I recently stayed at Raon Ancient Town Hotel in Hoi An, and it was an outstanding experience! The hotel features a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Its location is unbeatable, with restaurants, bars, and markets just a short walk away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. There are also many tourist attractions nearby, so you can make the most of your visit. Plus, having an ATM right across the street was a huge convenience. The staff at Raon truly made my stay exceptional. Thao, Yew, and Tri were especially helpful, always ready to provide recommendations and assist with any inquiries. Their friendly and accommodating nature made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Raon Ancient Town Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Hoi An!

The sense of security at night was reassuring, especially when traveling alone.

I came here at the last minute as my previous hotel was not good. This hotel understood my concerns and let me see a variety of rooms. My room had 2 singles and in the morning the staff kindly made this into one bed for me. I asked for a floor towel and this was provided at no fuss including extra towels. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast is very good and freshly made. The name of the hotel just needs to change on Google maps as it is still listed under the old name Secure location and only a 15 min average walk to the night market. Lots of shops for clothing and shoes in the area to chose from

Accessing the plug socket after the beds put together. Low light in the room so could not have window open unless I put the light on and people walking past can see me inside so not too private.

Very close to the old town, walking distance away. We had to change our plans and dates and the hotel did not charge for the additional night. They arranged our laundry which was affordable and easy :)

We hired a room with a balcony and garden view and it was a shared balcony that was covered in cigarettes and looked at a corrugated tin wall.. The door is also glass and the hallway lights are always on so the room is really bright through the night, we had to use eye makes. The hotel reminded us of a roadside motel…

The landing carried noise , heavy doors banging shut , there was a small area at the top of the stairs for smokers and a small group gathered there one evening talking loudly and disturbing our rest The following morning I suggested to the front desk maybe a sign asking people to respect sleeping guests ? No signage the next day but the lady on the front desk apologized and said it would be looked at . Apparently the hotel has just changed hands Tiny TV not smart

This hotel combined the best of comfort and convenience. Its location near the Bridge Pagoda and Hoi An’s old town made it a great base for sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally kind, the pool was always clean, and the balcony views were stunning. We loved the free shuttle to the private beach and the affordable local food served at the hotel. It’s a place we’d love to stay at again.

The hotel is nice and cozy, it has a nice authentic taste to it, the decor really fit the vibe of the town. The location is right in the ancient town, very close to some of the nice streets and a walking distance from the river.

The room was a bit small and we had some trouble fitting our luggage around. The bathroom had a water leakage. There are no elevators so you will need to carry your luggage on the stairs. The area around the hotel can get noisy sometimes.

We loved our stay and the laid back atmosphere. The room and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a cool bathtub. The swimming pool is great. The place is far out of town but you can find some nice restaurants around and you can always use the hotel's bicycles (for free). The staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated that they organized a private car for us to go to My Son and Da Nang at what we think is a good price.

Little things like there is too much chlorine in the pool and too much grease in the breakfast eggs.

Had to get a last minute hotel booking as our plans had changed. Chose this hotel due to the location and the fact it had a pool. Very good value for money, the pool area was great and location was perfect just minutes walk from everywhere kn the old town. Room itself is basic but clean and perfectly good for our purposes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Advertised balcony which it had but was facing a big concrete wall just inches away.

It's nice to have the hotel to come back to when the crowds get too much in The hoi an Hustle and bustle.Having a place so close means you can explore forearm during the day when there aren't many people around and still go back to your hotel for a bit of a rest from the heat.
