Everybody was just sooooo nice! Felt like home.. People are so friendly and kind and cute here. They were always so helpful. The room was also huge and very clean and comfortable. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, which was a very smooth arrangement. Also for the drop off. The location is also very nice. Not in the very center, but very close. We always used the bikes of the property, and it's just like 5~10 min to the center. The location is even better than being in the very center because the center is very crowded. This location is quieter and still has many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, next to the hotel, there is a spa which was really nice too :) i will definitely stay again when i come to Hoi An again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Green Tea Villa Hoi An! The staff were absolutely incredible. So kind, welcoming and just genuine, nice people. They always welcomed us with a smile and a hello, made conversation with us, were attentive and always willing to help. You are all lovely people and we are grateful for having stayed at your wonderful villa! The breakfast is delicious with many different offerings available each morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic! Just the whole stay and experience was incredibly relaxing and I would definitely stay here again. It’s only a short 20 minute walk into the old town as well and you can walk along the river which is very pleasant.

A rare find. This was by far the best accommodation we stayed in during our whole 2 week trip to Vietnam (which included 4* accommodation in Hanoi). We loved the spacious rooms that were super clean and tastefully furnished with large beds. Lovely pool. Breakfast cooked to order - Vietnamese or Western style. Its a family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble and local recommendations add value to your stay. Easy transfers from the train station and airport can be arranged. Located just out of the hustle and bustle of the Centre but only a 10 min walk

We really loved the Green Tea Villa. The staff were so homely and welcoming. We had a large beautiful room to escape back to from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a bonus and the setting so picturesque. The breakfast included was such amazing value with the room. Just love the fruit in Vietnam!!! There is a wide selection of food to choose from and no limit to what you want. Bicycles come with the villa so you can explore Hoi An and beyond. An Bang beach approx half hour ride away and a nice day trip if you have time.

Everything was perfect at the Green Tea Villa. If you are wanting a massage I wouldn't try next door. The masseuses were rough and seemed a little uncaring. Chattering non stop and laughing. I left feeling rather annoyed and disgruntled. Thien Thi Tailors were really professional I would highly recommend. They were busy!!! A very good sign.

Excellent out of the noise amd business of the Old Town, yet close enough to take a brisk 15 min walk into the markets of the Old Town .. and a 3 min walk to the restaurants along the riverside. You can continue this walk into the Old Town too..bars and cafes all the way along the pathway. Great breakfast. Beautiful clean pool. Big airy room. Free bicycles are appreciated as its an excellent place for bicycling. Cleaning staff do a good job - comfortable bed and crisp white linen. The two ladies who are your hostesses, Bich and Linda, are exceptionally kind and thoughtful, making it their mission to make sure you are happy. They will book tours for you and organise laundry, and help wherever possible. We had 10 blissful days there and enjoyed them all. They only have 11 villas on the property, so you get very pesonalised attention. Sensational stay and we look forward to another visit in the future.

Incredible value for money! Bic was a fantastic host who booked excursions for us, sorted out our laundry and was there pretty much whenever we needed anything. If she wasn't there, there was always a member of staff on hand to help. They have bikes available to guests which were great for getting to the beaches and around the area. Not so much fun in the busy part of the old town centre - especially at night with no lights! This was a homestay, so we weren't expecting too much from it, but the room was very large and the bathroom/shower area perfect for us, although towel rails would have been useful. The breakfasts were fairly basic but everything was prepared to order and very nicely cooked and presented. It had a really nice pool although the bolts on the access steps needed tightened - they were a bit wobbly. Great location. out of town but only about 20mins walk to the centre and some decent riverside restaurants minutes away, which would stay open as long as you were there spending money. Their food was generally good, though not exceptional. If you want a fantastic restaurant, go to Morning Glory - we ended up going twice (which I don't normally do because I like to try different places).

Just one or two minor maintenance points - such as the steps to the pool being tightened. Towel rails and also more drawers or shelves to put clothes on, it was a bit lacking in decent storage. Also being locked out when we came home late one night!! Sssssh! We didn't say anything to Bic. But we met some people by the riverside and ended up having a couple of beers, so we were later than usual. We arrived back to find the gates all locked up! We couldn't see and easy way in and didn't want to bother anyone. Luckily we're both quite slim and managed to slip through the gap between the gatepost and the wall. But we hadn't been told of any procedure if we were coming back late. So if you stay, and I'd recommend it, make sure you check your options for returning late.

The ladies who work here really went above and beyond to help us. They recommended a cooking class for us and it was fantastic, informative and value for money. The villa was very clean. Bed very comfortable and the room was a good size. The breakfast was cooked to order and not a buffet. That was a much better system and so much choice. Each morning you would also get a plate of fruit. It was my daughter’s birthday and they made it a special day for her by presenting a cake to her at breakfast. It was about 10-15 mins walk to the old quarters but it was great to get out of the manic atmosphere in the old quarters. If you didn’t want to walk - a grab was less than a £1. We walked as it was lovely to walk off the food along the river. I would definitely be returning to this villa. It was a lovely family atmosphere here.

We had the most fabulous stay at Green Tea Villa. We absolutely loved it ! Beautiful room, large balcony, bathroom and stunning pool. The gorgeous trees and plants are all lovingly looked after and the whole place is like an oasis. We absolutely loved Linda she was always so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. Thank you so much Linda ! The breakfast was exceptional ! The best breakfast on our travels. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and spas to walk to and just a very short walk to the Old Town. They provide free bikes which were really great to get around to explore and also get to the beach. Sen Lê was really lovely and gave us so much information when we arrived which was so helpful thank you Sen ! We cannot wait to come back best wishes Sarah and Martin

The property is beautiful and well looked after, a sort of garden oasis, it truly looks as good as it does in the pictures. We had an amazing experience here, the hotel staff are very friendly and gave helpful advice when considering planning activities and recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the areas. They gave us help information on restaurants, activities and tailor shops. The provide a cooked breakfast everyone morning that you order from the menu and comes with a fruit platter. Amazing value for money as you can order as much as you like. This hotel was excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again when I travel back to Hoi An.

I've stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and honestly this has been the best place we've stayed in Vietnam in our 3 week trip from north to south. The place looks very calm with all the vegetation around, the pool is awesome, great to cool down after a hot day. The room itself was huge, we had a lot of space for all of our things, the bathroom was also very big. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and was super delicious. And the hosts were absolutely lovely, they also arranged for a car to take us to Danang when we finished our journey and in general they always wanted to make sure we're having a comfortable stay. We liked that the villa was not exactly in the center, as it gets very busy and loud there. It was just a 20 minute walk away and they provide free bicycles and you can reach it very fast. If we're ever back in Hoi An I would stay here again, it was so good and our 4 nights passed too fast, we didn't want to leave. :)
