I kept extending, I could easy live a year here, I love this hotel so much, everything was perfect, there is simply nothing I can fault, best shower and room in Vietnam (Or anywhere) so relaxing, a perfect place to rest and explore, honestly, I cannot say enough good things here, I will most certainly be back, you must experience this place, it's like home away from home, the 2 hosts were remarkable and certainly memorable, I watched them spend so much time helping people with anything and everything, this is why this place is so special, excellent breakfast to boot, I need more space to write more good things, in a word, fantastic, don't miss out, stay here

For me, the location is perfect because it is an easy bicycle ride to get to old town, shops, restaurants, and even the beach, but it is away from the noise, traffic, and crowded streets. The property is wonderful and the hosts are excellent. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and include many thoughtful amenities like slippers and toiletries. I never had one issue with the wifi, and each room has its own router. I loved having a small refrigerator, water kettle, and the outdoor sink and counter with dishes and flatware. It was very convenient to be able to rely on the hosts for valuable recommendations or bookings for transportation and even an in-room visit with a therapist for physical adjustments and bodywork. One of the reviews I read while researching properties in the area said that if there was a room available at this guesthouse, to not hesitate to book it, and I have to agree 100%.

The only thing I did not like was having to leave.

Beautiful hotel, in a quiet street a few minutes from the centre of Hoi An. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt at home every moment. Everything is very clean, lovingly furnished and the courtyard of the house is beautifully planted. The room was very spacious and bright with a great bathroom and small terrace with kitchen, which was very luxurious and we had not expected. We had a freshly prepared breakfast every morning with a great selection from a menu and very helpful tips for the city and excursions in the area. There would have been free bikes, which unfortunately we didn't try out. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone and would happily stay there again at any time.

I liked everything.

Anne and Trung go out of their way with their guests, providing excellent hospitality. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are seen to regularly. The entire villa is beautifully appointed and has a family feel about it. Anne and Trung are both extremely generous with their time in providing tips and resources. Nothing is too much trouble. Restaurants and cafes are within 5 minutes' walk. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town so it is more peaceful. I enjoyed walking or easily catching a Grab car or bike. There are also free bicycles and scooter rentals. Highly recommended! Thank you again.

If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing place within walking distance of Hoi An's lively and often bustling streets, this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnitured, we also enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The house is surrounded by nature, and you can wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The owners are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, offering plenty of useful tips and information if you need them. The town center is about a 20-minute walk away, and after about 250 meters, you can stroll along the river, enjoying stunning views without encoutering cars or motorbikes. There are also several restaurants within a 5-minute walk; we especially enjoyed dining at Tuan.

This was the best accommodation on our entire trip to Vietnam, everything here was just perfect! The furniture and decor was so nice, the beds comfortable and the breakfast extremely tasty. The owners were also super nice and helpful. The accommodation is not directly in the old town, but that was a big plus for us as it was very quiet. And the old town can be reached quickly and easily by bike, cab or on foot. There are also nice restaurants within a two-minute walk. We would love to come back any time and were sad that we had to leave after just two days.

A great choice for solo travelers with cozy single rooms. Beautiful rooms and a warm, inviting atmosphere—staying here made my time in Hoi A truly wonderful! 🥰 Though it’s a bit away from the Old Town, the peaceful surroundings make up for it. No honking noises, just tranquility. You can take a stroll by the nearby fields or walk to the market. Getting around is easy too. Grab rides are always available, so no worries about transportation!

The balcony tends to attract mosquitoes, but as long as you keep the door closed, it won’t be an issue.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The location is tucked away, by the river which makes for a peaceful & quiet stay. The rooms & bathroom were impeccably clean and modern. The bed is so comfortable, after 2 months of travelling I took some time to slow down and recharge here. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam so far. If I could have extended, I would. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend!!

Wow. Just wow! We chose Pink Tulip Hoi An because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Our 3 week stay was pure luxury. We stayed in the Studio which was very spacious. A wonderfully comfortable bed, great shower and lovely balcony. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. The location was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of everything. But the best thing of all, the owners - Trung and Anne. Thank you! So much! We were amazed at the charming space you have managed to create. And every day, week in and week out, you greet your guests with such hospitality and kindness. We became quite spoiled, feeling so well taken care of. We will return. Cảm ơn.

I can't rate our stay at Pink Tulip highly enough - everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Before our stay Mr. Trung was very communicative and helpful, and upon arrival Ane gave us the warmest welcome and gave ongoing kindness and guidance for our trip! The accommodation is in a great location - out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town, but only 10/15 minutes away by bike. The free use of the bikes also made it easy to explore further around Hoi An too! As for our room, it had all the amenities needed and more, not to mention being very comfortable. We also loved the interior design of the property! Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits, toasts, cereal and/or yogurt was perfect to start each day. Thank you for the most wonderful stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer!
