📍Location: I cannot rave about the location enough, it was perfect for all that I wanted to see and do and remarkably quite quiet in the evenings so provided a bit of respite from the chaos of old town ! Ideal! 🛌 Room: I slept very comfortably- the deluxe room was very generously sized, the balcony was a nice addition (I loved the lantern outside at night) and the shower had amazing pressure. Eco conscious using refillable water bottles instead of plastics- an excellent addition. 🧺 Laundry: very quick service of a high standard delivered to room on same day of request! ☕️ Breakfast: Excellent, plenty of options both western and Asian, eggs made to order, interesting options for juices. I loved it. 🙌 Staff: Staff were absolutely wonderful they provide the perfect balance of being available to assist but not being over pushy or overbearing. This was a particular plus for me as my last experience at a hotel in Hoi An made me feel very uncomfortable and distressed so coming here was such a nice change. Thank you so much.

Can’t think of a single thing.

This is a great little hotel located within walking distance of the old town and far enough away to be very quite. Surrounded by a selection of shops and cafes and cheap eating places. It is run by a lovely Italian couple with a great pizza/pasta restaurant on site with a traditional pizza oven and a welcoming bar to gather in. The breakfasts were great, plenty of selection and of course the egg station where the staff were very obliging. Our room overlooked the pool and was very quite and comfortable, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best when we were so didn't use the pool but did sit by the side reading. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Couldn't fault anything really except some of the reception staff had poor English but that is a minor quibble and we managed.

Quiet local area, beautiful pool, delicious calming breakfast, great staff (thank you Kim!) and mostly, fantastic room! Clean, spacious, well made, cozy. Felt like home and god knows it’s hard to do when you travel for a long time sometimes. We are beyond grateful.

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is located in a quiet street approximately ten minutes walk away from the centre of Hoi An a brilliant location. The staff were all absolutely amazing .The reception staff helped us with sorting out trips, bus tickets and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is amazing so much choice and so plentiful. Pool was lovely all round fantastic break. Also check out Remy tailoring on site they made jackets and shirts for us and we received them within 36 hours fitting perfectly. The lady also shipped them for us brilliant.

Nothing

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, wonderful enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain - shampoo and shower gel provided. Plenty of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Strong WiFi, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices, good lighting in the room. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent location close to the Old Town. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Moonmilk grocery store just a few steps away has a good selection and low prices.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The hotel was stunning, I didn’t have high expectations because of the very affordable price but it blow my expectations. The pool is stunning, very nice to just lay there in our down time. We had a message at the hotel spa and it was incredible. I would go as far to say this was the best massage I’ve had in Vietnam. The hotel room was very clean and there was room service daily. Our room didn’t have any windows but I knew that when booking our room. I would stay here again if visiting HoiAn in the future.

The wifi did cut in and out a bit, especially when having breakfast in the restaurant.

We enjoyed the size of our room. Essentially, it was a connected room, through only one room had a window and the other room was an "interior" room. But, with a family, it was great to have the extra space and extra bathroom. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We found the location to be good - it was close enough to the river and plenty of shopping, but it was on a quieter street. The property is also close to a small market for water, snacks, or other refreshments. Also, the onsite restaurant was great! We only ate there once, but the wood fired pizzas were delicious and a nice break from the local food ;)

We were fairly disappointed with the breakfast. It was fine, but often items were running low and a couple times the coffee was empty. The staff did the the best they could.

This was my first visit to Hoi An. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to many sights. Several mini marts, restaurants, etc. in the neighborhood. We took our laundry to Mrs. Anh and she did a great job at a great price, next day service. Breakfast buffet every morning was great with a wonderful selection of items ! The pool was so refreshing after a long hot day shopping and day trips in Hoi An. I would not hesitate to stay in the future should I return to Hoi An. A Bang beach was a grab ride away. Beautiful morning there we rented an umbrella and chairs for a great price !

The Hotel was just the right size for a peaceful break with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.The staff are exceptionally friendly, competent and professional. The food, coffee and drinks are delicious and served with a smile. The amenities included room air-conditioning, beautiful relaxing pool area, covered verandah areas for reading / relaxing and a special mention of the great team at Tea Tree Spa, Luna Tailors and the evening Pizza Restaurant. It is all easily accessible and at very reasonable prices. The location is just out of the Old Town area and is perfect for walking around this beautiful place. Our airport transfers were arranged without any fuss or expensive pricing. This was a quality, affordable and convenient location which we highly recommend. We will be back.

We were welcomed so beautifully on our first day! The staff were so kind and friendly throughout the entirety of our stay! We wanted to book tickets for the memory show and the lady at the front desk was happy to assist! She booked our tickets and within moments we got our tickets! She also provided great advice on how to get there! The food was outstanding and was made for everyone! From non-vegetarian to vegetarian options the food was delicious! The owners are a fabulous Italian couples and consider the residents as family rather than guests! They were so kind and welcoming! If you get a chance to stay here check out their spa!!! Hung is such an amazing individual who provides the most comfortable service!! Her magical hands made my morning! Doing a shampoo and facial through her was the most relaxing time spent in Hoi An!

EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING! Can not think of something that we disliked!
