… it’s a pity that’s not possible! Ms Hien is an incredibly kind and honest woman, full of warmth and care. She truly does everything to make you feel at home and her presence is deeply touching. This was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed in the room with the large bathtub – absolutely wonderful! Spacious, spotlessly clean, with lots of storage space and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is so beautiful, not far from the beach, close to the rice fields. You can have nice walks, take a bike and discover the beautiful places, nice restaurants and a lovely neighborhood. I originally booked for four days but ended up staying for two weeks… and I would have loved to stay even longer. At some point, though, I had to move on. Her lovely staff member made me the most delicious Cao Lau (a local dish) every morning. She was so attentive and always made sure I was doing well. This is a place I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ms Hien!

The private pool was equally amazing — crystal clear, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a morning dip or an evening chill. The host was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their local recommendations were spot on too! If you're looking for a relaxing escape with comfort, style, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place. I didn’t want to leave — and I’ll definitely be back!

Everything about this place was superb. Wonderful hospitality. We were made so welcome. really lovely. Beautiful tranquility with atrium pool and balcony or patio surrounded by foliage. Rooms tastefully decorated. Big bath tub and sink. Delicious breakfast. Nice touch: dressing up wardrobe for guests to try on tradional vietnamese outfils for photos. Grear location....near rice field and river on outskirts. more calm yet only 5 mins to old quarter / 5 mins to beach by car or bike.

We had a fantastic stay at Champagne Villa, hosted by the wonderfully hospitable Hien. She went out of her way to ensure our visit to Hoi An was memorable. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, nestled in a tranquil location just a short distance from the main road, bustling with a variety of dining options. Conveniently, both the beach and the Old Town are easily accessible via Grab or motorbike. The breakfast offered a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes, served by a charming lady who added to the warmth of our experience. We highly recommend Champagne Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An—it truly felt like a home away from home.

There's nothing to dislike.

Very large room with large bath / plunge pool (we had booked the suite). Hien the owner was a lovely lady. Western films available on TV. Good location if, like us, you want to divide your time between the beach and the Old Town (we walked everywhere)

Some of the towels and bed linen were getting old and worn. Modest breakfast, mediocre coffee (however, the banana pancakes were great!)

We stayed in one of Hiens suites at Villa De Campagne and it was a truly relaxing escape. With a backdrop of banana trees, the outdoor bath is magnificent and the suite itself beautifully appointed. Hien and her team ensured we had everything we needed, from a brilliant breakfast to booking our transfers and local tours. The villa is set a short grab/ bike ride from the old town which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay in Hoi An- would definitely recommend to other travellers.

This villa would have to be the best place we have ever stayed in terms of value for money. We loved that it was a smaller pace, it gave more of an intimate feel. Located down a little street off a main road giving a sense of privacy. We immediately noticed the leafy and lush surroundings around the whole villa. We stayed 4 nights in a room on the 2nd level (there's 2 levels) which gave a lovely view from the balcony of the pool. The room was very spacious and had ample storage and even a desk which we utilised fully. We love the furnishings of wood and bamboo throughout, and the stone and concrete in the bathroom. Water pressure was excellent. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kids loved spending time in it each day. Hien was the most accommodating and lovely host you could wish for, as was the house keeper (Muoi). These ladies made our stay very memorable. They were the kindest souls and nothing was ever too much trouble. Scooter hire and laundry was organised quickly for us, an amazing breakfast made each morning, fresh water in our room, a recommendation for a local beauty spa in which I received the best facial of my life (ask Hien about this!) and recommendations for tasty local food - the list goes on. Next time we go to Vietnam we will be staying here for sure. Thank you for having us and making our holiday even better!

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Villa de Campagne. It was ideally located next to the rice fields, in a quite street. The staff was lovely and the breakfast so good (best banana pancake I've tried!). The room was actually like in the pictures, even bigger than expected. The bed was also super comfy.

We had some issues with the internet when we arrived but the owner was super reactive and they installed a new router quickly.

Great place to stay in Hoi An! located in areas of beautiful rice fields away from the noise of the city. at the same time, it is only 5 minutes by scooter from the very center. The lady who works there, maybe the owner, is the nicest person we met in Vietnam! I will recommend this place to all my friends because it is worth staying here. Thank you!
