every day with fresh towels and bottles of water. The WiFi was quick, we had laundry done twice, and made use of the free bikes on offer. The hotel is in a good location as it is within walking distance to all major attractions, yet slightly further out so it is quiet. Round the corner from the hotel is a market street where you can buy fresh fruit. There is also a few gyms to choose from close by.

This was a great, comfortable stay. Very close to all the tourist attractions, but I also liked that it was a little bit in the local area, so that side was also easy to reach. Could easily walk around the residential streets and local markets nearby. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. I had a very comfortable bed, large bright windows, a great shower, a mini fridge among other amenities, and a nice balcony with a view of the city houses. I could pay by card, and they filled my water bottle for me. No complaints.

The room and bathroom were large and comfortable, and well within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful with arranging taxis and providing bicycles for us to use throughout the day. WiFi worked really well and was suitable for video work calls in the room. The pool area was a great bonus! Amazing value for money.

Our room had a kettle but no mugs/tea/coffee. Unsure what the kettle was for, but this wasn't an issue. Hoi An is obviously also full of delicious affordable cafes!

- Host was so lovely, helped us arrange reasonably priced trips in the area and bus tickets to Phong Nha. Also happy to accomodate us staying another night very last minute - Room and bathroom spacious, super clean and daily fresh towels and bottled water - really appreciated :) - host is also a tailor and made my boyfriend a high quality suit incredibly fast. Helpful to have the tailor downstairs for quick measurements and try ons !

Could tidy up the area around the pool but this didn’t stop us using it many times due to the humidity!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights and it was fab! The lady who looked after us the whole time made sure we were happy and comfortable! She was amazing! Get your tailoring done with the lady as well! She hand made a full suit, dress and ladies trousers and waistcoat overnight and then made adjustments super quickly over the next day! Incredible! She also ironed my trousers for me for free as I couldn’t work out how to use the iron! As well as making us the best noodles I’ve ever had! She also sorted her brother taking us to the airport the next day! Would 100% recommend!

Nothing - amazing value for money!

We arrived with the easy riders from Hue. Excellent big room and awesome hostess. We liked it so much that we stayed here an extra day plus a late check out for the nightbus. The pool is nice and clean. Airco in the family room is working very good. The walking distance to the night market is about 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby, cheaper than in the tourist area. Taxi to the An Bang beach is only 7 minutes. The hostess was very helpfull in arranging VIP bus tickets at low fares for us. She speaks proper English. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely place to stay in Hoi An, very spacious and clean room which also get cleaned everyday with new drinking water which you often don’t get in most places. Owned by a lovely lady who makes sure you have everything you need, she can even do your tailored clothing for you if that’s what you are going for. We originally booked two nights but stayed for 4 we would’ve stayed for longer if we had the time! Great location out of the noise from the old town but with easy walking distance, they also have bicycles you can use for free so we headed to the beach on them on one of the days!

We loved our time here. Lanh, the owner was so welcoming and made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed as a family of 5. Spacious, comfortable beds, and they even brought us fresh towels each day. We had breakfast on site a few times which was also a nice service. Our kids loved the pool. We borrowed bikes one day free of charge. Lanh also took care of tailoring shirts and dresses for us. The location of Quynh Long was on a nice quiet street a short walking distance from old town. We stayed five nights and were sad to leave. If you’re looking for excellent value, spacious and clean rooms and amazing service in a peaceful location this is your place.
