I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the comfort I needed. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. They provided a quiet excellent space for work. The hosts were helpful, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The property was very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. It was in a lively area and the place itself had a good feeling about it. The staff were really helpful and the room was clean and comfortable- it had everything you needed. It was very good value in view of the location.

There was only one external window which looked onto another wall and there room was a bit shabby.

The room was very clean and spacious. It's right in the centre of Hoi An so a great location. Staff lovely and friendly The breakfast here was great! You could chose 1 option from the breakfast food menu (lots to chose from) and 1 option from the whole of the cafe drinks menu! Hot/cold/smoothie etc to chose from! We thought this was by far the best breakfast we've had staying anywhere as you can chose from such a large selection and the coffee was lovely! Breakfast was very tasty and a big portion too which is what everyone wants !

Sadly the bed was very very hard so we did have an uncomfortable night sleep, but the room is of course very cheap so it really isnt a shock for us. We still loved the stay

Lovely location and we had a really fab room. Really big and spacious and comfortable bed. Good shower room. Good breakfast with a really good selection of drinks and good coffee/juice/smoothie included as the downstairs is also a cafe. Staff were fab and helpful and the main girl speaks great English.

Not a huge complaint but majority of staff don’t speak English at all, which is fine but if they are working in that industry one would think they would. Things just took a bit longer to extend the room, doing laundry for example or ask any questions they had to call the boss.

Staff and Ms A were friendly, aiming to please and made wonderful suggestions on room choices. Only stairs to rooms…no elevator. I have bad back & can only do second floor only. Excellent location with easy 5 minute walk to Old Town and Night Market everyday. Love that at Night Market they don’t let mopeds and cars travel inside. We did the boat ride in the canals at night and was so romantic and wonderful pic op. Wonderful restaurants nearby that they could recommend. We went to everyone they highly recommended. Excellent choices. Good air conditioning. Strong. Wonderful full breakfast that was included in our room. The staff were always attentive, friendly and answered any questions or any problems. They even ordered a taxi back from An’s Homestay at the time we needed to Danang airport.

Shower and bathroom floor all in one level. Gets the whole floor wet. Doesn’t drain as easily. Shower gets the whole bathroom floor wet. Use the rubber slippers provided and you won’t slip.

The behavior of the Vi and her husband was very good. They did their best to make us comfortable. They also arranged many tour for considering our budget and time. Their little child was so cute that we are already missing him.

Cleanliness. They need to be more careful in washroom cleaning. Also, some facilities such as mirror in the room can be included.

The staff in the cafe is truly the best I have met in whole of Vietnam. The location is really good to explore old town, as everything is on walking distance. Also the rooms are really spacious.

The location is in old town and therefore the room is noisy, which means you should def carry earplugs to sleep. I couldn't sleep in Old Town, so I moved to a location outside, but many others can especially if you are used to it.

The room was above a working resturant so was a bit noisy through the day but very quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Very easy access to the old town.

A small refrigerator and tea and coffe facilities would have been handy.
