The hotel has a great sense of aesthetics, beautifully designed like a true resort. The swimming pool is spacious, the grounds are open and airy, and there’s convenient parking space for families traveling by car. The staff are sweet, gentle, and polite — a completely different experience from a hotel I stayed at in Hue previously. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and although the restaurant is large, it can get crowded. Our family chose to sit by the pool instead, which had an incredibly chill atmosphere. The room was spacious, airy, and well-equipped — perfect for families with young children. The hotel is located on Ly Thuong Kiet Street. While it’s not right in the center of the Ancient Town, they offer free bicycles for guests, and it only takes about 2–3 minutes of cycling to reach the old town — very convenient!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the huge rooms which were lovely and clean. The shower was the best shower we had during our holiday! The pool was large and the perfect temp to cool off in plus it has 2 little wading pools for the smaller kids. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also delicious. We could not fault this hotel and cannot wait to return one day!

The hotel is perfect. Location: 13 minutes walk or 7 minutes bike to old Hoian. Plenty restaurant, coffee around. Hotel is clean with nice 3 swimming pools.Breakfast is good. Receptionist, waiters,waitress, guards... are super gentil and helpful. We stay 5 nights there and they upgrade room for us. There are more than 10 bicycles. First come first serve. Very convinient. We love our staying time at this hotel and Hoi An

Room is not soundproof so you can hear people talk at entrance

All the hotel staff from reception to restaurant/room service to housekeeping were so kind and personable. Staff took care of last minute requests for airport pickup and drop off and helped me book a private car and driver so I could create my own tour schedule instead of joining a big tour. I was able to see My Son and some really cool caves on Marble Mountain at my own pace with the driver they booked for me. The room was clean and very spacious. Hotel is about a ten minute walk to most attractions. As a solo traveler I felt very comfortable here and would recommend it to others.

Probably the best hotel we stayed at during our three week in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 The breakfast was great, the rooms and the pool were very clean! Last but not least, the staff was amazing!

Nothing, unless you wish to stay closer to Hoi An’s city center. The hotel was about 10 minutes away by walking from the center of the old town. On a positive note, this makes it much more calm and easier to sleep at night.

The staff is extremely helpful. The operation process is professional from the reservation, front desk and F&B. During our vacation, one of our family member was sick, the staff at the restaurant was kind enough to bring breakfast to room for him. Special thanks to the team for your service.

The hotel and staff were great. Breakfast good especially the made to order omelette. Good location, 15 mins walk to the centre.

The music around the pool during the day was too loud.

Very clean and big spacious rooms compared to other hotels in Vietnam

The room had a damp smell upon arrival and is expected due to climate , it was quickly sorted out when I informed reception , and they sent up an electric air freshener which did the trick . Minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic hotel . Breakfast was not great but acceptable at best.

The hotel is very nice, close to the city center, but as we wished, in a quiet location. The breakfast is good, I like the vietnamese coffee. We couldn´t use the pool much because of the weather, but we did a short swimming.

Perfect location for hotel of this type. Spacious, uncrowded, large pool and upgraded to first floor room with large sun terrace directly overlooking the pool. 5-10 mins walk through old Town to Japanese Bridge. Free bicycles for use. We took 2 straight over to an bang beach. Must try Baby Mustard restaurant enroute......my no.1 in Vietnam!! BREAKFAST SELECTION OF LOCAL & WORLD FOODS ARE THE BEST WE HAD DURING OUR STAY IM VIETNAM. Staff are extremely friendly & professional.

We stayed for 2 nights & due to hot weather did not notice we didn't have hot water until just before checkout. Staff very apologetic and promised they would have sorted this straight away.
