This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel, the last time was 2017. Staff is lovely, room with terrace is large with blackout curtains, cool AC, plenty of hot water. Very good breakfast options. Many restaurants nearby and easy to walk to Old Town Hoi An. You can’t go wrong staying here.

I needed to upgrade my room as the original one was very small. However the upgraded room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, the days when there was no buffet, only a la carte the options were a little limited. The pool was great, the staff very helpful.

The original room allocated to me was very small and I needed to upgrade (at quite a cost) to have a room that was a more suitable size. My previous stay there (in 2017) the rook was excellent. So booking a Superior Garden View room does not seem to guarantee what I would regard as a superior room. But I am still giving the hotel an excellent rating foe the other reasons I mention.

The room was spacious, clean and lovely. I love how they went the extra mile for us when we told them we were celebrating our anniversary. We even received a free room upgrade. The location was perfect as it's central to everything needed. Free bicycles to cycle around the town were our highlight. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the first 3 mornings and on our last morning, they provided a full breakfast which included hot dishes because the hotel was full, yet we paid for a full breakfast for our entire stay. The hotel should cater for 1 person the same as they would for 100 guests because both parties are paying full price for the full experience

Great location, quick and cgeap grab to old city. Awesome markets just here with amazing fresh veges fresh croissants etc. Amazing pool and quiet except cwhen a wedding was on next door. But ok.

The staff here were really lovely and made the stay very comfortable. The rooms are large, including big balcony, and cleaned to a high standard every day. Pool is great for cooling off and there is also a small air-conditioned gym that was always empty when I used it. Hotel is well positioned between the old town and beach, and both can be reached by bicycle within 10 minutes. The hotel has bicycles that are free to use.

I liked everything! This hotel is about 2km away from the centre of the old town but it is easy to reach, and there are some nice restaurants around the hotel tll

Very friendly staff and good ambience. The service is very good. Location and hotel rooms are very neat and clean.

Should include more options for breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel. It's a very grand construction with a super pool. It's also great value, so we'll priced. It's a 25 minute walk to the old town but the hotel provides bikes free of charge if you need them. The staff were always super friendly and the breakfast was good.

A couple of things took the edge of the stay. There was a very noisy cockerel every morning and the air conditioning was too noisy to leave on at night, we were very hot. So sleeping wasn't so easy. But overall I would certainly recommend the hotel.

The Staff mainly, because they were there not just to do their particular job, they were there to help and. If you treat them as equals and interact with them then the happier your stay will be, and the Staff at the Oriental were Brilliant, Thank You all. We not only came away with a great experience we came away with friendships, we will be back.

There is nothing not to like in our stay, but enough everyone has their own opinion.

Very friendly staff who made us feel at home, and helping us out when needed (e.g. by booking a bus during tet holiday, that was not available online). The hotel is gorgeous and so was the room. Price/quality was exceptional.

Clean, bright! The best front desk lady, she is a sun. Thank you! Silent, green garden, fresh air, perfect size balcony. Nice breakfast, all of my favorite fruits.
