We initially booked for 4 nights and ended up extending for another 3. Perfect location - a stones throw to attractions and the old town with lots on the door step. Lovely clean rooms, and the staff were all incredibly kind — from the reception and security to the ladies who cleaned the rooms, always smiling and happy to help. The indoor pool was also a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is good for this price and the staff is very welcome. You can ask them for help at any time and they will help you. And most importantly ,the Banh mi of the restaurant in the opposite of the hotel is the thing you must try in Hoian.No1 in VN I guess ( I have been to most major cities in Vietnam)

Maybe there’ll be one or two mosquitoes in your room, I think it will be much better to provide a mosquito incense in every room

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and very clean. Comfortable beds. Helen was so kind and helpful on the desk every day and I highly recommend the bike ride with Bao, the staff make this hotel even better! The souvenir on check out was an added bonus. Thanks again!

We had some noise through the night in our room but it was rectified straight away the following day. Unfortunately the security guard couldn’t understand the issue so we had to make do but it was all sorted thankfully.

Very friendly staff, helping for many things (calling taxi, organizing tour, rent motorbikes, etc) Very good location (quite and central) with free bicycles. Simple but nice breakfast

Hotel is not new anymore (maintenance and deep cleaning could be done) Room on the ground floor is just next the reception and is sometimes noisy (check-in/check-out late-early) Floors were cleaned (3 rooms) with a too strong perfumed and sticky detergent (the heavy smell last for 3 days), should use simpler cleaner.

The location is great.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance into Old Town. The street has quite a few places to eat, get massaged, and have a coffee along it .

The old Vietnamese bathroom shower saga where everything gets wet whilst showering, and has no ventilation. The person who starts to sell shower curtains and exhaust fans here, will become a millionaire.

good location - 10 mins walk from the old town. on a street with lots of good restaurants and cafes. rooms look exactly as the pics advertised. big and comfy. beds are a bit hard but we found them comfortable. great quality of bedsheets. the staff do a great job with cleaning the rooms and the property. the breakfast is made to order with 5 options and fresh fruit. Vietnamese style coffee/tea and water are free and available all the time. the girls at reception are always friendly, smiling and eager to help. they recommended activities and even let us know reasonable prices for anything we wanted to do/buy. all in all a great place to stay. extremely value for money. feels like home.

breakfast is great quality but could be boring if you stay more than 2-3 nights. options are limited to eggs/toast/pancake and fresh fruit. there were Moskitos in the room. the girls at reception provided Moskito repellent and and an electric moskito killer

Hoa My is a wonderful spot to stay in while visiting Hoi An. We stayed for 3 night and enjoyed our time greatly. Our room was comfortable and clean with good lighting and the bathroom was updated, fresh and clean. The included breakfast for us was a nice touch each morning as well. But what I enjoyed most about Hoa My was the service oriented staff. They were always so pleasant and helpful and genuinely seemed invested in making our time in Hoi An great as they helped us coordinate a tour to My Son and encouraged us to use the free bikes at the hotel to journey down to An Bang beach. Their hospitality and service receives top marks! Excellent value for the money and would definitely stay again!

Great location for exploring the old town, in walking to distance to everything while being on a nice quiet back street. Bicycles were available for free, and motorbikes available for rent at a cheap rate. Room was spacious and comfortable and the private bathroom was very nice. The lady on reception was super helpful and offered lots of information about tours, transport etc. The concierge / doorman was also super helpful and assisted us with bicycles, mopeds and our luggage every time.

The swimming pool area wasn’t much of a benefit and wasn’t the most inviting (be aware this is an indoor pool right outside bedrooms) We didn’t eat here and found breakfast to be better value outside the hotel.

Very good location, a 10 minute walk to the river and night market. Receptionist was very friendly. Room and bedroom was clean and spacious with a fridge and air con. Pool was very good too. We booked a trip through the hotel for coconut boats which was brilliant. Good choice of breakfast available.

Towels weren’t changed, despite room being cleaned. Uncomfortable pillows.

Wonderful warm welcome and provided a map and information on Hoi An. Really enjoyed the pool. Good facilities with laundry option and great service for the simple breakfast. Their rate to transfer to the airport with a taxi was actually cheaper than Grab.

Shower in between the entry door and toilet, slipping hazard for our preschoolers. No lift so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs with young kids and the heat was tricky. The hostess also seemed disappointed when we arranged our own taxi drivers or services rather than going through them.
