When we arrived at the hotel we thought the location was a bit out of the way - but the next day we discovered that we could cycle into Hoi Ann on the free bikes that Hotel had - We could not have been welcomed more into this Hotel - when we arrived we were greated by the Hotel Manager and he asked would we like him to show us a nice restaurant in the town for dinner - he cycled and we got a taxi and met him in the town - he showed us a fab restaurant - a lovely first night - the next morning he met us early and we cycled with him through the Paddy fields and to local coffee shops and to the coconut boats - then back into Hoi ann for lunch - and showed us around the town - shops - tailor shops etc - recommended an amazing cookery course - and all as part of the welcome package - would definitely be back -

The G Boutique Retreat in Hoi An was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful and peaceful, but the real highlight was the staff. They were incredibly kind to our three kids and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. They even carried luggage for five people up two flights of stairs without hesitation. The pool was the perfect size for relaxing, and having breakfast by the pool each morning was a great way to start the day. The staff helped us book activities and were happy to assist with anything, even things they didn’t arrange themselves. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Hoi An. Everything about this charming boutique hotel is excellently thought out. Staying here you are surrounded by beautiful art work & attention to detail. The location is perfect too, outside of the busy old town and easy to cycle to the beaches using the bicycles provided by the hotel. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and mini markets easily walkable nearby. The staff are lovely and ready to help you out with anything you could possibly need during your stay. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for people wanting a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

We found Hoi An old town to be a lot more touristy than we expected and so this hotel was perfect because it allowed us to explore other areas such as the rice fields and the beaches. Therefore, I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is very artfully furnished with local art pieces making it feel like a home and not a hotel. It is a comfy bike ride to Hoi An centre as well as to the beach with the free bikes on offer. Its small size was perfect - it was very secluded and peaceful . The pool though small was really good-The size fit the number of rooms at the hotel. I miss the hammock immensely 😅 Phuong was a great host and breakfast was exceptional - everything freshly made on order. Options not on the menu could be arranged at request. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we could.

Nothing :) A suggestion: More sun loungers could be set up at the pool with the use of plants as privacy screens.

This place is perfect! This is my fourth time to Hoi An and usually stay in larger hotels. We opted this time to stay in a different area and was not disappointed. It was tucked away but close to lots of restaurants and bars, and an authentic Vietnamese market. There was a beautiful deck on the river just off from the pool area, perfect at any time of day and kitted out with chairs, loungers and beanbags. The pool area too was delightful and the ambience was very pleasant indeed, gorgeous for breakfast or for having a drink and playing cards. I was a particularly big fan of the hammock. We stayed in the one bed apartment and it was beyond our expectations! Comfortable and so beautifully decorated. By far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in Hoi An and for a very good price too. Giang, the manager / owner was so helpful but not imposing. We went out for an early morning bike ride where I learnt a lot and saw parts of Hoi An I hadn’t seen before, a treasured memory from this trip for sure. Breakfast was nice, with an option of different egg dishes, continental, and Vietnamese dishes of which I tried several. All tasty! We took breakfast in the bedroom too which was a nice treat. The way this place has been styled and curated is something else. Giang is a keen artist and photographer and not only can you see his very impressive art, it shows in the styling of the boutique throughout. We really hope to be back, and for longer than three nights because we loved everything about it.

The hotel is in a remote area so it provided some peace from the busy city. The staff was great and very pleasant. Let us check-in 1 hour earlier. Which was very kind. Breakfast was also amazing and tailored to your orders which you had to make the day before. We loved fresh juice and fruits every morning. The beds were very comfortable. The garden was very cozy. Very strong 9/10

We got a room with a view to the wall, unfortunately. Also the water was not going down in the shower and the sink was leaking some water on the floor. The shower was fixed after we made aware of the problem the same day, though. The location was more so you have to rely on Grab to get to the oldtown.

Small and nice boutique hotel on the peaceful and picturesque river bank. We got the warmest hospitality in this hotel during our 3 week long trip in Vietnam. The lady at the reception is really kind, attentive and she speaks great English. If I could I would rate the hotel 11/10 just because of her professionalism. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. On one of our days we were on an early morning tour and missed the regular breakfast time, but the ladies prepared for us a late breakfast which was really nice. They even packed some snacks for us to the way to the airport and we were very grateful for that. Although the location from Hoi An old city is a bit further away, the available bikes are great and with a 15 minute cycling we could reach everything easily.

The only thing I could mention is that the hot water in the shower is a bit unpredictable. Sometimes it was hot, sometimes we had to wait a couple of minutes, but it also happened that it stayed cold.

The hotel has a very homey atmosphere because it's small and does not have many rooms. We booked 6 rooms for our stay, so it kind of felt like we were the only ones there. It's beautiful as well, very quaint and zen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our rooms. It was so big and spacious. There's also a balcony and an outdoor shower. They have a bathtub indoors too.

Location-wise was a bit out (but it also means it's peaceful when you are in the hotel). You definitely need some kind of transport to get to the hotel and to go anywhere from the hotel. One important thing to note is that there are no lifts/elevators here, so it may not be a good option if you are not able to climb stairs. Their highest level is 4. We did experience a black-out one of the nights for abt an hr (abt 3ish am) but it was sorted abt an hr later. You wouldn't even have realised this if you were sound asleep.

What a fabulous experience. The manager at the front desk (Suong) was extremely helpful and kind. She can organize any form of transportation for you, organize a tour, make recommendations for shopping and dining. She even arranged to have our laundry done while there and sitting on top of the package when it was returned was my wedding ring, which I forgot in the pocket of one of my pants! Incredible experience. I will be back!

The room (Nov) was spacious and quiet. We just saw three nicest people working here and they’ve been very helpful with recommendations or booking for tours. I highly recommend the breakfast which was 100,000 pp, loved the Pho, selection of the fruits and orange and passion fruit juice. The swimming pool was nice to dip in. It was just about 10 mins away on the grab car to the old town ( costs usually around 50,000). Such a perfect spot for our honeymoon!
