My brother and I stayed here, the location is amazing just right next to the old town. It’s also a stunning building the pool looks so pretty in pictures. The staff were amazing and so helpful, we booked a day trip to hue and our airport transfers with them and it was great! Amazing staff and terrific location and lots of different tours on offer through the hotel which seem around the same price as the ones on sites like Klook and get your guide, so we found booking through the hotel to be easier. Also the hotel rooms had pretty good wifi, probably the best out of any of the hotels we stayed in while in Vietnam and the aircon was amazing!! Which is a must for 2 Scots in the summer Vietnamese heat.

There’s no lift so we had to carry our suitcases right up to the top but honestly we could have done with the workout.

The location was perfect. Close to convenient stores and the old town. We walked everywhere from the hotel. We were provided a transfer from the airport and to our hotel in Danang for a competitive fee. Mini bar prices were also reasonable. The pool was refreshing after a day of walking around or doing tours. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and we liked that the room was dark so we slept well.

The walls are not sound proof so we were woken up by other guests who were not inconsiderate of others. The design of the hotel meant that sound echoed. However this is not at all the fault of the staff themselves.

The stairs only cause i injured my knee a day before coming to Hoi An and my room was on the 3rd floor otherwise great hotel

The hotel is well located for all attractions in the old town area of Hoi An. The room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful to make your stay more enjoyable. I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again.

For those in a wheel chair or are unable to walk up stairs, unless you are able to reserve the ground floor rooms, this hotel is not for you. There is no lift, only stairs. WIFI isnt advertised as being available in the facilities section of the hotel nor was its availability mentioned when I checked in. I just happened to see it in the wifi list on my lap top. It would be nice if this was mentioned at check in.

Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds, good sized rooms! Nothing was too much trouble, reception were able to arrange tours and laundry services for us as well as taxi transfers and anything else we asked for! Wonderful location, nice and quiet but only a short walk to the central tourist area of Hoi An. Pool was lovely - although be prepared as it doesn't get any sun its a little chilly! Kids didn't mind though and it was refreshing for us. Our stay was part of a nearly 4 week trip around Asia for our family of 5 and this was one of our favourite hotels we stayed in during the whole trip.

Pretty and clean hotel in city center. I highly appreciate check in opportunity in the middle of the night! Good breakfast! I HIGHLY RECOMEND TO STAY HERE. Maybe it’s not hotel fault but next to hotel is bike and motorbike renal, which they not only shouldn’t recommend (receptionist show us this place to rent a motorbike), HOTEL SHOULD WARN guest against this motorbike rental woman. She is a cheater, motorbike had broken lights (imagine coming back in the night!!), she took motorbike in the morning (we had rent motorbike till 1.30 pm) and drain fuel we bought day before what ruined our plans again. She deflated tyre when we didn’t want to rent for another day and just use motorbike till time we rent it and tried to cheat us that’s our fault. DONT RENT MOTORBIKE THERE.

Good central location. Kieu ('Kelly') at reception was friendly & always helpful, especially with arranging a change of rooms. Great breakfast options and a very attentive waiter.

Despite booking months ahead, we were initially allocated two rooms on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Room 102 had a bad smell of mold, and we noticed some mosquitoes in room 101. (Once alerted, Kieu kindly arranged for us to move next morning to newly-vacated rooms on the top floor, which were much better.) Internet access was unavailable at off-peak times of day (10am to 4pm?) via all wifi routers (one per room). Like all of Hoi An, the building is not modern and there's no elevator, only stairs.

Perfect location, cross the road into the old town, go The other direction for the more local places. You can buy same things outside the old town. Staff here are excellent. You can get advice and information about where to go and what to do and then leave you into making decision on your own. We used the hotel to organise a couple of day trips and transfer to Da Nang via Am Pham and Marble Mountain - better than a tour. Has a nice clean pool to cool down in.

Great location, just a short walk to walking street and river. Staff were great and helped organize a driver and car to get us to Hue (with a couple of sightseeing stops included). The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed with a down duvet and pillows. The swimming pool was good and cooler during the afternoon because the sun was off it, which was very welcoming. Air conditioner and fan made the room nice and cool. We came when the outside temperature was 38 and very humid.

Shower head height was designed for short people. My husband had to hold it above his head or sit in the bath. Not a major issue though.

Great location. Away from the crowds of people, but at the same time, very close to the very center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the central canal. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Breakfast is mediocre, but you can eat around inexpensively, starting very early in the morning. The staff is very considerate. Helps with solving all issues. The rooms are already stale, the bathrooms are a little worn out. For this money, it's a perfectly balanced option.
