I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in Hoi An, and I can confidently say it’s the best in Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ann and Cherry, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring every guest’s comfort and satisfaction were evident in everything they did. Ann and Cherry went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were always available to offer assistance, provide recommendations, and ensure that every need was met with a smile. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The room I stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Situated in a prime spot in Hoi An, it provided easy access to the town’s main attractions, yet it was peaceful and serene, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Every moment of my stay was filled with joy, largely thanks to Ann and Cherry’s outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An – it truly is a gem and a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

Breakfast is a little poor, although was made with a lot of love

We couldn't have picked a better hotel than this one! They immediately connect with you via WhatsApp upon booking & are expert communicators. Gavy was the most welcoming, kind, & wonderfully helpful person! Our flight was delayed & she waited for us anyways. She gave us a little pamphlet with all kinds of great suggestions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. After we'd go out exploring we'd come back & chat with her about what we ate & where we went. I was happy to hear that her employer makes a point to have her (& other staff) go see the local attractions so they can vouch for what they suggest. If you're debating it, just book the room. You will not regret it!

Hoianese Center Hotel is the true definition of excellent service! The staff is so friendly, polite and helpful. They arrange everything for you such as transfers, amazing day trips, activities and even a free walking tour, which was guided by Cindy. The staff members I’ve interacted mostly were Min, Helen and Cindy, the tour guide. Min was the first staff member who received me. She immediately made a positive and welcoming impression. I also had multiple conversations with Helen who was always smiling and open for a chat! Like Min, Helen was very passionate to help me with everything and answer every question I had. Cindy was a very open-minded person who told a lot of interesting things about Hoi An. She’s a true local with a big heart for her hometown. It is really good to see how much the staff love Hoi An and are willing to guide you through the old town. The staff is very heartwarming and made my stay in Hoi An the best during my Southeast Asia trip. I would definitely book again at Hoi An Center!

The reception staff, particularly Min and Lily , were fantastic...so enthusiastic and helpful...particularly with bike rentals, Bamboo Circus tickets, and a flood in our bathroom!! Big bedroom with a balcony...lovely. So clean, and with a balcony!! Free bottles of cold water in the reception fridge, at any time. Fantastic " free walking tour", organised by the hotel...super guide Bao! Los of information given by the hotel to help us nake the very most of our stay ie local restaurants serving local delicacies. Hotel location was excellent.

Our breakfasts had the potential to be great, with good ingredients- fresh fruit, eggs, etc but the bread and coffee was not to our taste...the drip coffee took so long it was always cool, and the bread was cheap. (We had been eating Pho for weeks so just wanted a change!!)

We fell in love with Hoi An thanks to the Hoianese Hotel! We got there and our receptionist Min welcomed us so warmly and showed us everything Hoi An has to offer including recommendations for food, tailoring, activities, and more. Everything Min recommended was a hit! Throughout our whole stay, Min assisted us with activities and tours we wanted to do. We joined the free walking tour guided by the wonderful Cindy and learned so much about Hoi An’s history. We also joined the basket boat tour and the cooking class which we thoroughly enjoyed! The experiences that we had in Hoi An were all made possible by this hotel and its staff. Towards the end of our stay, I unfortunately left my phone at the hotel and the Hoianese team did everything they can to send my phone to the airport before my flight had to leave. I am so thankful for Min and the whole Hoianese team for the amazing experience, their sincerity, and unparalleled hospitality. I definitely recommend staying with them! I can’t wait to be back in Hoi an because of this experience and will definitely stay at Hotel Hoianese again.

Min, Lilly, and Sindhi made this stay exceptional. From the moment I walked in they were incredibly helpful with everything from food, to things to do, to booking buses, booking shows etc. The walking tour was so amazing, Sindi is a great guide and had loads to teach us! The beds are comfy, rooms are really clean, it feels safe and the location is perfect. Central yet quiet. I extended my stay two more night. I couldn’t recommend this any more. The hospitality itself is enough to make me come back. Special thanks to Min. Definitely my best stay in South east Asia.

Great location with excellent customer service from staff. Near old town but also very quiet and peaceful. Minh checked me in and gave me a quick explanation about Hoi An and things to do. I saved so much time from having to research it myself. I booked several tours through them. They offer a Free Walking Tour and our guide Bao did an excellent job explaining about the town and a Vietnamese history. It’s a must do. With staff speaking excellent English, communicating with them was no issue at all. You can message or call them through WhatsApp which makes it so much easier. I highly recommend this place and would love to be back again.

We had an amazing stay at Hoianese Center Hotel. It all started before we arrived. We asked them to make sure that  there was a desk in the room for working and we wanted to know the wifi speed. They ensured us that there would be a desk and sent us a picture of the wifi speed which was VERY good. We had no issues. Check in was great. Min checked us in and gave us all the info we needed for our trip. My parents wanted a room with a balcony. Within 5 min they found a room available at their sister hotel ( Hoianse Old Town Boutique Hotel) just down the road and they moved over there. During our stay we received a lot of support from the staff Min, Lily, Hannah (over WhatsApp) and the cleaner (unfortunately I never got her name). They organized tickets for our activities, gave advice on where to go and arranged taxis. They were all friendly right through our whole stay. The location is perfect walking diatance from Ancient town and all the restaurants. Thank you Hoianese Center Hotel. We'll definitely see you again when we're back in Hoi An

If you are unsure about where to stay in Hoi An, stop looking and stay here. I was fortunate enough to spend 6 nights here and will absolutely be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect! The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but you are less than a 5 minute walk from the ancient town, attractions in Hoi An, and many incredible restaurants. Helen and Min at reception were incredibly kind and honestly, made my stay in this magical town even better. Not only did they have great recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants, but they helped me to plan tours/excursions that made my trip great. When a tour that I scheduled was cancelled, they helped me book other activities that were really fun! Like I said, stop looking and stay here - this hotel and its staff are fantastic!

Hoianese is a fantastic hotel and particularly the staff are exceptional, the two girls I spoke with on reception mostly Lilly couldn't have done more for the guests - made suggestions, booked taxis, trips, spoke about the area and answered all questions - not just this but they were so organised even text reminding me when I was late for breakfast! Overall a great stay and I would definitely return if I am ever back in Hoi An!

The balcony door has a little gap so it lets in air and a little noise (location itself isn't noisy but still there can be the odd car on the street)
