Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, on the edge of the ancient town, far enough away to avoid the craziness but close enough to easily walk to. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is on a nice quiet street. Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable.

Had to pay cash when checking out. Credit card not available. Not a problem for me but just make sure you can get cash to pay for your stay just in case.

Phong Phu Villa Hoi An is a wonderful small family-run hotel quite near the Old Town (less than a 10 minute walk). It is located on a narrow street that is quiet at night and lively during the day. The host is friendly, speaks excellent English and is very helpful in all regards. She helped us book a car & driver for a day trip to the ancient My Son Sanctuary (very affordable and an excellent experience). And she helped us book a taxi to take us to Da Nang (an hour north; also the taxi very economical). Breakfast was included in the room price and was excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place with the most friendly and helpful staff!! Nhu is the manager and she was absolutely fantastic with checking up on us when we were out on tours and helping us with arranging lifts as well as anything we needed!! Perfectly located where you can walk out and into the center of all the shopping and hustle and bustle of this beautiful place!! We loved every minute and will definitely be back xx

Had a really great stay here! Felt at home, best value for money, and one of the nicest stays during my trip in Vietnam. The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a nice balcony too. The staff was incredibly friendly and arranged a very early-morning transfer to the airport for me at a great price. I loved the slippers I had in my room, so I asked where I could find them, and they bought them for me the next day. Really great vibe. Family run hotel. Highly recommended. Location was also great: central but away from the noise, on a small street mostly for bikes and pedestrians, with hardly any cars.

Excellent place to stay. great location as its walking distance from everything you need with plenty of amenities. When we can checked out, we were contacted by the host who had told us that we had already paid fornthe booking online, and we paid cash when we arrived (we didnt realise at the time). We had to check out early to catch a flight and so we checked out without seeing anyone. The host contacted us by whatsapp to tell us we had overpaid as she wanted to get the money back to us. We had already left to go to another island snd so they contacted the hotel we were staying at and sent the money there for us. Mistakes happen, we knew that but we really appreciated the honestly and the effort in getting it back to us! Would stay again is we ever went back to Hoi An

Room was clean and spacious. Booked the room with a balcony that overlooked the back garden and surrounding houses. Very friendly staff, good guest services including affordable overnight laundry service. Walkable distance to river and shopping area, and no noise pollution Would stay again

Location was a little further from river and busy shopping area. Nearby construction (possibly in the Villa itself?) started around 6am, each day we stayed, loud banging, drilling, and other construction sounds. Would definitely wake medium to light sleepers

Phong Phu is located around 10min walk to the Ancient Town. It's quite a walk but since Hoi An is as walkable city so it's no problem. There's also a lot of places to eat and have coffee on the same street. You could also rent a bicycle for VND 30K a day which is super super cheap. Biking around the town is a great option to get around. Nhu, our host was really nice an lovely too. She always greets us with a smile whenever we meet downstairs. Twice we returned home super late and she kept the door open for us which was really nice of her. We were also lucky to meet her mom just outside the property while chatting with Nhu and we had a cute and funny interaction that night. We highly recommend Phong Phu Villa for a great stay in Hoi An. Thanks agan, Nhu! 😊

The airconditioning can be improved but it was no big deal for us.

Nice location 7 min walk to old town, plenty of shops and restaurants near by. We arrived at 11 am and we were able to chwck in straight away. The host helped us also to book some bus tickets to Nha Trang which was great and offered us a late breakfast at 12 when we were checking out.

We went out for the night in old town and when we came back all the entering doors to the villa were locked. We had to start calling the contact numbers for about 20 minutes until the host woke up to open. The room with balcony is not worth it. The balcony is very small and you have no view except the one of the air con..

Lovely accommodating and friendly staff, great location close to bars and restaurants, good breakfast, bike hire, room was great with comfortable bed, good size and good fridge, bathroom and balcony was great.

The staff are friendly and super easygoing. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the lobby after our checkout time. They have mopeds and bikes you can rent out for a good price. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we also got a balcony. The location is great. There's a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. I recommend the salted coffee place right next door.

There are no elevators, and we were on the 3rd floor. It was not horrible, just tiring after a long day out or bringing our luggage upstairs.
