Room overlooking the river was wonderful - recommend you choose one of these when staying here. Loved having the balcony - was a complete pleasure to sit outside in the evening and watch the world go by on the river while munching fruits bought from the market. TV didn’t seem to have any channels to watch, but Netflix works (you don’t need a subscription as they have one) so we did some binge watching of great shows in the hours when it was just too hot to be outside. Shower was HUGE - could hang your washing up inside it and it dried beautifully. When you’re travelling, it’s a joy to have somewhere to hang washing without it looking like a Chinese laundry. Staff were terrific, always doing their best to please. When the air conditioning broke down, they had it fixed very quickly. We were very grateful because it was heatwave temperatures (eg 37oC, feels like 43oC). Breakfast was perfect. Not a lot of people staying so there was no buffet (except for fruits and breads) but you could choose from a lovely range of beautiful meals instead. I had a vegetable omelette every day, partner had the American breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage & tomato). Always beautifully cooked and presented by the chef (she has a lovely smile). We liked the whole concept because you didn’t overeat ;-) Location is about a 20 min stroll into the ancient town area but it’s a very pleasant walk and there’s some neat restaurants to lurk in along the way. The town itself is horribly busy - prepare for annoying touts coming at you from every direction. It was so nice to walk back to Triple Riverside in relative peace and tranquility. The pool was a lifesaver in the phenomenal heat. We lounged in there most days (stayed 6 nights) and it was so refreshing. Towels soft and fragrant. Sun beds located in the pool itself but that made it easy to dip in and out of the water. It’s an experience! Thank you Triple Riverside - we loved staying with you and recommend highly.

Great location! Walking distance into the main town (stunning!) and near 'Memories Land'. Right by the river with a lovely seating area. Good laundry service and the breakfast was good. Lovely hot shower! The pool looked great but it was a little cold for us at this time of year.

The TV and WIFI didn't work very well. The bed was a little uncomfortable. No room service as advertised.

Staff were great,very helpful. Location was lovely, on river, very quiet and away from the very busy city centre but very accessible with bikes for use or a quick grab ride. Comfortable hotel with lovely pool and beautiful setting. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

There isn't anything we didn't like.

The location was peaceful but not to far from town centre. The staff tried their best to be of help. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent cheap restaurants near by and a lively laundry lady next door. For the budget conscious traveller

so pretty, perfect quiet location next to the river 5 min bike ride away from the old city (bikes were provided by the hotel for free) they let us stay in the hotel after check out, let us use towels to go to the beach and shower room the staff are super nice, help you with things to do

Really nice staff and they were very helpful. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. Nice bathroom with big walk-in shower. Great location- about a 20 minute walk along the river (with lots of great restaurants along the way) to get to the historic old town.

Very minimal issue, but I think the water pressure in the basin could be harder. The shower was amazing and the water was very hot and very cool when needed after a hot day in Hoi An

Homey small hotel with lovely staff. Close enough to bike to town yet removed enough to be relaxing. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Lovely small pool, perfect temperature to be refreshing. Staff went above and beyond to help us get a Covid pre-flight test which was more complicated than expected. Very firm beds which we loved.

a clean lovely hotel, you are a little away from the centre, but the walk down the river is very nice. You can also use the free bikes the hotel has available for you to use if you wish

The manager and staff were absolutely brilliant. I have stayed in Vietnam many times and they went above and beyond to help my family and myself. Location is great & facilities are fantastic. Great pool, excellent breakfast & a location away from the hustle & bustle but still an easy walk to everything. We will be back.
