A lovely friendly hotel located in a central location within easy walking distance to the old town. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. My wife and I stayed for 7 nights and the weather was really hot and humid. Daily we explored the old town in the morning, spent the afternoon by the pool, and ventured out again in the evenings. All the staff were genuinely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our special thanks go to Martin and My Yin at reception for their unfailing courtesy and assistance in so many ways, clearly they love their jobs.

Outstanding Service at the Front Desk We had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give special thanks to Robin and Martin at the reception. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and took the time to answer all my questions with genuine kindness and patience. Robin’s warm and friendly attitude immediately made me feel at home, and Martin was always quick to assist with great local tips and a smile. Their excellent service really stood out and contributed significantly to my positive impression of the hotel. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable – you're truly a credit to the team!

📍Location: I cannot rave about the location enough, it was perfect for all that I wanted to see and do and remarkably quite quiet in the evenings so provided a bit of respite from the chaos of old town ! Ideal! 🛌 Room: I slept very comfortably- the deluxe room was very generously sized, the balcony was a nice addition (I loved the lantern outside at night) and the shower had amazing pressure. Eco conscious using refillable water bottles instead of plastics- an excellent addition. 🧺 Laundry: very quick service of a high standard delivered to room on same day of request! ☕️ Breakfast: Excellent, plenty of options both western and Asian, eggs made to order, interesting options for juices. I loved it. 🙌 Staff: Staff were absolutely wonderful they provide the perfect balance of being available to assist but not being over pushy or overbearing. This was a particular plus for me as my last experience at a hotel in Hoi An made me feel very uncomfortable and distressed so coming here was such a nice change. Thank you so much.

Can’t think of a single thing.

This is a great little hotel located within walking distance of the old town and far enough away to be very quite. Surrounded by a selection of shops and cafes and cheap eating places. It is run by a lovely Italian couple with a great pizza/pasta restaurant on site with a traditional pizza oven and a welcoming bar to gather in. The breakfasts were great, plenty of selection and of course the egg station where the staff were very obliging. Our room overlooked the pool and was very quite and comfortable, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best when we were so didn't use the pool but did sit by the side reading. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Couldn't fault anything really except some of the reception staff had poor English but that is a minor quibble and we managed.

Quiet local area, beautiful pool, delicious calming breakfast, great staff (thank you Kim!) and mostly, fantastic room! Clean, spacious, well made, cozy. Felt like home and god knows it’s hard to do when you travel for a long time sometimes. We are beyond grateful.

Absolutely nothing

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, wonderful enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain - shampoo and shower gel provided. Plenty of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Strong WiFi, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices, good lighting in the room. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent location close to the Old Town. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Moonmilk grocery store just a few steps away has a good selection and low prices.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

This hotel is located in a quiet street approximately ten minutes walk away from the centre of Hoi An a brilliant location. The staff were all absolutely amazing .The reception staff helped us with sorting out trips, bus tickets and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is amazing so much choice and so plentiful. Pool was lovely all round fantastic break. Also check out Remy tailoring on site they made jackets and shirts for us and we received them within 36 hours fitting perfectly. The lady also shipped them for us brilliant.

Great location to the old quarter but also being away from all of the busy streets so it is nice and quiet at night time. The pool was a great addition and although we didn’t use the bar and restaurant next door, it looked really nice. Breakfast in the morning was great, a great variety. The staff were really friendly and we went with their recommendation of a coconut tour and it was great - away from all of the crowds and really personal.

Although the air con worked, it didn’t cool down the room and coming here in August, we felt incredibly hot and sticky the whole time.

We enjoyed the size of our room. Essentially, it was a connected room, through only one room had a window and the other room was an "interior" room. But, with a family, it was great to have the extra space and extra bathroom. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We found the location to be good - it was close enough to the river and plenty of shopping, but it was on a quieter street. The property is also close to a small market for water, snacks, or other refreshments. Also, the onsite restaurant was great! We only ate there once, but the wood fired pizzas were delicious and a nice break from the local food ;)

We were fairly disappointed with the breakfast. It was fine, but often items were running low and a couple times the coffee was empty. The staff did the the best they could.
