We loved everything about this place. The staff were incredible!!! The hotel and facilities are beautiful, chill and in a great and gorgeous location. Loved the pool and free bikes ( made it to beach and town) and ez to get a grab to go wherever. Great breakfasts. Incredible value. (We thought we would be considered really long term guests but there were a number of folks staying multiple weeks!)

Nothing negative about the property but be aware that families with small children seem to love this place (staying for multiple weeks) so it was competitive to find a seat by the pool and rare to have a pool without kids playing.

We stayed for 10 days. Tara, the Lady who manages the Hotel, had a car arranged to pick us up at the Airport with no extra cost. It is a 35 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is nice and small with a very family and friendly atmosphere. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable with a nice bathroom. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location just outside of Hoi An is perfect if you enjoy the countryside, tranquility and beauty of nature. Excellent to walk around and discover the beautiful landscape and lifestyle of the people. The breakfast is very good and you can also order local food if you want to. The city is about 7 minutes with a Grab or Taxi. The beach (very nice) is about 5 minutes away. But we spent a lot of time exploring the countryside around the hotel. Rice paddies, buffalo’s , the little river outlet and the riverside. Again thanks for making us feel at home Tara and team. We will visit you again, and maybe this time with a buffalo ride ;-)

All good -just sometimes the frogs are a little loud when they sing at nighttime :-)

The hosts were so welcoming and kind. We felt safe. Loved that the bathroom was so huge! We easily dried our cloths in there (super hot and humid in July). Free bikes, laundry, and foot bath. All nice gestures. Quiet suroundings with the greenest ricefields I've seen. Would def recommend to anyone who wants a relaxed experience in Hoi An.

There was nothing I didn't like, but it's important to note that this is a small family business, not a big chain hotel, so the room cleaning may take some time and the breakfast is simple. In my opinion the lovely setting and warm attitude is more important.

This was our favourite stay during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Lovely Tara and staff were welcoming and attentive to all our requests including recommendations for restaurants, places to see/things to do, free laundry service. The room was as photos show and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a gorgeous rice paddie outlook. The pool was fabulous and the free bikes allowed us to explore the countryside and beaches with ease. A warm foot soak delivered to our door at the end of our stay completed our time here. What a wonderful place, highly recommend, amazing service and nice to be a bit out of town.

I had the best stay here. I was picked up from the airport and driven comfortably to the villa. I was welcomed with a nice glass of juice and taken to my room which was perfect. The setting in the rice fields is stunning and riding the free bikes around was a perfect way to explore. Breakfast was simple but exactly what I needed and the cute little breakfast area was my favourite way to start the day. On my last night there, a foot soak was delivered to my room ready for me to soak my feet before bed to get a restful sleep. Such a thoughtful added extra. The staff were so friendly and kind. It was such a relaxing stay, I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic 5-day, 4-night retreat at Chez Mimosa, and it was truly memorable from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tara with refreshing watermelon drinks. The 2-bedroom villa was spacious, overlooking a beautifully manicured garden and a serene pool. Breakfast each morning was a delight, served by the picturesque paddy fields. It was incredibly relaxing to watch farmers tending to the fields and listening to the soothing sounds of frogs at night – a truly therapeutic experience. The hotel provides free bicycles, which we used to visit the Coconut Village for a fun coconut boat ride and explore An Bang Village. The caretaker, an incredibly kind and resourceful person, helped adjust the bike seats and was always there when we needed assistance. The complimentary shuttle service to Hoi An allowed us to explore the enchanting town with ease. Tara was absolutely wonderful, always eager to recommend excellent restaurants and activities. Her friendly conversations made us feel so welcomed. We especially loved the free laundry service and the relaxing foot bath provided at the end of our stay – such thoughtful touches! The team even organized a complimentary airport shuttle, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. One of the highlights of our stay was the two adorable kittens roaming around the property. Our teenage daughters adored playing with them, and they added a charming, personal touch to our visit.

I searched for a long time on the internet and I found this hotel. Cross-checked all comments on the social media and in the end it was one of the best stays during the Vietnam trip. Points to carry out - per day one free laundry basket - breakfast buffet with no limitations on quantity - English speaking desk clerk at the reception - silence, not at the weekends - rice fields nearby - scooter renting service (drop& return) - very clean hotel area - bicycle to rent for free

The villa is beautiful, very relaxing, The staff is very friendly, but not very efficient or there are very few people running the hotel. They let me check in early and check out early, which I appreciate. Free bikes

Some parts look very neglected with dust and dirty like the bar next to the pool, the lounge chairs look dirty and I could never get a towel for the pool, there is never anyone at the reception and compared to Chess mimosa local. The breakfast is very limited. The banana pancakes from mimosa Local are missed. In the room they leave very little water a small bottle and the robes they offer are neglected and stained. There is no one to help you with advice on what to visit, tours or other tips. They never offered me a free shuttle or the free bucket of foot soaking herb to relax my long day out that they did offer me at Chez Mimosa Local. I am leaving a little disappointed.

We had an amazing family stay in this brand new hotel ! It is made of only a dozen rooms insuring a quiet retreat with a beautiful view on the swimming pool and on the lush rice fields surrounding the premises. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be considered as limited for some (eggs, fruits, cereals, soup) but is very tasty and that what mattered to us !

Swimming pool temperature was quite high, water having difficulties to cool down with such sun exposure... It did not to stop us from swimming though (it was like swimming in a sauna 😁)

The accommodation was very clean and had a great view on the pool. The bed was very comfy and the shower was really nice as well. Swimming pool was great. Hostess was very sweet and took care of everything! We stayed to have a little break from hostels and traveling and it was the perfect place! I would really recommend this place to everyone. The location is a little bit out of the city centre but there are plenty of grabs in the area so you won’t have any trouble getting a taxi. There are free bikes that you can use and some nice places in the area.
