Great value hotel. Cheapest place we've stayed so far yet the only one with a pool! The pool is cool and refreshing and overlooks the rice paddies. Very kind staff and a decent little breakfast with yummy omelettes/eggs made to order. Easy access to the main town via grab or on the free bikes. Netflix worked well on the TV (you need to log in yourself). We arrived very late and they accommodated the check-in via the security guard well with all the information provided on a printed sheet. Fresh towels, water and toilet tissue were left outside the room if using 'do not disturb' sign which we really appreciated. Would happily recommend :)

We had an amazing stay here. The old town is an easy 10 mins bike ride (bikes provided by the hotel for free with locks). It is quiet and relaxing compared to the old town. All the staff were incredible - friendly and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was a choice of local style noodles, omelette and/or fruit. Beef pho was my favourite. They helped book our cooking course. Prices at the hotel were the same as in town. We were there in the rainy season so the umbrella was also a godsend!

Air con was not very powerful initially but the room was adequately cool once you gave it some time.

This hotel was a great surprise, and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it! - The staff were extremely friendly and positive. It's clear that they are highly motivated and are continuously striving to improve their service to customers. - We liked the location surrounded by beautiful rice fields. It was peaceful, and everything we needed was nearby. - Overall the hotel area has a great atmosphere. Everything looks like in the pictures. Their pool was large and had a nice view over rice paddies. - The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. They clean the room when you want, you just need to put a sign on the door in the morning. - Very good breakfast. During our stay, they improved their previous regular breakfast to a buffet breakfast. Now the breakfast selection is much larger including toast, fruits & local foods and a chef makes eggs how you like them. They serve lunch and dinner too, there is a menu in the room. - Each room has a small outdoor terrace with chairs and a table. It's a great place to read, relax, or enjoy the view of the rice paddies. - Their laundry service was quick and good. We gave them laundry in the morning, and it was ready by evening. - The key employees spoke very good English. Some staff spoke less English, but the Google Translate app helped a lot. - They offer airport transfers and taxi services, we used them and can recommend - rides were always on time and with comfortable cars. They also offer tours and have bicycles. - WiFi was unexpectedly fast and worked excellently most of the time. I successfully made several online calls there.

This place in the countryside offers the warmth and friendliness from the staff especially Ms Tham plus she speaks English She was very welcoming with a cheerful smile. Knowledgeable about her town and gave good suggestions on places of interest and flexible to our timings.. again peace and tranquality promised here

From where I came from, driving was on the left hand side of the road but that didn’t stop me with my free bicycle from Sunkissed paddy .. just paddle and go slow at intersection, they are many friendly people.. they made way for you .. a plus point for the folks in the Yellow City 🥰

Very comfortable room, cute location if you want to be away from the busy city center, but not too far from the old town either (10 minutes by grab). Some new choices for breakfast every day. The staff was always smiling, constantly greeting and eager to help you book activities if you wish to. I'd like to add that I had a late check-in, so even though the reception was closed, they made sure the security guard would be there to welcome me. Would love to go back in the summer to see the fields and use the pool (a bit chilly to bathe in it this period).

The location was great! It is a little outside of the city center but because of that it’s so nice and quiet. The rice fields are beautiful of course and the pool was great. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you want to book any tour, transportation, etc. they’ll help you with that. They also have free bicycles to use for getting to the city center.

Just a suggestion to maybe add a second mirror to the room. There was only one in the bathroom. Now, I was by myself so it was no problem but if I were traveling with another person it would have been nice to have a second mirror in the room.

The location was just beautiful with views of rice paddies and just a bike ride to the beach and to the Hoi An old town. The buffet breakfast has been the best I have had in Vietnam so far in terms of the uniqueness of the dishes, variety and taste. The place was quite and clean too. They also had free bikes you could use. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hoi An.

For some reason the cold water was not working that well in the shower so the water temperature was just a bit hotter than what I would normally use. Hopefully it is an easy fix. Our towels were also not changed during the duration of our stay but again not a big thing.

The pool was an added benefit although I didn’t use it, but friends did. Rooms were sizable with a sofa and a counter to make coffee, a small fridge. Aircon was welcome on the warm days. It was a short walk to old town and a short ride to the beach. The best part was the staff - friendly, caring, solicitous. I was there to rest and I did, the place was peaceful. There is some construction nearby and some nights there is a loud guy singing karaoke not well, but other than these the Sunkissed Paddy villa was an oasis of rest in Hoi An.

I highly recommend this homestay! The rooms at the homestay are clean, have a nice hot shower, and have excellent air conditioning. The facilities include a lovely pool overlooking the rice fields and beautiful scenery around you. The location is perfect: nestled on the edge of rice fields, it is easy to access Hoi An's centre. You can use the free bicycles to ride into the centre (15 minutes). The staff were fantastic. They were extremely welcoming and always wanted to chat to see if they could do anything to help. They provided us with information on places we should visit and sorted them out for us to enjoy. While we were here, they organised the lantern-making, cookery class, and Hoi An memories performance, which made our stay much more straightforward. If you want a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend Sunkissed Paddy Villa.

We had a wonderful stay here. A great edge of countryside location between the beach and the old town. Only a few minutes in the taxi to both or you can use the hotel bikes to cycle. Thắm is fantastic, very helpful, kind and great to talk to. She will organise whatever you need whether it is a good restaurant, taxi, a tour or just general advice. The rooms have comfy beds, air-conditioning and fans and a good sized fridge. The bathrooms also had a nice big shower. The pool is a nice size and perfect for a quick swim. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Thắm
