This guesthouse is a must stay! Thuong the receptionist was amazing. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay that we ended up extending. She helped organise tours and buses and just went above and beyond with everything. We checked out at 12pm and had a night bus departing at 7pm, so they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel and come back for a quick shower before the bus! Breakfast was super tasty, would recommended having the Vietnamese breakfast options. 5-10 minute walk to Hoi An ancient town. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Good water pressure on the shower and it was hot. Free bottled water refill station too available at all hours.

This was by far the best homestay we have had in all of Vietnam. The hosts are genuinely the most beautiful and caring people. From buying us coffee and tea in the morning because I was feeling sick, to organising our bus to our next destination. They were so helpful and are always so smiley and chatty, we truely felt like we were part of the family here. The free pedal bikes were so handy when getting around Hoi An and they also have a family run tailor business where they give you an affordable price for quality items. The room itself was super clean with perfect aircon, fast wifi and one of the comfiest beds we have slept in for a long time! Not to mention how close its location was to everything. Wish I could give this place more than a 10 rating because it truely deserves it. Thank you again to Love, Water and Green Garden, you ladies are amazing and we will never forget you! We loved everything about this homestay, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location away from the main streets Free bicycles to use Rooms have smart tv with Netflix in case of a rainy day like we had! Thuong was fantastic, the lady that helped us every day is amazing. Without her this property would not have such high ratings. She gave us maps of where to cycle, anything we needed she was there. So nice to talk to and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We stayed during Tet (Lunar new year) so the owner had blocked off the 1st floor for their family and they were VERY loud. Shouting in the halls at 2am and moving furniture. Very inconsiderate and rude. I asked them nicely to be quiet 3 times before I shouted at them as we were so tired.

Thuong was such a nice and friendly host. She made us feel most comfortable right from the beginning when she welcomed us with cold water and fresh fruits. She helped us a lot with where to go or organizing tours and airport taxi for us. It was great! Furthermore, the free bicycles were in a good condition, breakfast was very delicous with enough options and the location of the homestay is not far from all the places you want to see. Especially for vegetarians and vegans this is the perfect place since the owner is a vegan too, so she can tell you exactly where to go and even organized a vegan Cao Lau (local noodle dish normaly made with pork) for me. Thank you so much again Thuong for all your efforts!

Nothing - everything was just perfect!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This homestay is the BEST hotel or homestay that I have ever stayed in. The two sisters who run the place are genuinely lovely people who care so much about their guests. I felt that we became friends immediately and they made our stay simply amazing. The room is so comfortable, with a soft bed, clean towels whenever you need them, hot water, a spacious bathroom, and great air conditioning. Downstairs you have access to delicious meals (including free breakfast which has many options, all that I tried were very good) and free bikes, plus tons of info on activities in Hoi An and help booking onward travel. I can't say enough good things about this place, or the ladies who work here. I wish I could stay longer because I feel so welcomed and happy to be here.

Nothing. It is perfect.

First off, a big thanks to the family that hosted us. They are very kind, helpful and will do their upmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Second point the beds are amazing, we have been traveling true Asia for the last 5 months and haven't slept this well since we've left home. The location was great for us, walking distance from the nightmarket and old Town (must admit we like to walk a lot, most people would use a grab or bike). Highly recommend this lovely place.

Nothing worth mentioning.

This a wonderful property, I loved it so much I stayed an extra 3 days. There is a lovely breakfast which is made fresh to order. The room was large comfortable with good AC and good hot water. The staff at the property are amazing you feel like a family member. There are free to use bikes I used a pedal bike most days once I got comfortable. The location is amazing. 10 min walk max from the river. 15 min cycle to the local villages and rice fields 20-30 min cycle to the beach. Just couldnt recommend it enough.

The staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating! Truly felt like being welcomed into someone's home. The owner was so kind and helpful and gave us plenty of tips and recommendations. We arrived in Hoi An early in the morning from a sleeper bus and the owner was kind enough to come in early so we could check in early! We were welcomed with tea and were served a good breakfast every morning. There are free bikes available to use and the ancient village is less than 5 minutes away by bike. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great smart TV. It is located on a quiet side street, near some good local food and within walking distance to most places. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Thuong was a star! Always with a smile ready, kind and available to help. The location is quiet and still central, with many shops and restaurant options nearby. Breakfast was included with quite some options. We stayed longer and would return for sure!

Just as a warning, the location in google is incorrect, but quite close, the locals are used to it so they help you find it. Unfortunately we did not had our checkin with Thuong, so we did not got all the details about what the venue had to offer/what was included, and tips from the city. We found out bits and pieces during our stay.

Nice place to stay a few days and visit the city. Less than 5 min walking distance to the centre, making it less busy than the centre. The homestay staff was super nice, specially Nguyen, the girl at the reception. She helped us in everything we needed, and gave us many great recommendations for the area. Definitely we would stay here again if we come back to Hoi An.

Breakfast offer could be slightly bigger, not many options, but this is general to all places we have stayed in Vietnam.
