Super comfortabel villa with private pool. We stayed their as a family of 4, kids very happy with the pool and the inflatables. Free laundry services was very much appreciated. The staff were super friendly and helped us with booking tours, including private tour with drop off in Hue. Location is about 15-20 min drive from Hoi An old city. With Grab app easy to organize taxi’s - about 75.000 VND (€2,50) one way.

One night the airco failed but was fixed next day.

The rooms were clean and well designed. the staff was very friendly and seemed like a good functioning business. The private pool was cleaned every day. If you needed stuff done (like a banana smoothie made or tour booked) you just had to Whatsapp the owner. They have scooters on site to rent for the duration of the stay. Its only a very short trip to the old town and beaches. Breakfast was excellent

A couple of mornings therewas some exceptionally loud Vietnamese opera, not quite Puccini and uncool after a late night - but it only lasted for 30 min.

Breakfast was good. The customer service was exceptionally good. They are willing to help and serve you anytime of the day. The place was quiet and peaceful. We had privacy and the pool was clean and big. The villa is so spacious. And of course the free laundry! And also we were served mango smoothie and iced coffee anytime we requested. We also requested for early check in, and they managed to fulfill our request with an amazing welcome drink. Totally worth every penny. Good experience and amazing environment! Thank you so much! We are truly satisfied.

This private villa is really beautiful. The private pool is awesome and biger that on pictures. Staff are really kind and helpful, you can wash your clothes for free, they offer free transport from airport and bikes. It really peacuful place. You also can order a coctails to your room.

They don't have kitchen, but breakfest are good and they offer a snacks from 3 till 5pm.

Personal touch and care at this villa is everything. The staff, especially Kim, constantly go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. When you first see the breakfast area you may be concerned HOWEVER everyday they cook you the most delicious breakfast, with all options, and ensure you don’t leave for the day with an empty stomach! They will bring you coffee at any time of the day. We got massages in our villa the night before we flew home which was Devine. They clean your pool every single day. Kim was such a beautiful and kind host. I highly recommend this villa.

It’s not really walking distance to anything, you will need to get transport into the main town/markets however it’s 10 mins and a couple of dollars on the Grab app. It’s honestly not an issue, only pointing out if people want to stay in the hustle and bustle

Such a perfect place! Great villas with big private pool. The host, Bao, makes sure that you have everything you need, and the staff is very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, free laundry and free airport Pick-up (one way). Pool and villas are well maintained. Lovely area with really nice local restaurants in walking distance. 10 minutes drive outside Old Town, the host helps with transport within minutes. Just a really, really nice place to stay.

Property situated in a calm place, several km from city center, so you could avoid crowded streets and lots of people around. Villa was comfortable, clean, you can enjoy and spend time in the pool. The view from bathroom was really good, because the window is straight to the pool. The staff was really frendly and helpfull, even we arrived too early they host us, and offered breakfast for free for a welcome. Really nice place i would recommend to stay for a couple of days

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a two bedroom villa with a big pool. The pool is a highlight but the entire villa is fantastic - spacious and well thought out.

It about a 60,000 Dong ($4 AU) taxi ride into town, but there are plenty of good reasons to stay outside the main part of town.

We had such a wonderful honeymoon stay! The villa was beautiful. Pool clean with refreshing water. The owner and his colleague did everything to make us feel like at home. They even gave us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. It was perfect.

The vila is beautiful, it has all the required facilities. The service was great, the team offered massage, renewed the bottles of water and cleaned the swiming pool and the rooms everyday. They did everything so that we feel comfortable. The swimming pool was magnifisent special for the humid and hot whether of Hoi An.
