I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. I especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa treatments were also top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An

Wow – what an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by Lien at reception, who made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect visit. She even upgraded us to a Club Suite, which was such a wonderful surprise! The room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the pool and lake. It was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. We often had the pool all to ourselves pure bliss. There are two pools, one in the main resort area with a bar and pool table and a more private pool for suite guests both were absolutely stunning. We also loved the added extras the resort offers free bikes, which we used to ride to the beach (about 15 minutes away), and a complimentary shuttle service into town, which takes around 10 minutes. Super convenient! Room service was delicious, and breakfast each morning was a highlight. We truly felt like we were in heaven. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we even changed our flights to stay another night! We honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return!

The location of this hotel is out of the way of the town which to many may be seen as a negative, but since Hoi An is really busy these days, it is much needed respite to get some peace and quiet after a day out. The staff were absolutely fantastic and asked us everyday whether we had any questions or concerns. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were great!

The breakfast was the only thing that we feel could be improved a little. More focus on fruits and vegetables might be good; especially things like freshly pressed juices or smoothies. More items that are cooked to order from a small breakfast menu may be a good idea as the options given in the buffet may not be to everyone’s taste.

The room was incredible, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic! The staff helped us with recommendations and booking transfers to and from the airport.

Loved everything about the hotel but unfortunately during our stay there was some construction going on right in front of our room and also next door to our room so it wasn't very relaxing. Early morning wake ups as the building was loud and the workers would play loud music during the day so it was hard to relax by the pool. Instead we ended up filling our days with activites away from the hotel and made sure to go to bed early at night so we got enough sleep.

The absolute kindest and most thoughtful staff. Beautifully located by rice fields with a great bike track, we loved the bikes that the hotel provided for free. Shuttle service to old town and beaches was really lovely, room was huge and super confortable bed and top linens. Really cool adult pool / club as well ! Decent gym. Great breakfast as well huge variety. Really amazing very green and zen stay - much needed after Hanoi and Da Nang crazyness :)

At some point groups of guests were extremily rude and disrespecful of common spaces, yelling from the top of their lungs in common areas (sometimes after 23:00 waking us up), making the pool completely impossible to be in, ourselves as well as many guests had to leave the pool / lounge many times because it was just unbareable. We could even hear people yelling from the balcony... The hotel really has to do something about this and call rude people to attention.

The Eco Lodge & Spa has the friendliest and most accommodating staff. They will take excellent care of you and ask every day what your plans are or if you need anything. You will also enjoy the peace and quiet because the Eco Lodge is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hôi An. There's a shuttle van that takes you to the beach or the old town at convenient times. Great value for money because the beds are really comfy, the rooms are clean and housekeeping & room service are impeccable. Try the Vietnamese beef soup and the mango milk shake for dinner.

If there is one thing we weren't crazy about it's probably the breakfast buffet. It's true, there is plenty to choose from. You can get eggs, omelettes, etc., warm dishes, cereal, pieces of pastry and fruit. But none of it tastes particularly good. We stayed for a week but skipped breakfast three times because the breakfast area gets crowded with guests and the food isn't all that exciting.

Great location in the quiet surrounding. Free shuttle bus both to Hoi An old town and the beach. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with a good choice of food. Nice stuff.

Would be great if the areas were divided for those with children and without, as when there are plenty of them, they are generating noise that can ruin your stay.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. We had a free upgrade by the hotel and got the bigger deluxe double room on top floor overlooking the pool. Absolutely loved the bath and the balcony. stayed for 7 nights but wished we could stay longer. Loved the hotel, the pool, the breakfast. Very peaceful spot. The whole atmosphere of the place and the surroundings is just awesome. Shuttle bus goes to the town and beach multiple times but if you find the times inconvenient grab is super cheap. About 1to3 £ tops depending on the time of the day. There are some nice restaurants nearby but the food at the hotel is also very nice. They offer happy hour on cocktails from 3 to 6 pm by the pool. There's billiard table as well. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It's the perfect spot to stay and visit surrounding areas on day trips like Dan ang, the beach, Bana hills, Hoi An ancient town. The town is about 15mins by shuttle, so is the beach. Dan ang is about 40 mins by car. The hotel offers multiple day trips, cooking class etc. I'd even say if you're planning to go to Hue you might want to do that as a day trip and if stay here, but that depends on what you like. We loved this way more than any other places we stayed at in Hue or even Hanoi.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Maybe the shuttle could go more often during the day but like I said, grab is super cheap.

The setting was lovely, away from the hustle and bustle. Felt really safe. Generally the upkeep is good, the maintenance guys are always around and they stand true to their Eco values. We had the Grand suite room with a poolside view. The pool is lovely with the right temperature and ambiance. The room is spacious, however the outside shower was not working so we couldn’t make the most of it. The gym facilities are really poor and the equipment that’s available to use is in bad condition. Also the location and setting of the gym needs to be reconsidered. It’s an outside setting in view of all passersby and working out in high sun conditions doesn’t make sense. Probably a low priority for this lodge. Generally the breakfast is good, they try to vary it however it gets a bit repetitive. Afternoon tea is complementary and a really nice touch to the stay. We don’t eat pork and it was not a problem for the staff to change it to our dietary requirements. In a nutshell, we felt so relaxed and content in the lodge that we decided to stay an extra day. Again, staff were more than helpful to accommodate our request and kept us in the same room.

The hotel property is very beautiful. We felt very welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The rooms were incredibly cleaned and well maintained. The breakfast was really exceptional which we were grateful for. The pool was nice and there was a pleasant variety of mocktails and cocktails. They offered free bikes and the location was near to town but far enough away. Super quiet. Highly recommend !

The dinner wasn’t fantastic at the hotel, made my Mother sick. Would recommend the hotel to remove the dessert option when it’s no longer available. We were served an interesting remix of dessert since they were out but didn’t want to remove it from the menu.
