This is a wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful and genuinely warm staff keen to help with every last detail. Great breakfast and suitably relaxing music in the background. Good value Spa treatments , free bike hire all added to the experience.

The promoted "Riverview" is not great and it would have been nice to have been given the room I booked however the staff quickly "upgraded" me to the correct room.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of town, which meant it was a convenient but quiet location. Located next to one of the quieter roads in and out of Hoi An, and overlooking a river. We had to connect rooms for a family of four (two adults, two teenagers), very spacious with a huge bathroom and a balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean, and swimming in the pool was very relaxing. Big choice of food and breakfast, and a nice cocktail menu in the evening. Ms Lee and Ms Quy at reception were very helpful in booking cars, beauty treatments and suggestions for trips out of Hoi An as well as good tailors. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff at the Riverside Villas were excellent. They were so informative and so helpful and always ready to greet you with a smile. Ms My and Ms Li organised so much for me and had great advice for our group. Delicious breakfast and so much choice. About a 15 minute cycle to the centre of Hoi An.

The accommodation was lovely in every way. The staff were very keen to keep it looking impressive. The breakfast there was varied and substantial and the coffee very good. We particularly found Mr Duy, Ms My and Ms Lee very attentive and friendly. Making use of the well serviced bicycles each day was great. They even had lights on them for evening use. The location is perfect for both bikes and walking. Or you can take a Grab ride. We’d go back there in heartbeat. We were just unlucky with the weather in mid November.

The appearance of the place, bikes, coffee, helpful staff

Wow, what a special place. On top of the hotel being super comfortable and cosy (we had a great room facing the pool - great shower as well). Ms Lee and her team deserve special recognition. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. All the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful and just super kind - best service we’ve had on our entire trip across Vietnam. When we fell ill one day, they took extra care of us, which we really appreciated! We loved the free rental bikes that took us to the Old town in less than 10min, and the tour to My Son sanctuary we booked through the hotel was a big success. Definitely follow their recommendations on things to do, food to eat and the best tailor in Hoi An. Great breakfast as well - really varied buffet + fresh items. The weather didn’t cooperate enough to make much use of the pool, but it is a great spot to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Old town if you’re keen. Overall, can’t recommend this place enough.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An but convenient to many fine restaurants and attractions. The hotel offers free bicycles and lots of good advice on where to go and what to do. A fine "breakfast included" breakfast. The staff is particularly helpful and knowledgeable, especially the lady with the glasses, she helped us on our trip to Bana Hills. And the price is right

We liked everything, room was spacious with a nice balkony, nice bath tub, everything was clean and we sleeped really well.. I must say breakfast is delicious and rich, you can choose from variety of dishes. And staff very helpful and with a big smile every day. We stayed for 5 nights and had a really good time. Also we liked that hotel is in quite area away from all the noisy streets but with motorcycle you are in the center in less than 10 minutes, also on the beach it's 10minutes drive..

Property is just outside the old town, easlily to get by the free bike they offer for you. They’re very helpful with all our requests with everything and recommended us many many things to do here. Swimming pool is really nice to relax after a tour.

1. Swimming pool smell bit weird last night. But today i saw the pool is under maintenance. Good. 2. Stayed on 3rd floor so need to do alot of stairs

Large and comfortable rooms, very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful pool area and surroundings, exquisite breakfast with huge variety of food. Our room had a stunning view on the pool & the river. Staff was very nice and helpful and helped us arrange our stay at best. Hoi An city center is 25 min walk, but it is a lovely and peaceful stroll along the river. Otherwise, free bikes are available for borrowing. Highly recommended!
