We got to Hoi an at night and booked Ha’s place for staying. It was perfect for our group of 6 with pool and breakfast. Comfy bed with extra pillows. Highly recommended for groups or families!

Loved the welcoming atmosphere, delicious Vietnamese breakfast by the pool, biking around town, and the views over the rice fields.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but still got good sleep and would stay again!

the host Nana was so nice and helped us with everything! also the ladies from the breakfast were so kind! the location is great! between the beach and the old city. the house is so big! we definitely would stay here again!!!!

The pool is absolutely amazing, the location is very convenient and there are bicycles for you to use as well! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is spectacular!!! Most of all I liked the host! Nana was super sweet and helped us a lot during our stay. I had a medical emergency and she was very supportive and attentive, ready to help us with anything we needed. Nana, we cannot thank you enough for all of your help!!!

I recently stayed at Villa Devan, and it was perfect for our group! The views over the rice fields are stunning, especially in the morning. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. The villa is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax together. We loved hanging out by the infinity pool, which was a great spot for photos. It's also well-located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, Villa Devan is a fantastic place for a group getaway; I highly recommend it!

Perfect for me and my five friends

Nana was amazing host from to start to finish. no request was too much. The villa was absolutely stunning and very clean. I do not have a bad word to say about our stay, would highly recommend.

The room is big and the toilet is clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

Our host, Nana, was very responsive. Any questions we had were immediately answered via Whatsapp. It was nice to have a choice for breakfast. We celebrated my son's birthday at the house and when I told Nana, she immediately arranged to have a cake sent over, on the house! All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the property to other groups.

Although it is offered as a villa, it is actually split up into two units, right next to each other. Each unit has three bedrooms and a living area (with kitchen).

Very spacious, clean, and refreshing. The pool is a great way to cool off during the heat of the day. The villa is in a quiet area of the city with good access to the historic Old Hoi An. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff gave us options to choose from every day. The hospitality staff were extremely responsive, generous, and provided many recommendations for how to explore Hoi An. One day, the hot water heater for one bathroom stopped working, and the staff had it fixed by midday. There are two separate villas, and they share the pool and an outdoor entrance. Thank you!
