The ‘bones’ of it are lovely. Location is nice (we hired a scooter in town so easy to get around). The room was lovely and spacious, bed comfy and lovely outdoor bath.

If I had to give constructive feedback it would be that the property needs some maintenance. There was terrible damp stains in the shower celing, the light outside didn’t work or there wasn’t one in the patio area. Although we loved the bath it was advertised as a jacuzzi which is why we chose it. All the plants surrounding our room needed to be pruned as there was a lot of dead debris.

This is a cozy resort away from Hoi An town. A great place to nest and relax yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful, trying to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. The villa was clean and spacious. Only comment is the TV was not good working condition. Breakfast included in the room rate was simple but good balance of local and international. Absolutely a good value for money.

The weather was not perfect due to rainy season, so not convenient to walk around. But easy to catch grab and travel around.

This is such a lovely property, the host is amazing and so kind. We were able to get our washing done, room was cleaned daily and the beds were so comfortable. The property itself is lovely and it’s a pity that it only has 3 stars as it really should be 5 starts. You will need a scooter/bike to get in and out to the old town or a grab. We booked this place due to travelling for a month and really wanting somewhere quiet and comfortable to call home for 5 days. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, the host will go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.

Nothing everything was perfect

We like the hotel very much. It is really a hidden gem and good value for money. We could taste the real Hoi An here. The location is not far from the center of Hoi An, so it is convenient to travel to popular places, but still quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery of Hoi An countryside: rice fields, rivers, coconut trees etc. We like the reading corner, the free bicycles, the simple but beautiful decoration, the pond, the beautiful gardens and flowers, the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us book the popular tours at cheaper than normal prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The best resort in Vietnam! The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Specifically the front desk lady who went above and beyond to make us happy. She ensured that the team made sure that we had the best time! Originally we booked our stay for 2 nights but extended it to 6 nights because of the outstanding service.There are free bikes to use as you please. The buffet breakfast was superb with a wide selection. There is also free drinking water located in the lobby. The rooms are big and cleaned every day. Beautiful views. We will definitely come back!

It was very nice and pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommend for longs stays and tourist purpose. Room was clean and spacious. But can keep some more food options for vegetarian as there were only few options for vegan food. The Villas are fabulous, it's really huge with awesome bathroom and bathtub. Have a separate balcony/outside space with heavy table and chairs. The service was good. The staff were really attentive and informative. I will bring my friends and family next time. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and a great option if you want to stay close to Hoi An old town and also the beach, you'll need a motorbike but that can be booked with the hotel which makes everything much easier. We stayed in the villa with private small pool and it was amazing, beautiful room with a very private small pool where you can stay by yourself. The main pool is also beautiful and right across the rice fields.

The only thing i'd suggest a small improvement would be breakfast to have some more option for "western" tourists.

Staying at Nghé Garden Resort for 3 days during my vacation trip was a fantastic experience. It wasn't the fancy facilities or the view that made the trip great, but rather the people I met. I want to give a shout out to two different teams. First, I want to thank the Reception team! Ms. Hoa and Ha always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome when I go out or back to hotel. They provided friendly service with a smile, always willing to help with any issues I faced. Their genuine warmth and care created a true sense of belonging, which is the best feeling a guest can have. (Thanks for the cute "Of course" from Ha~!) Secondly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Kitchen staffs team. They consistently deliver exceptional food of the highest quality. While all the members provide remarkable service.

Great! Excellent service! The environment is very unique! I booked in the off-season and it was good value for money. We stayed in Room A1, and spent the night watching the stars. When you close the curtains at night, it's like a princess's bedroom in ancient times. There's no fear at all, and mosquitoes can't get into the bed. It is recommended to eat lunch there on the first day. The prices in the lobby bar are reasonable, but not excessive. Anyway, they are not specifically trying to make you a little money, they just focus on making you happy. There are not many extra charges at checkout.

Everyone has been so lovely and welcoming! Every time you walk past an employee they always without a doubt give a smile and a hello. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and the cleaners always do an amazing job. The location is really nice, with an awesome view of the rice field. The food is really good, especially the breakfast as they’ve got a lot of dishes to choose from so if you don’t know what you feel like, there is bound to be something to eat. I can’t remember names of the staff, however everyone is amazing & all of them should get recognised for their hard work!
