it’s the best homestay I’ve ever stayed in. rooms are spacious (we booked 4 rooms). bed is huge and comfortable. air conditioning works efficiently. bathroom is big as well and shower pressure is good. two small water bottles provided daily for free. beyond this a large water bottle can be purchased from the hotel at a far cheaper price than outside. housekeeping is done daily which is fantastic. we didn’t have our towels changed everyday because it was not needed. but room was serviced and cleant daily. you can get bicycles free of cost from the homestay. u can borrow iron and hairdryer if needed. the owners are kind and hospitable. we took all tours from the owner and also exchanged money here. the breakfast must be chosen a night before and it’s delicious and wholesome. it’s sufficient to get you going for the day. loved the Veggie Banh Mi. the ginger tea n white Vietnamese coffee were superb too. thank you to the host/owner for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

it’s a homestay so it doesn’t have a lift. we were okay but if you have concerns on mobility then not the best fit for u. but many hotels in Hoi An don’t have lifts as they’re mostly 1-2 storeyed. in the night, don’t know if there was renovations going on, but we heard thuds on our ceiling from the floor above. if you’re a light sleeper, it may affect u. also when u choose to stay at homestays, u must respect their local culture so like in all Asian homes, we don’t bring int he footwear. u must take ur footwear off at the entrance. some non Asians may find this strange but don’t worry the lobby area, steps, corridor, room floors are super clean and it’s cleant daily.

This place is great. The owners are lovely and only want to help with anything you need. It’s very homely and interesting to chat with them. The breakfast was brilliant and the best we’ve had so far in our 5 months travels. The location is great to explore Hoi An and you can use the bicycles they have for free. The rooms & bathroom was lovely too and no faults. We’d stay here every time!

Sometimes a little pushy with wanting to plan stuff for us or asking us about bookings but the owners are lovely and only trying to help so this is in no way a negative.

The location was excellent. A short walk to all the streets of the old town. The couple that own the property were very helpful with our requests - private car from Da Nang airport (300,000 dong ($17CAN), private car to and from My Son (700,000 dong ($40CAN), private car to Da Nang airport with 2 hour stop at Marble Mountain (400,000 dong ($23CAN). It was a nice car too. Breakfast was custom made and they were generous with the amount of food you could order. The sticky rice was superb! We wanted a car at 7am to beat the crowds at My Son so they made warm Banh Mi sandwiches for us that day. Just very friendly and helpful with any touristy needs. And they helped us change cash at a good rate since we wanted to pay our room with cash rather than credit card.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room looked exactly like the pictures — very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the ancient town, and they even offer free bicycles! It truly feels like home, thanks to the warm and welcoming family who runs the place. They were incredibly helpful and arranged some great tours at very good prices. There’s no elevator, but they kindly carried my luggage up and down for me, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too! I highly recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable, walking distance to the old town. Old town is only for pedestrians so you are close enough. Good breakfast. They arrange transportations, tours and money exchange if needed. Very convenient staying here.

When you leave and remove the key card, electricity cuts. Not ideal if you want to leave your phone charging or something cooling in the fridge while not in the room. I'd also add a cozy lamp shade next to the bed. But that's just being picky, the stay was great and totally recommend.

Great location, steps away from old town. Cute decor very modern. Breakfast was amazing (try the pancakes). Lovely hosts and family. Perfect for our stay in Hoi An. Would highly recommend!

The shower drain was on the opposite corner of the bathroom, so taking a shower made the whole bathroom wet up to the toilet. Not the end of the world but a weird design. There was also a weird smell coming from the empty garbage cans (like those little soaps you find in urinals). We kept the garbage lid closed but the owners should change those garbage cans :)

Loved the location of the homestay, very easy distance from the Old town and all the markets that I wanted to see It was also useful to use the bike hire which was included in the booking Room was very comfortable and spacious I also loved the bathroom/shower had great pressure Rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily Breakfast was delicious and a nice selection to choose from (you pre arrange the choice and time you want breakfast the day before)

I liked it all, I think all rooms are first floor and above though so be aware you will need to carry your suitcase upstairs

The hosts are amazing - even let us freeze some water for a day trip we had planned (in the soaring heat). Breakfast is great. Mini bar is fairly priced too. Location is excellent - close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. This was my second time staying here. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Bed was little firm for our taste, but a mattress cover helped significantly!

Very clean and modern. Plenty of space in our room with balcony. The breakfasts were gorgeous. Fantastic hot shower. Bed was very comfortable. Snacks in the room available and reasonable price. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early from a night bus and they let us quickly shower, drop our bags as they quickly cleaned a room for us to check in early to. Very grateful! They also organised a transfer to the train station that was cheaper than Grab. Very close to the old town and river for boat ride.

Our toilet had a small leak but not a big deal.

Very beautiful studio with a design that gave you the feeling that somebody actually cared for their guests. Bed sheets were clean - and even smelled nice -, towels, tooth brushes, soap, shampoo, water, everything was provided and taken care of. The AC was working properly and was quiet. Additionally there was a fan which we could have used but didn’t. Laundry was optionally available. The location was great, central and very quiet. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, beach in walking distance. The family can provide and arrange for tours, tickets or scooter and helped us to organise a vehicle so we could do the Hai Van pass by ourselves.

As in lots of places in the tropics, we encountered the occasional cockroach in the bathroom but other than that the place was spotless and very clean.
