From the moment the doors were opened for us, we were greeted by Nguyet who treated like VIP’S! After she checked us in, she personally escorted us to our room. The bed and pillows were a little too hard for my wife who suffers from very bad arthritis. Within two minutes there was a housekeeper with a choice of three different pillows! They also added a topper to the mattress which made it much more comfortable for my wife. The linens were 100% cotton and the bathroom towels were large, luxurious and pristine. After unpacking, we set out for the magnificent pool. We really appreciated the size and cleanliness of the salt water pool. The fact that it is made of marble and not tile with grout truly impressed us. The amount of sun beds was plentiful and the towels large and comfortable. There were always enough sun beds for everyone and the pool attendant, Long, gave us great service! The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever experienced and we have stayed in many five star hotels around the world. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the breads made in house, were excellent! This was the first good bread we had in Vietnam. Our compliments to the chef! Van and her dining team were phenomenal! Everyone addressed us by our first names, which was very impressive! They knew the tea that my wife liked and made it for her as soon as we walked in every morning. The coffee was the best I have had in Vietnam. I would like to give a special shoutout to Lucia in the dining room who treated us like family. She made our stay so much more enjoyable. Also would like to commend Flower and Lien. I wish I knew everyone’s names so I could mention them! Dinner in the dining room was superb. There was an area of dark seating which made it so much more comfortable for us. We really appreciated this! Everyone at reception was outstanding! A particular shout out goes to Lanh. She helped us tremendously, adding a bag onto our flight!

Staff were honest and very helpful. Mr. Thao drove us for our airport transfer and was very helpful with our group of 11. Airport transfer and tour ride included complimentary cold water and cold towels, which provided much relief from the heat. Manager was very engaging and spoke perfect English. Reception was very helpful and understanding with our big group and mischievous children in the foyer. Provided us with recommendations and arranged a tour to Ba Na Hills. The rooms were spotless and furnishings well maintained. We left tip money on the table for the cleaners, but they did not take it, so we wrote a note to specify this. Restaurant staff are attentive and friendly. My partner said the beef burger was one of the best he's ever had. My partner also said the gym was the most well equipped gym he's seen in VN. There was a theatre available with advanced booking. Great Location. Old Town not too far away and easily accessible via electric car. There is a convenience store directly across the road, and great spa options and lantern-making classes within walking distance. I want to gatekeep this resort, but it should be known Wafaifo is the best. We will likely be back every year.

I would appreciate adherence to "Do Not Disturb". Nonetheless, I understand that staff are just going above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for my stay. Some day-pass visitors at the pool were very rude. It would be a nicer and less crowded experience if only residing guests had access to the pool.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! The staff cannot do enough for you and are so genuinely wanting to make your stay AMAZING 🤩 The facilities are 1st class and spotlessly clean . The food is delicious and the coffee is so so great . Extremely comfortable beds and the room decor is so gorgeous you won’t want to leave . There are little personal touches everywhere and if they don’t have it ( highly unlikely ) then you only have to ask 🤩. The breakfast buffet is fabulous and delicious with so much variety . They have a private Cinema on the grounds which was so much fun , an amazing pool and a cafe that is open until 11pm for anyone having trouble with time differences . Special mention to Huong who looked after both of us as we arrived extremely unwell from Hanoi . I’m pretty sure I didn’t open a door myself the whole time ❤️ . The pillows are superb and we slept so well . Honestly we are very well travelled and have not come across a resort that we genuinely didn’t want to leave , until now 😞. Thanks so much for making our stay the most memorable ever !

Our stay at Wafaifo was 10/10. The staff were so lovely & helpful but not overbearing. The facilities were clean and modern. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the pool felt fresh and enjoyable. The hotel is about 10/15min walk into town but we liked this as the centre is quite loud / intense so the area is the calm away from the chaos. Rooms were spacious and comfortable - bed & pillows very comfy ! Highly recommend a stay here, great value for money and would love to come back.

We couldn’t have picked a better place! The room and amenities were spotless and well thought out, and the breakfast was absolutely awesome—great variety and super fresh. We arrived late at night after a nightmare with another hotel, and were welcomed with open arms. The receptionist immediately took care of everything for us, quickly and with genuine kindness. That first impression set the tone for the rest of our stay: relaxed, comfortable, and taken care of. Highly recommended

Loved our stay. Very clean and modern room and bathroom which was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of pool loungers. Great gym facilities. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Staff were friendly, even packed us a take away breakfast as we had a 4am check out to catch a flight.

Bed was slightly hard but got use to it after night 1. Pool temperature could’ve been colder. It was really hot in Hoi An so was hoping for a fresh/cold plunge but the water was quite warm.

This is a new property. Rooms were attractive and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was beyond impressive. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. (We all loved Anh who works at the front desk and Nuc in the restaurant). The pool is gorgeous and very big. There’s a kids club, a spa and other amenities. We hated to leave.

New hotel with great amenities and very clean. It was in a great location and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a really comfortable stay we enjoyed both sitting my the pool and the food at the hotel was good too and their buffet breakfast. The service and hotel felt way more luxe than what you paid for- cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Hotel was lovely and new, staff were really nice and everyone said hello everytime they saw you. It was also so nice and relaxing hanging out at the pool. Overall a great experience, hotel wasn't too busy and we had excellent customer service during our stay.

It is close to the center, the staff and the food is amazing (thank you Giang and Van for your professionalism), the pool and the gym are great, we loved our stay at Wafaifo.

We didn’t like the beach club at the sea, so we stayed at the pool.
