This homestay is in a fab location near Old Town, it was easy to walk to the river and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner is really lovely and very helpful with arranging day tours and bike hire

Had a small issue one night when we noticed ants on our bed at around midnight. We just wanted some clean sheets by had some communication problems with a member of staff. Eventually things got sorted and we had clean sheets and didn’t have the problem again. Was just unfortunate that the ants came out in the middle of the night rather than in the afternoon when there were more people around. We didn’t have ants in the room again as staff took time to clean room throughly the next day

Location near the old town is great, easy walking distance and place is down a quiet side alley. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water.

Mixed cleanliness. Bathroom and bed good but some less used surfaces had lots of dust and build up from neglect. Things like top of switches, corners, etc which may sound petty but the build up was that severe you couldn’t help but notice.

A wonderful homestay in an excellent location mins walking to old town attractions such as river lanterns etc. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable rooms. A lovely welcome and helpful service from all staff. Great little map provided and some super recommendations - especially for the excursion to the rice fields with cookery and fishing - great tour! We chose a room with a balcony - it was lovely sitting overlooking courtyard listening to the birdsong in the mornings. However, I would imagine all rooms here are comfortable. This place even has a pool to cool down after a day's exploring!

I chose Nuni homestay for my solo trip because it is affordable, comfortable, and just a 5-minute walk to the ancient town. Right outside the homestay, there are plenty of shops and cafes to explore. I stayed for three nights and picked a room with a balcony (1st floor). (You need to lift your own suitcase to your rooms). The room was perfect—exactly what I wanted. The room had all the amenities required and they changed towels and clean the room daily. (I wish they had a full length mirror in the room). They have a bathroom mirror which works too. The owners were very nice and friendly, and the receptionist was very attentive, making my stay even better. Highlights : I booked a cab from the homestay for airport pick-up and drop-off. The charge was 330,000 dong for a one-way trip. A private tour was arranged by the homestay for 1.4 million dong. My guide, One, picked me up from the homestay at 2:30 pm and dropped me back at 8:30 pm. She took me around town on her bike, showing me all the important spots—starting with local favorites and then moving to touristy areas. She took me to some local favorite spots for Banh Mi and coffee, and they tasted amazing! One was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We walked around the ancient town, saw beautiful spots, and even attended a show, which added a nice touch to the tour. She helped me with bargaining when I bought a few items. A bonus: she took amazing pictures and was very patient with me. I treated us to dinner at the end of the tour, and we had a great conversation about our lives and families. It felt like hanging out with a friend. I would definitely recommend her as a tour guide.

This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our whole trip! My partner and I loved this homestay and have been recommending it to everyone going to Hoi An! We will definitely be returning in the future and rebooking this homestay. Dieu was amazing - she was super friendly and gave us suggestions about food and restaurants we can try if we wanted. The location was amazing only a short 5 min walk to the night market. This is definitely a must for anyone visiting Hoi An

I had an amazing stay at NuNi Homestay in Hoi An! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Ancient Town but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering great local tips and support. They also offer hired bicycles and motorbikes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The homestay serves a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend NuNi Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, and convenient place to stay in Hoi An!

We loved the location of this accommodation. The staffs friendliness and eagerness to help us with anything. Room was comfortable and clean. Extra toilet paper and free water bottles given daily. New towels available every day. Option to “make up room” if you choose. Bike available for rent - 30k per bike. Laundry 30k / kg. Free umbrellas to use.

Nothing. Everything was great. I don’t know if it was just our room and Didn’t bother us but may bother some - minimal bath soap / body wash provided. I’m sure if you asked they would top up what you have. No shampoo - so pack or buy your own.

Nuni and her family are so very friendly and welcoming. It's away from the busy end of town but only 5 mins walk to the river and old town plus heaps of food options outside the accomodation. Rooms are spacious with a very good sized balcony. Bathroom has been recently renovated. This was a Gem find and we will definitely make it our place to stay on our return visits to Hoi an .. Also.. Nuni was very helpful in helping to organise some activities we wanted to do ..Thanks Nuni and family for making our stay sooo enjoyable and sharing your beautiful home with us..we look forward to staying with you again

So quiet!!! plus, staff are fabulous: kind, capable, knowledgeable, helpful--they got us picked up at Danang Airport and delivered straight to the hotel & booked us two great tours for our three night stay. Pool is refreshing; balcony relaxing; laundry service handy (thanks, Diue!); currency exchange snappy & fair; bicycles for rent close by...bike to the beach (:15, scenic) or around town. Tasty, easy eating nearby or walk to the old town in :05. Other guests were nice to chat with; we only saw a few in the morning and at happy hour...because, super quiet--great night sleep!

The staff are so lovely and helpful. They’re active to show you were to go, provide maps and make good suggestions. The room you get seems to be pot luck, but has a comfy bed. Good laundry and moped service too.

Hot water ran out quickly in the shower and the room seemed damp and smelt like damp too. Would be a good idea to air the room out as there’s no window in the bathroom.
