Great location, just out of the way enough so that it was out of the chaos but close enough to the main areas. The staff were lovely. The room was clean, we had a big TV with Netflix which was great after a long day out. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Aircon worked a treat. Clean and spacious shower. Bakery and nice coffee shop just round the corner.

The shower was a little temperamental as it would be very hot one minute and freezing the next & didn't drain properly when the water was on.

The two receptionists were amazing. They are friendly and very accommodating. They always had suggestions of activities to do for the day and they organized my airport shuttle, which made the journey simple. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a cafe right next door and many restaurants nearby.

If you want your rooms cleaned, you have to request this downstairs at the reception.

I liked that I was so close to the old town, walking distance to everything!

Came home very late on the last night, found it was totally closed up, didn't know I had to ring the bell to get inside .. they should tell you on arrival that they close the front gates a certain time at night

Good location in the city and about 5 min walk from the old side of the city. Banh mi queen is right down the road and a must try. Staff friendly and helpful in booking activities and taxis. The Bay Mau cooking class is really good and worth it! Go to MOT for cau lau and pho!

I had a really fun and happy vacation staying at this hotel. Hotel location near the center of Old Town. Close to tourist attractions, entertainment, shopping and dining. The room is nice, clean, everyone is very friendly. I will come back to this place and recommend it to friends and relatives. Thanks a lot !

We had a really good time here, quality-price wise this is an amazing hotel. The girls at the front office are super accommodating and friendly, the room is spacious enough and the bathroom is clean and good-working. 10/10 in terms of price!

Clean, cosy, very spacious, comfortable room Great location! The staff were very helpful, we were able to borrow a kettle from the reception and even leave our luggage at the hotel after check out as we explored the Old Town.

Unfortunately there are very thin windows leading to the hallway which lets in a lot of noise

Lovely and clean, close to the centre, nice big comfy bed. En-suite wet room. TV with working Netflix! Mini fridge.

Only downside, could have done with a kettle in the room.
