The room was comfortable, spacious, full of light and clean. The staff was attemptive and very nice. They also helped us organising transfers and nice tours on site. The breakfast was varied. The location was very central but in a perfectly peaceful street which was wonderful to have quiet nights. Many restaurants around!

Hotel is charming and room facilities were comfortable. Great location in a quieter street but within walking distance to old town, shops and ATMs. Pool is lovely too. Staff were friendly and polite.

A little bit of maintenance would really bring out the best in the room but not a major for us. A few mozzies around so we had to be careful with leaving the door open at times.

This hotel is great value for money. The hotel and room was at very good standard we had the front balcony room.

Please be mind full for the following They only take cash and no reicept is given We paid for breakfast in advance, and they said they would note it down that we have paid.but at checkout, they asked for money for the breakfast Beware if you paid for room and breakfast get the reicept so there isn't any conformation

Nothing special. Calm area. Walking distance to river side 10-12 mins

Too hard to communicate with stuff, no english. I didnt have water first couple of hours, told them, after it worked , but i didnt get the reason till now. 😁

The Central location was easy to walk to the river and into The Old Town. The Pool was mostly shaded which made it really comfortable to be in and around.

Having a pool view room was great, but it lacked privacy due to the balcony location and the way the halls run.

Excellent location, only a 10-15 min walk to the bridge with lanterns and only a 5-10 min walk from great brunch spots. Staff were very helpful and accommodating as we checked in late at night, around 3am. Would definitely stay here again.

Location location location! The hotel is in an ideal place, great for anything you want to do in Hoi An Great value for money and the hotel was ascetically pleasing

The curtain in our room was broken, but we fixed it closed with a hair clip

Nice modern rooms. The hotel arranged airport pick up which was easy and stress free. Staff were nice. It was really easy walking distance to the walking street and old town. I would recommend to others.

The windows were floor to ceiling which is good to see out but they were really mucky so runined the affect. Only a small thing though and otherwise no issues!

location was just nice, on a quieter street but still not too off that it is too secluded. hotel room was very beautiful and big, for the 4 pax even had bath tub and a shower spot. it had a sofa which was nice as well. the whole hotel looked beautiful from the outside and inside too.

the room floor was a little dirty, even tho slippers were provided. hotel lobby did not have any fan (only had a small standing fan at the entrance area) so waiting at the lobby can be very warm.
