The room was large, with big windows and a nice bathroom. We were initially going to Cham island next, but changed plans due to typhoon Wutip. The staff easily booked us another two nights in the same room. They also helped us call contacts we had in North Vietnam, without additional fee.

The room was at the half level, next to the pool and at the bottom of the staircase. That was not an issue in itself, but the door was not sound proof, so we got woken up several times in the morning when staff or guests talked while climbing the stairs.

The property location was great, within walking distance of everything you needed. Quiet enough to have a good night sleep. The room was spacious and clean.

We got shushed a couple of times by the night receptionist for just talking and laughing. This was only around 9/10pm too.

Lovely stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful and sorted our laundry to be done without issue. The hotel is in a great location about 10-15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was clean and spacious with the staff providing fresh towels daily. The AC was really strong which was great in the heat!

The walls and blinds needed some updating with paint/repair. Not the hotel’s fault but you could hear noisy guests in the hallway at times so just be mindful of that!

Really nice room - looked just like the pictures and good bathroom too. Was also in a very ideal location, about a 10min walk from hoi an old town and lots of food places around. Right opposite was a mini mart and you could also use the bikes for free ! Would recommend staying here for value for money.

Very loud at night and especially in the morning and during the day. No sound proofing from the outside so can hear music and street noise very loudly. Housekeeping also talked very loudly in the corridors during the day.

Lovely warm staff, location just on the edge of the ancient centre. Free bicycles to get you to the centre were super convenient. We got upgraded upon arrival, so we were on the second last floor (no lifts so not sure if that was a good thing!) Lovely big room and super clean. We used the pool once because it was raining most of our stay, I feel sorry for the person who's room looks straight onto the pool and vice versa! All up great value hotel.

The walls in the bathroom must be quite thin as I could hear our neighbour's conversation. We just shut the door of the bathroom at night and it was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the receptionist provided good service upon our arrival. We had booked a family room for four people, but the original room was on the 5th floor, and the hotel didn't have an elevator. The receptionist offered us two rooms on the 2nd floor at the same price, which we accepted. Otherwise, we would have had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor.

Just a small note: the hotel is located on a narrow street where cars and motorbikes are parked along the sides. You need to be careful when walking, and many taxis dropped us off on the main road, so we had to walk to the hotel. However, it wasn't a big issue, as we enjoy walking.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room with all the amenities you would need, great location, many excellent coffee shops and cafe's within meters of the hotel, Hoi An old town is an easy 15 minute walk, Hotel provides free coffee all day and free bicycles for exploring, and can help with any tour,, day trip and bookings you require, But the best thing about the hotel is the staff, all very professional, A special mention for Huyen, Tram and Sim, always smiling friendly and helpful, they make it a pleasure to stay, Thank you, I'll be back again soon,

There's nothing bad to say,

A perfect location for those who want to visit 'Old Town's but don't want to be stuck in the middle of a tourist mecca, and with good access to shops and services on the same street. Easily walkable from this location to all the things you could want, and free loan bicycles for anything further. The kindest, warmest staff you could ever ask for working shifts at the front desk, always ready to help with suggestions for restaurants or solutions for problems you may have. Even helped me access a courier to send items home! Tea/coffee accessible in the lobby, a private pool for when the weather is warmer, and nice places to rest outside of your room all accessible from the front entrance. The room I booked, a simple 'Double Bed', was cosy and serviceable. Honestly one of the more peaceful stays I have had in Vietnam. Bathroom facilities are ok, but could stand a little maintenance.

Not much to dislike, to be honest. The hotel asks you to leave keys at the front counter, which can seem an inconvenience but does allow you to 'check in' if you have questions or concerns. The bathroom, whilst very serviceable, could stand a little maintenance with its shower fixture as to help keep water in the shower bay and away from the main floor. Be mindful of th uneven floors as well; good for keeping overspray in the bathroom, bad for stubbing toes in the dark!

Big, clean, comfortable room, free coffee all day, good location on small side road,, many good cafes, restaurants iwithin a two minute walk, Old Town just an easy 15 minute walk, away or take a bike which hotel provides, for me location was perfect, close enough for everything the old town offers but within minutes you can find a quiet spot to chill out away from the crowds, The staff were so helpful, friendly, and funny, anything you needed was no trouble for them, Special mention to Huyen, Sim and Tram, they made my stay at the hotel a great experience, thank you, Next Hoi An trip I will stay here again for sure,

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and clean enough, and there's a desk to use one's laptop. The aircon works well. They provide toiletries and drinking water. The wifi was okay. The hotel is less than 15 minutes walking from the old town, but the road is unpleasant due to the traffic. There's an old Hoianese house to visit just 100 meters away from the hotel. There's a cafe/bakery for breakfast just 200 meters on the right. The small street in front of the hotel is not noisy so it won't disturb your sleep. The price is very reasonable.

The hotel is less than 15 minutes walking from the old town, but the road is unpleasant due to the traffic. I didn't use the pool so I can't comment on it.
