I have loved the space. This is a great place for a good rest and switch off from the outside world. The space is very beautiful, clean and very peaceful. The staff were amazing accommodating all our needs. Amy was the one checking us in and she couldn’t be more helpful. She was always available for any support needed. Very much appreciated. All the other members of staff were also very friendly and kind!

I love the place. Really, everything that you want from a hotel. If you have a motorbike it’s super easy to get to the center of Hoi An. The bed super comfy, room spacious but cosy at the same time.

Bathroom was not perfectly clean, there was a little stain next to the sink, and in the corner behind the door. Nothing major, the places of usage were okay.

Hidden gem of Hoi An. Beautiful landscape. The rooms are very pretty and neat. The place is run by a local staff , they are extremely hospitable. They made special arrangements for vegan breakfast, helped book train tickets. They also offer free bikes. The surrounding are peaceful and gives a village feel.

Quiet hidden gem, modern facilities, comfy beds and linen, away from the hustle and bustle, staff were lovely renting scooters for us to get around, pool was clean, so lovely and peaceful.

Loved the pool area !! So clean ! Rooms were beautiful, new, and clean !!! Such nice staff and free breakfast and bikes :) this was my favorite place we stayed on our entire trip !

Clean and spacious room

The air conditioning was pathetic. We had to sleep on the floor to get some sleep😞

Rooms are large with big super comfy beds and four massive soft pillows. Best sleep in Vietnam! Room has large TV, no channels but has Netflix so you can link your account to it. Is set back from main road so very peacefull. Free bicycle use which is needed as hotel a long way from Old Town and Cau Dai beach. But if you want peace and quiet, hotel has a gorgeous huge clean pool with sun loungers that just spend the day by , chilling out, reading and a have a lovely cool dip. Hotel about 100m back from main road where there are a few little restaurants and shops. Most rooms have balconies over looking the pool.

Stayed a few weeks before and got asked for our last two days to move to room 304 to help accommodate a large booking. Graciously moved rooms only to find new room had no hot water. Complained to receptionist who done nothing. Anyway rebooked as loved our stay apart from that issue. when we arrived this time same receptionist gave us room 304 again. I asked straight away if the hot water had been fixed to which she replied yes. Got to room, first thing I did was turn on the shower hot tap.....no hot water. Went straight down to reception, complained as she had blatantly lied and said we wanted a different room. (We booked a king size room with balcony & pool views) 3hrs later she gave us a key to room 201 which was tiny, had a balcony that just looked at the side of the main building. Again I complained saying we had booked room with balcony and pool views not views of wall. She ended up giving us a ground floor room which wasn't that bad actually. Room was as mentioned in the good comments above. Only down side was the shower which had two settings ..... cold & surface of the sun. In the whole week in that room , my wife nor myself never managed to get the temperature somewhere in the middle. Also be prepared as lots of groups of Vietnamese use this hotel and as you will know , they have no common courtesy for other guests....shouting, loud music, slamming doors etc.
