Fantastic hotel within 10mins walk to Hoi An Old Town - which was wonderful to be able to trek back & forth over the day and enjoy the fabulous food in the old Town in the evening too. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are exceptional and extremely accommodating and the pool is great to enjoy in the heat of the afternoon or evening. The gardens are lovely particularly for breakfast. Free bikes on offer to get around quicker. We had a fun bike adventure to the vegetable garden followed by an amazing extremely delicious cooking class run by one of the lovely chefs at the hotel - we would highly recommend it!! We had an early flight when leaving and they packed us a breakfast pack for the road 😀

Since it is located in the old town it is NOiSY… the hotel is between 2 schools - drums banged around 6-7am, extremely loud music played in the afternoon - & big groups of oldies seem to stay here who make an absolute racket when congregating.

The location was great, very close to the Night Market, Japanese Bridge (900m), pagodas and restaurants. The room was spacious, good a/c, balcony, bed, pillows and shower were amazing The breaksfast was incredible with many options for european and asian preferences. The pool was also very good Hotel wifi was ok, not great The staff was very friendly and polite

The staff could be a bit more quiet in the morning until 8 am around the rooms. The gym could be improved with yoga matress and weight bar with weights. Personally i think the drinks were too expensive (75.000 a tiger beer) and the spa prices were more than 2x the price you pay in any massage place in Hoi An. Laundry prices also inflated, you can pay 100.000 to wash all your clothes across the street while in the hotel for this price you can wash 2 shirts. I understand hotel prices are higher but i think they were too much.

Great location - very central to everything one may want to explore whilst in Hoi An. Received room upgrade and was able to check in with early. Rooms had everything we needed for a short stay.

Mosquitos in room of nighttime. Remedy offered was to spray room with aerosol bug spray. Not good if you like to live more on the natural side. Most other accoms in SE Asia provide essential oil plug ins.

The location is perfect for the 'old town' being just across the road. The hotel itself is a charming colonial design set within beautiful quiet gardens away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The facilities were excellent with lots of interesting activities for the guests. The pool is an ideal size for swimming and was never too busy. The best part was being able to swim from 7am until 9pm and everyone loves a late evening dip to cool off. The breakfast was comprehensive and would satisfy anyone with it's varied dishes on offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful and always said hello when passing. The rooms were a delight and always cool. After room service, the maid would always turn on the A/C so the room was always cool when we arrived back. What was even nicer was that when the maid had finished cleaning, she would switch on the hallway light, so when we popped in our key card for power, the light would come on immediately, so no struggling for light switches. What a delight it was to stay here. I would definitely return.

There was nothing not to like as everything was perfect. My partner received a vase of roses for his birthday which was such a nice surprise. Mine was 3 days later and l was left feeling disappointed as l didn't receive anything! Oh well, l guess you can't have everything, but overall a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, only a few minutes walk into the old town. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to all of our requests (such as booking transport and tours). The room was tidy and spacious, the pool area was fantastic, and breakfast was really good. We also used the hotel bicycles to explore the area. I would highly recommend.

Everything was really good. If there was one thing that I feel could be improved, it would be the poolside service being a little faster. The drinks were cold, and the cocktails were great. The hotel could add a couple more staff to this area. (This is a minor piece of feedback on what was an exceptional experience).

Location, it's very close to the ancient town and walkable distance to all attractions. It's spacious, has a big pool and the breakfast was good.

There is no dedicated smoking area marked. So people smoke almost everywhere. We couldn't enjoy the open area breakfast since people were smoking there.

Large peaceful setting in walking distance to old town. Such a great location. You can dip in and out of the craziness and come back to quiet and space. Was great to have the large pool also. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and spacious. Everything felt quiet and peaceful. Did not feel like a resort overrun by children at all and that was what I was worried about. Breakfast was amazing and so nice to eat outside in the shade. The free bike hire was also a winner. Hands down the best air conditioning of our whole trip! Comfy beds and pillows too.

Shower water got hot quickly

We had a two rooms. A spacious pool view suite room of 40m2 in room 346 and normal room 358 for our adult son. The grounds around the hotel were pretty, shaded and spacious with pool in the center and restaurant for breakfast close by within the grounds. The breakfast food quality and range was excellent. It was the best in our trip. The service staff were very good too. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent.

We’re mid July in the hot season and our AC in our large suite room did not manage the heat. We ran it all day and night but the auto fan never went into slow mode. So we had the ambience of a split system fan at a higher speed all night. My son and wife tried the massages. They reported that were only average, nothing special and would not recommend.

Everything. A fantastic location just 5 mins from the old town with its restaurants bars and shops, and the river, and historic old buildings and temples. The room was really spacious, lovely big bathroom, very comfortable beds. Very clean, like everywhere we went fresh water everyday, tea and coffee and kettle in room. Breakfast was amazing, such choice. The pool was fabulous, great sunloungers, and waiter service to them if you wanted a drink. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The staff were super helpful, so charming and friendly. Would totally recommend this hotel, a haven of peace and luxury.

Nothing it was fabulous.

The location was very handy, you were in walking distance to the old town and the market. An abundance of restaurants and shopping close by. Got by without having to taxi back and forth, and could visit the old town throughout the day and go back to your hotel when you wanted a break. The breakfast offered was fantastic, the variety was broad and the staff were very friendly and out to please.

Our room, whilst spacious, clean and nicely presented, was positioned poorly, ground floor, right next to the side street, with no view. There was a small courtyard, but felt like you were sitting in the traffic. Whilst the bathroom was decent size and presented well, the shower head provided could not be used without being hand held, thus you could not stand under a shower for a wash - it was a one handed juggling affair.
