The hotel is in a fantastic location adjacent to walkways by the river. We had a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the river. From the moment of arrival we were made to feel very welcome, firstly by the concierge who insisted on taking our very heavy cases himself, even though we offered to help. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information and booking trips and onward transport. The hotel has a lovely pool with breakfast room overlooking it. Restaurants, cafés bars, shops and market are all very conveniently located within level walking distance. we would recommend it to anyone staying in Hoi An, whether for a few days or even a longer holiday.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet part of HoiAn , right next to the river. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and help you. I had a studio room with a balcony overlooking the river. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. The breakfast was ok, a basic buffet, (or order from the menu) nice that it was included in the room rate. The area was quiet and down the river from HoiAn. A good walk or a $3 taxi into the centre. 2 minutes walk to a lovely (and cheap) restaurant. Staff would order a taxi and negotiate cheap rate for whenever we wanted to go to the beach or anywhere outside the centre. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was perfect! We give this hotel 10 out of 10 points! Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town, but we recommend borrowing bikes from the hotel (which are free, by the way!) The hotel is located along a beautiful river and it's only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of Hoi An Memories, a show we highly recommend. Again, we must commend the staff for giving us a perfect stay. We received many great tips that we took advantage of. We highly recommend Hotel Roxana River! We would love to come back!

Fantastic location beside the river with a balcony you can watch life go by. We used the hotel bikes every day to ride around old town, so much easier than walking. The room decor is delightful. The bathroom is enormous and just lovely. The breakfast staff were kind and fun, it was quiet during our stay so they made everything on order. The pool is perfect, partially undercover, the water tastes/feels almost like fresh water. It is a quiet property, you hardly know anyone else is there.

We had to request our aircon to be repaired (which it was). Be aware that you need to be able to access stairs, the staff will help with your luggage.

Our 2 week stay was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room which gave us an opportunity to watch the world go by and free bike service made getting to town quick if we needed to. The staff were all fantastic, particularly the restaurant chef Banh bi and waitress Van who quickly got to know our preferences and made sure we were comfortable. It was like staying with family as everyone seemed genuinely pleased to see us return each day. Some unseasonal weather made the pool very cold and the pillows took some getting use to.

Beautiful property situated about 20mins walk from the Old Town. This was ideal for us as the centre can get really busy, so to have that peace and quiet for the evening was amazing. Room was lovely and so comfortable, hotel also had a pool and free breakfast, staff were also very accommodating, gave great tips for Hoi An. The hotel also had free bikes to use, perfect for getting to the beach and around the paddy fields.

Nothing we can think of for us. For some though, the location might be a bit out of town for them. So one to bear in mind.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Hoi An. It is slightly out of the main center but that's it's appeal. It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk along the river and you're in the town center. The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help with our needs to make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The pool was the best as it was actually refreshing due to being half under cover. We stayed in a river front room which I would strongly recommend, the balcony was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon beer and watch life on the river drift by, fishermen chasing the next meal and the light covered boats meandering up and down the river. Breakfast was the best! Grandma was amazing with made to order food and fresh made juice! I seriously cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Cheers, Scott & Nicole. Sydney, Australia.

Reception Staff were fantastic. Very helpful in making our stay enjoyable and made suggestions that made out stay so much more enjoyable. The property is extremely well maintained and cleanliness is of a high standard.

There is nothing that that I could fault with the property. We had one day of extremely wet weather during our stay but with umbrellas supplied in our rooms made walking in the rain almost enjoyable. If you don't like walking too far the property is a little further out than others but this is not really an issue as the walk was enjoyable along the rivers edge.

- service was amazing, Hang took great care of us and the whole team made is feel like we were the only guests they had, even when full. They went above and beyond, making arrangements and helping us source things. We had to check out a day early and guest satisfaction was put first in this as well. -there were a lot of breakfast options -view was amazing, we recommend going for the ocean view balcony -wifi was great -we used the free bikes for 2 days and rented a scooter for 2 days to explore further

Peaceful spot right on the river about 15 min from central Hoi An, Roxana was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what i was hoping for. Huge modern room, great pool and far enough away from the centre to be chill but close enough to get into it easily if you want. Staff were also wonderful
