The staff were just so wonderful. They were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, nothing was too much and they would offer us things, like an umbrella, without us even asking. We even bought a watermelon whilst taking a walk and the gentleman there was kind enough to show us where to get a knife, bowl and chopping board. The rooms were great! Super spacious, clean and possibly the comfiest bed in Vietnam. Love, love, love this hotel, especially the people.

We couldn’t stay longer

This was probably our favorite hotel in Vietnam. Slightly outside the old town but a quick 10-15min (once you figure out the short cuts). And not far to the beach in the other direction. The couple that own the place are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and we had a little balcony that was super cute. The beds are probably the comfiest we have experienced in our entire 6 week trip. The pool was nice to cool down and breakfast although not included was really tasty. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Really don’t have any critique. Perhaps would have been nice to have breakfast included but we were happy to pay on the mornings we had it.

Super nice hotel owner who speaks very good English and gave us a nice stay. She helped to book a Trip as well as a transfer to the airport. And that always even late in the evening and last minute, because we were somehow always spontaneous on the road. Actually we wanted to stay only 3 nights, but extended two nights. The House ans pool is really nice and you have privacy. Location top. Also the hotel staff was always friendly and courteous, especially the husband who was always helpful and had a smile on his lips. Van recommend 100%

The place was immaculate. One of the cleanest spaces we had the pleasure to stay in Vietnam, but the very best thing were the owners. It is a family run operation and they are truly kind and try to help with any issue. They let me borrow their own mosquito repellent when I was waiting for my friend return with keys and I was being eaten alive in the evening. Also the villa was very quiet at night, which was awesome.

Very comfortable beds and lovely staff. Great for us to be out of the old town and see a bit of normal life. Thank you too for the morning coffees :)

The staff was amazing we felt so welcomed since the moment we walked in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool is always the perfect temperature and clean as well. The owner gave us really good recommendations and was always available for any questions. The free bicycles are definitely a huge plus as it only takes 5 minutes to get to old town on bicycle. The location is also great because you are close to the fields, beach and old town. This stay could not have been better!

We are happy with the accommodation. It is exactly as shown and described in the photos. The family who runs the accommodation is very friendly and helpful. Hoi An's city center is within walking distance. Thank you very much, we can recommend the accommodation!

A great little homestay just outside the old town! Only a 15min walk to the river. The hosts were so kind and friendly, always had a smile on their faces and were ready to help us with any of our queries. Pool area was nice, quiet snd clean. The room was clean and spacious. We wish we could stay longer!

it’s a very nice hotel/homestay. The owners, Thao and her husband, are super friendly and helpful. they help you in anything you ask them but they do not try to sell you or force to buy any tour, they just inform you about the options you have. the installations are in perfect conditions. we booked a room with balcony, it was so quiet and relaxing. very clean. The area was also so quiet and nice. we loved it! 100% recommend this place to stay in Hoi An.

it’s 15 min walking from center. for us it was good and the best option because you’re close to the center but not in the middle with all of the noise. and the area is really good

Air conditioned rooms. Free access to bicycles. Pool area on site. Balcony overlooking the pool which very pleasant for sitting out on in the evening

Nothing comes to mind - fresh bottled water provided every day, with a fridge in the room to keep it cool. Host's English wasn't perfect but not really their problem given I was the tourist!
