We arrived unexpectadly early at 5am, and they arranged for us to hang out at the lobby with fruit and drinks. When the staff arrived they gave us information about everything to improve our stay, and Hien always replied quickly on whatsapp. The breakfast was good. On the day of departure we even received a bonus banana pancake. Would come again without doubt

There is a review complaining about the staff being rude. This review is unfair as we stayed at the same time and the customers were rude to the staff. The staff went above and beyond to let all costumers feel at home.

This was one of my favourite places i’ve ever stayed at. And most of all because of Annie, the kind lady that runs the place. She is so extremely kind and helpful, we had become like close friends during our stay. She also helped us book motorbikes, and a taxi to Da Nang and was always available to help with other needs. The rooms were also nice and clean and the location and vibe of the place were very welcoming. The breakfast was also good and especially the coffee she made was excellent. You also have breakfast at a large table with other guests which is nice as you can socialize and we found several friends there that we are still in contact with.

It is a lovely building and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is nice, and if you leave for an early tour, ask for a takeaway breakfast. It is a close walk to everything worth seeing.

I had to empty my bins and ask for frsh towels. At any place in other countries, this would not be an issue, but when you have to put your toilet paper in the bin, not the toilet, the bin should be emptied every day. And the shower wets the whole bathroom, so you need towels to dry the area. Don't let this put you off, though. It is a very nice place.

Fantastic Guesthouse in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City. It's down a small side street which meant it was away from the noise of traffic. Room was a good size, clean and the shower was consistently hot. The owner Hien was so lovely! Made us feel very welcome, recommended sights and trips, served an amazing breakfast and free bicycle rental (which were in excellent condition). We had a 6 p.m. bus booked after checking out, she stored our bags and even offered to let us use the shower if we needed it at any point. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

The staff (Hien in particular) was so helpful and made the place feel like home othing was too much trouble Breakfast was made fresh and was made with love and care. Free bikes were great and any help needed, Hien was on hand to sole it! Hien spoke excellent English and was very helpful in organising any transport! The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the old town down a quiet alley (very safe!) away from the chaos. The hotel is clean, spacious and is home away from home 🥰 I will definitely be back.

Quiet, comfortable beds, good shower, friendly staff

The last day I came down for breakfast and had to rush outside as the incense smoke was so thick I had trouble breathing as they had no fans active. The day before they had fans on that blew the smoke over the breakfast table so I sat on the lounge and ate there. If you have respiratory issues make sure you talk to the staff about the incense as it's a health issue. They could not work out how to get the TV to show English language shows.

This guesthouse is a must stay! Thuong the receptionist was amazing. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay that we ended up extending. She helped organise tours and buses and just went above and beyond with everything. We checked out at 12pm and had a night bus departing at 7pm, so they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel and come back for a quick shower before the bus! Breakfast was super tasty, would recommended having the Vietnamese breakfast options. 5-10 minute walk to Hoi An ancient town. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Good water pressure on the shower and it was hot. Free bottled water refill station too available at all hours.

This was by far the best homestay we have had in all of Vietnam. The hosts are genuinely the most beautiful and caring people. From buying us coffee and tea in the morning because I was feeling sick, to organising our bus to our next destination. They were so helpful and are always so smiley and chatty, we truely felt like we were part of the family here. The free pedal bikes were so handy when getting around Hoi An and they also have a family run tailor business where they give you an affordable price for quality items. The room itself was super clean with perfect aircon, fast wifi and one of the comfiest beds we have slept in for a long time! Not to mention how close its location was to everything. Wish I could give this place more than a 10 rating because it truely deserves it. Thank you again to Love, Water and Green Garden, you ladies are amazing and we will never forget you! We loved everything about this homestay, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

Located in a small alley, very peaceful and quiet wich is great after a day exploring busy Hoi An! It’s not a home stay as the family doesn’t live there but still has a very homey feel. The receptionist Annie made is feel very much at home, so kind and helpful! Made us an excellent breakfast every morning! The family room has a pleasant little balcony. Great value for money. Only thing we needed was a pool 😂

I had an amazing stay here, the staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly, I stayed here a night and decided to come back a few days later because I needed the peace and tranquility I found while staying here.

I have no complaints about the homestay, but there were two old English guys who were extremely drunk, disruptive to other customers, and rude to the staff, I believe their review is the most recent below mine and should be disregarded. The staff are super kind.
