I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in Hoi An, and I can confidently say it’s the best in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ann and Cherry, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring every guest’s comfort and satisfaction were evident in everything they did. Ann and Cherry went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were always available to offer assistance, provide recommendations, and ensure that every need was met with a smile. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The room I stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Situated in a prime spot in Hoi An, it provided easy access to the town’s main attractions, yet it was peaceful and serene, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Every moment of my stay was filled with joy, largely thanks to Ann and Cherry’s outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An – it truly is a gem and a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

Breakfast is a little poor, although was made with a lot of love

We couldn't have picked a better hotel than this one! They immediately connect with you via WhatsApp upon booking & are expert communicators. Gavy was the most welcoming, kind, & wonderfully helpful person! Our flight was delayed & she waited for us anyways. She gave us a little pamphlet with all kinds of great suggestions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. After we'd go out exploring we'd come back & chat with her about what we ate & where we went. I was happy to hear that her employer makes a point to have her (& other staff) go see the local attractions so they can vouch for what they suggest. If you're debating it, just book the room. You will not regret it!

Wonderful stay in the centre of Hoi An. So close to the old town but on a nice quiet street. The room was comfortable and spacious and the air con was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast - not a huge choice but cooked to order each morning - loved the banana pancake! And lovely fresh fruit. Appreciated the chilled drinking water available in the reception. Very kind and helpful staff - thank you!

The shower could be better - plenty of hot water and good pressure but the angle of the shower head on the wall makes it spray across the bathroom. A better shower head holder / bracket would fix this issue!

Lily, Hannah, Cuc, and other staff were so welcoming, able to answer all my questions, arranged tours, got me performance and bus tickets, rented me a bicycle, and packed me early morning breakfasts. My original stay was for 5 days, but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by 2 days. The location is very accessible to Old Town without it being too close. The breakfast was both generous and delicious. The access to cold water, Vietnamese coffee, and very good room air conditioning made my stay comfortable. The free walking tour was also excellent. I would concur with the many reviewers that this is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff!! Thank you Lily, Hannah, Cuc, and all the other staff.

Everything was great?

Our room was comfortable and the location was great, just a 5 minute walk into the old town! We did the walking tour with Cindy and it was a perfect way to learn about the history of Hoi An! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, especially Gavy! We also really appreciated the guide given to us at check in with great recommendations for restaurants, local dishes, and activities to take part in. We also booked onward travel through the hotel which was easy and included pick up in the evening. The staff also gave us towels to shower with after check out so that we were fresh for our overnight bus!! ☺️

Excellent location, very professional and friendly front desk staff. Also very helpful with local recommendations and bookings with popular attractions like the Hoi An Memories experience. Their free walking tour was a highlight of my visit. The female tour guide was engaging, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Their hotel brochure is very comprehensive, listing recommended local cuisine restaurants and cafés, markets, and attractions. Perfect for first-time visitors of Hoi An like myself. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. Overall, a great stay! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hoi An. 💯👍

Nothing. My only one recommendation is to consider including a small hotel-sized refrigerator in the room.

Hoianese Center Hotel is the true definition of excellent service! The staff is so friendly, polite and helpful. They arrange everything for you such as transfers, amazing day trips, activities and even a free walking tour, which was guided by Cindy. The staff members I’ve interacted mostly were Min, Helen and Cindy, the tour guide. Min was the first staff member who received me. She immediately made a positive and welcoming impression. I also had multiple conversations with Helen who was always smiling and open for a chat! Like Min, Helen was very passionate to help me with everything and answer every question I had. Cindy was a very open-minded person who told a lot of interesting things about Hoi An. She’s a true local with a big heart for her hometown. It is really good to see how much the staff love Hoi An and are willing to guide you through the old town. The staff is very heartwarming and made my stay in Hoi An the best during my Southeast Asia trip. I would definitely book again at Hoi An Center!

What can I see .. couldn’t pick better . So happy that I stayed here . Small hotel in the very center of town - near to everything by 5 minutes walk -perfect location!! The rooms are nice and super clean the bed is comfy shower was excellent too and soup and shampoo had the best smell! . Breakfast was good and fresh made in spot by reservation . The place is running very professional and seems they know what they doing . I must mention the amazing welcoming by the girls at the reception, Gavy and lily - so nice and friendly but not in the overwhelming way - they were professional and knew exactly what to say and how to behave with clients - normally I like my privacy but it was pleasant to chat with them and get some information- everything with smile and amazing service skills.

The room was a bit small and no view but I booked the only room option that left . T.v and fridge could have been huge upgrade for my opinion- but in general very cosy room with good bed and shower and clean so that’s the most important.

With many trips to HoiAn, this was the first time staying at this little gem. The amazing hospitality started the night we landed with a WhatsApp message (from Julie) arranging a car (350,000) and giving details of how to get in (since we arrived at 11:30pm) and where our key card was located. This was very thoughtful and helpful. The room (301) was very spacious and clean. The bed was soft and Aircon was cool. The bathroom has a stand up shower and the pressure was good. Towels and toiletries were provided😊, as well as two large bottles of water and slippers. When we checked out , we were welcomed by Julie (receptionist), who kindly offered us fresh vietnamese coffee and information around the town. We chatted for awhile while sipping our coffee and found out about other hidden gems and the newest coffee fad here "Coconut coffee". Overall a 5 star rating for the service, attention to detail and positive attitude of the staff. Very good vibes and will stay here again. PS: take the time to chat with the staff as they are all friendly and happy to share any information about Hoi An and help improve your experience while in town.

That the trip had to end. As I said, this place is a good deal for the location and experience. Also extremely clean and spacious.

I had a wonderful time at Hoianese Center Hotel. The location is perfect – right in the center, just a short walk to the old town and all the main sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. But what really made my stay special were the people: Julie and Gavy at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They gave me great tips for exploring Hoi An and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re visiting Hoi An, I can only recommend staying here – I would give more than 10 points if possible!

There was a small issue in my room, but Julie took care of it immediately and even kindly invited me for breakfast as a gesture. That level of service really impressed me. So it was nothing bad at the end :)
