Location was walkable distance to Hoi An Ancient Town (7-10 mins walk) and is surrounded by good local food (eg. Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen and Quan Cao Lau Thanh). Room was clean, cozy, quiet and has all the basic amenities (especially an aircon that will definitely keep the room cold!). Hosts were friendly, are able to handle all our requests and queries. Do note: This place has only stairs to access the rooms (not recommended for folks that are unable to climb the stairs daily)

The need to change into house slippers/our own footwear at the entrance of the homestay was pretty cumbersome whenever we enter/exit. Getting a grab car requires about 1-2 mins walk out to the main street - use Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen as the pickup location.

Centrally located to the old town with everything from laundry to spa and old town all within a quick 5-8 mins walk. Our family room was generously sized for a family of 4. Although room is basic it reflect the price they are charging, hostess is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple yet functional place to stay. I highly recommend this homestay.

We arrived a little late at night and it was raining, access roads to the property are very narrow so our taxi couldnt reach so we had to walk a bit with our suitcases. Apart from this minor mishap this place is in such a nice location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host family is so sweet. Our room (203) was incredibly clean and comfortable. The AC blew cold, the bed was wonderful, and the room was mold-free! It is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, hair salon, etc. The place was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was nice having a bistro table and chairs and a place to hang up our clothes, so the room was spacious. Good hot water, pressure, and shower head.

Nothing! My initial taxi dropped me off at the end of an alley and refused to go to the homestay, but the one that picked me up had no problem. If you're taking a car and a lot of luggage, ask the owners for the best road in (one is right off main road and easy!!!!)

The rooms are big and comfortable. It is very suitable for us who are a family of 4. The family who’s helping us is also very nice and accommodating to us. They helped us as much as the could with our needs such as laundry and lending us their umbrellas when needed. The place is also just walking distance to all the things we wanted to do or see. It is also surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaurants.

The location was perfect to experience Hoi An old town. We booked this last minute and was happy with our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within a few meters and we were spoiled for choice. Also lots of tailors just around the corner. We were in walking distance of nearly everything and didn’t need to take taxis at all during our time there. Popular bai mi place around the corner too, best we had in Vietnam!

Showers could have done with a deep clean.

I absolutely loved my visit to Hoi An, thanks in large part to the the comfort of this homestay, and the warm welcome from the couple running it! I highly recommend, you will not regret it. The room is large and airy with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. It’s located on a side alley (just behind a main road), so the noise level is much lower AND you feel like part of a neighborhood. But it’s easy to find and you’re just a block from the old city area. It’s also just steps from an excellent grocery store. The manager arranged tours and transportation to Danang for me too, all at a competitive rate. They were always available to help in anyway possible - thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was the best and really good value for money. The balcony with the room was super nice as well. The staff was very sweet and helpful.

The main issue was there were too many mosquitoes in the room. Otherwise the room and toilet was nice and clean. The placement of the TV made it completely unusable. Also there was no lift. This was not an issue for me but something for others to be aware of incase they cannot climb up stairs.

We had the value option double at the top of the building which had a lovely plant-filled walk out balcony with table and chairs overlooking the street which we enjoyed having. The room was a decent size and clean.

I’m not sure I would book the property if the pool was the primary draw for you as it was a very cosy fit.

Great location, very close to the center but still quiet at nights. The room was very spacious and nice to stay in, and the pool was great after a long day in the sun. But the most important thing is the family running this hotel - they are so lovely and caring, even when we had an incident they treated us so well and made sure we are feeling good. Very recommended!!

The only downside is that it didn’t have an elevator and we were with big bags, but it really wasn’t that bad
