We loved staying here. The family who run it are so lovely, friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special. Trinh was so helpful with tours and transport and she is a tailor and made us some really lovely clothes at better rates than we were quoted in town. The breakfasts were really good too. My boys especially enjoyed the banana pancakes. The location is perfect. A short walk from all the action. There are some great places to eat nearby and I did a coffee making class just a block away that was so much fun. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An.

Owner is friendly and can communicate English. She upgrades our room to the 6pax room for 4 of us with discount rate which is so much bigger and more comfortable for us to put our big luggage. She cooked breakfast for everyone which is nice and simple. Her banana pancake is so yummy! Location is also good. You can easily find food and mart every direction. The white rose restaurant is just nearby. It is a straight walking distance to the hoi an night market. The weather was windy and cooling, around 20-23c, so it was pleasant to walk around. Easy to get Grab to all tourist area. She can also help you arrange a tour or find transport for a cheaper price than grab. They provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. There is shampoo and soap as well. Towels, hairdryer and slippers are provided too. There is no kettle in the room to boil water, but you can ask hot drinking water from the owner and she will prepare it for you. No coffee and tea provided in the room too. Water bottle yes, there is a medium size fridge too. And nice big shelf to put your stuff.

Bed are queen size but a bit hard for me and pillow not the fluff type as well. But still can sleep once get used to it. My parents is ok with it. Water shower pressure is a bit low for hot water. If you shower cold water is stronger. Our room is upper floor, the staircase a bit narrow for huge bag. So just keep that in mind. Still manageable to carry it up. There might be mosquitoes around as well, so you can close the door and window to avoid that. But the night air is quite cooling during this month.

The hosts are amazing and this what I loved the most. The woman is a tailor and she created a fabulous dress and a blazer for me. She helped me decide what I want and design things, took me to the store to choose a fabric, guided me through the process…and the price was way better than in the city centre and it’s super convenient for fittings to be happen at the accommodation. And then she even made a matching tie for my boyfriend, for free. They picked me up from the bus station for free, they offer a super nice breakfast, give you advice what to do, I rented a bike, they organised a tour for me to My Son sanctionary and a transfer to Da Nang. The location is just at the edge of the old quarter, couple, so you’re not in the noise, the room is simple but nice and with a lovely balcony.

Trinh and her husband were amazing hosts, incredibly friendly and hassle-free. We were able to book several trips through her with really good prices, compared to what we found online. She is also a tailor and now we are the happy owners of two dresses, shorts and a button up shirt. The selection of fabrics was very big and she was able to fulfill every ideas and wishes we had with high quality. We didn't compare the prices to other tailors but found it very reasonable. If we had more storage in our luggage we would have got more clothes done. The breakfast was very delicious and always (more than) enough.

Nothing. If we will ever visit Hoi An again, we will without hesitation choose the Green Garden House.

The homestay is located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 min walking distance to the Hoi An Old town. The room was relatively small but was good value for money and had all the stuff that you need i.e good air conditioning and a confortable bed. The hostess Trinh and her husband were the nicest and accommodated us all they could with big smiles on their faces. Very kind and warm people. Trinh gave us tips for leather workshops in the town and even drove us there to shop the leather belts. She also helped us renting a motorbike and arranging taxi for us when we were leaving at lower rates than app-based alternatives. Our experience was great, would recommend!

The host is friendly and helpful. The host made you feel welcome and be comfortable in your stay. The location is strategic and quite near to the ancient town of Hoi An. Nearby walking distance to many good eateries and convenient stores. The host scored good points from my family as both the husband and wife host are friendly and attend to your needs with a smiling face.

Nothing. With all the good points and budget wise travellers this is definitely a good choice for your homestay. Just for those who drive to this place to stay parking your car is a problem as the road leading to the house is narrow and there is no place to park your car but you can always use grab as it is plenty here.

We loved our stay, we booked for two nights but then stayed another two. Trinh and her husband were amazing hosts. Offering us breakfast in the mornings, organising a laundry service for us, helping us book our bus to Hue and also Trinh designed and made clothes for us too. We were both really delighted with our items, we think it was well worth the money. The room was small, but everything you need for a comfortable stay. They replaced our towels halfway through, and gave me an extra blanket as I get quite cold. They also provide a manual of tours and free things to do in the town, the lady next door to the homestay rents bicycles which is really convenient. All in all, everything we needed!

Great place to stay. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, wifi works fast. The host makes the most out of it, she is so sweet and helpful, she made me a cute skirt, also helped me to find shoes and gave me a ride to the bus station. I felt very welcomed here. You’re 10minutes walk from the ancient city. The breakfast was good as well. There are plenty of restaurants 2min walk from the house, also shops.

I only spend one night, so nothing I can think about

We loved everything. We felt like part of the family. It was our first homestay and didn’t know what to expect. After staying here 3 nights, we extended another 4! Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast each morning was super delicious and the coffee is a nice wake up for our busy days. We had some clothes made and we were amazed at the quality, you go and pick the fabric and it’s made within a couple of days (faster if needed) we had 2 dresses and a shirt made and we were made up!! One happy couple staying here so thank you again for looking after us ❤️

Satisfying room only 5-7 minutes walk from the old part of the city. The tenants, husband and wife, are very pleasant and accommodating people who will advise you on everything you are interested in. You have to know that some beds in the rooms have hard and some soft mattresses! During the booking proces I asked for soft ones and I got them, but I also saw hard mattresses in the neighboring rooms, on which I personally cannot sleep well. We-fee is good and you can rely on it. The lady sews suits and offers laundry through another company for 30,000 VND / KG We were satisfied with our stay for the price offered

The room is quite tight when there are two Some switch in the bathroom was turned off for days, so we couldn't take a hot shower until the last day. If it happens to you that you only have cold water, be sure to contact the host to check it Constant humidity in the room during the stay. Whether this is generally the case everywhere in Hoi An or not is difficult to assess, but things could not be dried for days in December, and everything, including the bedding, was constantly damp.
