Here I stayed my longer period of my trip and it was a great place to do so, because I could feel like at home. The family who runs this homestay is very charming and try to help you as they can. They can arrange touristic activities, book ticket bus, etc. Also offer a service to Da Nang airport for a reasonable price, free bikes to ride to the city or wherever you want. Breakfast was delicious that included a drink, dome fruit and one main dish to choose. The location was also a good point, just in the middle between the beach and the city, just 5-10min riding by bike to both places, and very quiet to have a nice rest. I really recommend this homestay to spend some nights.

Nothing I can complain

Family hotel run by lovely people. Views of river and rice fields away for the busy city centre. Room was large, bed was huge and comfortable and everything was clean. Including the large swimming pool which was a great place to relax after a hot day out. Drinking water supplied in reusable glass bottles was a great eco-friendly touch.

Wifi was patchy in the room I was in. Free bikes could have done with some maintenance

Very nice family run guesthouse. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast provided. They clean the rooms each day so it's always sparkling clean. It is possible to book tours at a good price and other stuff such as transfers. The location is very peaceful, it is a little outside the town which is ideal for someone who prefers a peaceful stay near the ricefields. you could even work from here pretty easily. You can cycle or rent a scooter to go to the town or beach.

This is a family-run accommodation where I felt genuinely welcomed during my stay. The pool is clean and beautiful—I used it often—and the daily fresh towels, and breakfast were a thoughtful touch. Each bunk has its own light and fan, which made things even more comfortable. It’s not a party spot, but perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful break from the city and backpackers who enjoy a laid-back atmosphere. I’d definitely return.

Location was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach. Pool was great for cooling off. Bikes are a bit old and rickety but handy for getting around. Connecting family room gave us plenty of space for our family of 4. Breakfast options were tasty and generous. Minh speaks great English and is very helpful. All the staff are very friendly.

River view is more of a road view but not noisy once closed up. Bathroom could use a little freshen up.

Lovely and helpful owner, amazing swimming pool, great breakfast. Comfy bed, lots of privacy. Super good location, 5min cycling to the beach and 10min to the old town. Perfect to be in the middle. Free bicycles! Had a good time, stayed for a few days

Everything was great, except I rented a motorbike for a day, but it was not good condition at all. The lights were not working, so had to ride home for one hour in a dark 🙂 make sure to check before renting out.

Without a doubt one of the very best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The beds in the dorm were super comfy and private, good lockers, night light etc. fresh towels everyday. Lovely breakfast every morning. The couple who run this place are absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help me have a great time in Hoi An. When I had an issue with booking a flight they were eager to help and phoned the airline company for me. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

This isn’t a ‘party’ hostel (which was fine for me) so there isn’t a lot of socialising with other guests.

very nice place, run by a very nice and kind family. It is cleaned every day, the pool is wonderful and well maintained, and there are a lot of spots to sit and chill. free bicycles and the breakfast is, hands down, one of the best I had in a hotel/hostel so far!

the location is a little far from the old city, but you can get there easily by motorbike. at the same time, it is also nice to explore that area or just relax away from the hustle and bustle.

We booked just one night and ended up booking a second. This place is lovely. It is out of town near some lovely rice fields. You can borrow bikes for free to cycle around the rice fields, to the beach and into town, it's not far at all on a bike.We stayed near old town our first night in Hoi An, then moved here which was a nice way to explore a different part of Hoi An but still close to cycle to old town. The breakfast is freshly made to order each morning and is a good size. There is a menu to choose what you would like as well as fresh fruit for dessert. The beds are large and comfy and the bathroom is a great size with a nice hot shower. The place is very clean and well looked after. The pool is well maintained as are the rest of the grounds. There is lots of seating for breakfast and we also ordered grab and ate dinner there too. A nice quiet place to have a drink at night on the balcony outside our room too. The owner is very helpful and offers lots of extras if you want them.All the staff there are his family and are all very helpful, friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here.

If you get a room at the front it can be a little noisy in the morning because of the road

Minh and his family did a great job! Ended up staying a full week, the place is spacious, very clean and pretty. They even have a pool and places to relax inside and out. The dorm beds are basically capsules, well built and very stable. The rice fields are just a 5 minute (free) bike-ride away and you can sort a scooter at the property. Breakfast was consistently delicious. Full 10/10
