Anne and his lovely family are such great hosts, they all make you feel at home and very welcomed. The place is just all squeaky clean and comfortable. The location is great, would definitely stay here again. Just remember this is someone else’s house, respect it as you would your own home.

This little guesthouse/hotel has, I think, seven units and we stayed in two different rooms during our extended stay in Hoi An. What a gem of a place! Tucked down a lane in the heart of the city, we had such an enjoyable time staying here. Ann, the manager, was incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to see and do, and she was so responsive to our text messages. Both rooms we stayed in were spacious, and the balcony was a nice feature. What we especially enjoyed was the shower stall was enclosed, as opposed to the normal open, 'wet' bathroom configurations throughout S.E. Asia. All in all, a lovely spot with lovely staff.

What an absolute brilliant find in hoi an. tucked away on a quiet network of streets, but right next to the hustle and bustel, this is the perfect base if you're looking to be within a few minutes walking distance to beautiful (but incredibly popular) old town hoi an, food spots, coffee shops and more. The homestay is run by the wonderful Ann with help from her sister and two adorably sweet dogs. the room i stayed in had a balcony, fridge, and good air con. this is exceptional value for money.

there is no lift so if you have a big suitcase and would struggle carrying up a few flights you may want to see if you can request a ground floor room. i had no issues, but it would be a consideration for some.

Wow! This is the best place we’ve stayed in on our trip and we’ve been out for 6 months ! The best service we’ve ever received. As soon as we arrived we were sat down and the owner introduced herself as well as giving lots of recommendations on food and activities to do in Hoi an. This continued throughout our stay and always gave a warm greeting in the morning. She very often bought us mango from her own tree at her house to try. On the last day we checked out and hours later we came back, my partner became very ill and we could no longer take the bus we had planned to take and needed to stay another night in hoian, while she had no places at her place to stay she sorted a room out for us down the road so we didn’t have to stress and find anything. She even messaged for days after ensuring we were okay. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this place enough, the location is amazing, it’s so clean and the rooms are brilliant. A truly amazing place to stay !

An the host was fantastic! Always smiling and willing to help with anything. The location is one of the best you can get if you want to be close to the Old City. Through the homestay you can book a variety of activities in which they pick you up from the homestay and drop you back to it, very comfortable. The room was a great value for what we paid, the shower has a glass separator from the rest of the bathroom which is not a default out here in SE Asia and the balcony was also fun. One of us got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful by directing us to the closest Clinic that is a minute away and even brought extra blankets and tea to the room for us.

The location is excellent, about 5 mins walk to the ancient town. There are tailors and shops right outside the homestay. The popular Madam Khanh Bánh Mí is just 1 min walk away. Cong, the host, and his 2 cute dogs are very friendly :)

The bathroom needs some upgrades and better maintenance. There was no floor towel, hence the floor tiles can get really wet after a shower. The room can be better cleaned, I see dust on the tables. But overall, it's really good value for money. If you are on a tight budget and want a central location with a friendly host, I would recommend this homestay.

We really enjoyed our time at Vinh Khang Homestay. The location was great, quiet but close enough that we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Ann, was so lovely and helpful. She was always around if we needed anything, gave us lots of good advice on what to do, and recommended great places to eat. She also organised our airport transfers, which made everything so easy. We felt really well looked after and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Very central . About a 10 min straight walk to the main bridge . Shop nearby to get extra water etc . I drink a lot of water plus made tea , the wonderful Mr CONG did everything he could do to help. From booking trips to answering any questions he could and if not he used Google translator , Alway smiling . He runs the homestay himself and does his best to run it . great value for money , Bed changed and room cleaned every second day but I’m sure if you wanted it done every day mr CONG would be more than happy to help. We did our booking for theBa na Hills with him , got us a private driver , pre bought our tickets for us , booked our transfer from airport on arrival and back to airport . Told us to download the grab app for local taxis . He won’t set you wrong , we had to wake him up one night as we got home late late and not a bother to him 😄

I did read other reviews before I went about bathroom needing a lit bit of attention to detail on cleaning , but it was minor , Beds are hard but I spoke to someone else staying near the beach area and they said theirs were the same . So probably standard in that part of Asia . I like a hard bed so wasn’t a problem for me .

There was nothing missing and the owner of the homestay is very lovely and helps you out if there is something needed!

Close but not too close to the ancient city centre. Meaning that we could walk there in 5 minutes without suffering the busy streets and nightlife noise. There were two wonderful and relaxed dogs outside which “guarded” the place. The hostess was wonderfully kind to us, and very knowledgable about the city.

The beds were on the harder side even for South East Asia, but that is how it is in most locations.
