Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The suite itself was spacious, well laid out, and clean. The location was peaceful and quiet. The free bicycles are available anytime you want to go to town. The garden and pool area was very nice for relaxing. We stayed for 3 weeks and really could not have asked for anything better. Exceptional value at this price point.

There was not a single thing that I would change!

We stayed here in a family suite for a week. The location is fantastic (we all loved riding the bicycles into the Old Town), and the gardens are beautiful (hundreds of orchid plants everywhere)! The breakfasts were delicious (they even taught me how to make Cao Lao one day). The staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful! We swam in the pool every day - the water was so clean and refreshing! We would 100% recommend staying at this lovely hotel!

My friend and I stayed at Villa Orchid Garden Riverside for 3 weeks in a Riverview room. The garden and pool are beautiful. The rooms are large and airy. The location, walkable to the old town but away from the busy area, is perfect. Breakfasts, made to order, are delicious. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect.

This place definitely lives up to its name ! You will get a spacious apartment in the middle of a beautiful garden, just off the river side. It takes about 15 mins to walk into the Old City, also free bikes are available. The large and beds are a big plus ! Breakfast is generous. Banh mi must try ! The staff will take care for all of your travel arrangements.

The hotel is located in an authentic neighborhood, which comes with the usual noise of TV, karaoke and other typical activities of family life in Vietnam.

Fantastic property, a short 10-minute bike ride to the Old Town (Bikes are free to use at Orchid Villa). Rooms are clean and tidy, and the garden setting around the pool is perfect. Breakfast is ample and best of all is Nguyen and Ly, both were always happy and eager to help with whatever you need. Ly even surprised us with a cake for our wedding anniversary! We will definitely stay again as we were treated like family.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view, making our stay very relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

The staff, the location and the pool were fabulous. The space is quiet and also perfectly located to walk or ride into old town or along the river. Loved our stay and the breakfast is great.

We loved the quiet location but still an easy cycle to the centre. The pool was great and our room was fantastic, the largest we have had so far in Vietnam. It was nice to have a separate lounge area and 2 bathrooms. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. It was great to have bikes to use. We will be back. Thank you

The garden & pool were brilliant! We liked the location on the river - much quieter than in town. Rooms were spacious - marble floor cool on your feet. Extra comfortable bed and bath. Highly recommend 🌏🙏

I was initially worried we were too far out of town, but it was actually perfect because we were just enough removed from the hustle and bustle of the old town that it was nice and quiet and relaxing without being too far walking or biking. The staff is incredibly friendly and gave wonderful recommendations for tailors, food and activities. The rooms are super comfortable, the pool is perfect and everything on the breakfast menu is delish. I especially loved all the plants and orchids they have displayed. I highly recommend staying here.
