The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our luggage was taken directly from the taxi and delivered to our room without us lifting a finger. The Front Office team was simply fantastic — every time we passed by, we had a lovely little chat about our day or plans. A big thank you to Sally, Catherine, and Vivian, who were absolutely perfect. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which we loved — hearing the buffalo during the day and frogs at night added a charming, peaceful touch to our stay. Although it feels remote, the city center is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it the best of both worlds. During check in Catherine, gave us a detailed list of places to visit, must-try local foods, restaurant recommendations, and even tailor suggestions. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.

Our room would appreciate little refresh :) especially walls and air condition which wasn't working properly. Bathroom didn't have a good ventilation therefore whenever we wanted to take a bath or shower it was extremely warm inside even with window blinds down for entire day.

We love everything about this hotel, The staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always clean, spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. Great pool and the newly built gym will be ready for action in a day or so. Convenient to old town or the beach, it’s so relaxing here amongst the rice paddies, probably the reason we have stayed for 74 nights. Our second stay and we have booked 4 more weeks in October, a home away from home. The housekeeping staff are wonderful, but then so are reception team and maintenance and catering, ok all staff members contribute to a wonderful team. We love this place, whether a few nights or long term you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced the kind of warm, personal attention that’s rare even in high-end resorts. The staff's kindness and attentiveness stood out in every interaction. They helped us book train tickets, offered thoughtful local tips, and always took time to ask how our day had been. One morning, after working late into the night and missing breakfast, they kindly insisted I have something to eat anyway—a gesture that perfectly sums up their heartfelt hospitality. The room we were given was simply beautiful: a spacious layout with a bathtub looking out over tranquil rice fields. Housekeeping worked like invisible elves—discreet and efficient. We never saw them, but each time we returned, the room was perfectly refreshed. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was genuinely respected, which, frankly, hasn’t always been the case in many five-star hotels we've stayed in. The location itself offers a peaceful contrast to the busier parts of Hoi An. Surrounded by nature and rice paddies, it’s the ideal place to unwind. Their free bikes were charming and practical, making it easy to reach the beach in about 20 minutes or Hoi An’s old town in just 10 to 15. Considering the price per night, we honestly couldn't find a single negative point. The value is exceptional, and we will without a doubt choose this place again when we return to Hoi An. Our flight experienced a seven-hour delay, resulting in a 1:00 AM check-in. However, the staff maintained excellent communication and provided a warm welcome. The hotel enjoys a central location between the beach and the old town, with taxi travel time to either destination estimated at eight to ten minutes. The room was spacious, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and genuine kindness. While we did not utilize the spa facilities, the pool proved to be a highlight; it was large and maintained a comfortable temperature. The hotel's setting amidst rice paddies fostered a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, a welcome contrast to the potentially higher noise levels anticipated in hotels closer to the old town.

What a gem! We had the BEST time at Serene Nature. Not only the hotel, but the staff makes the stay so special. Lily, Rosy, Sali, Cathryn, Peter and the others are so warm and welcoming. And they speak English very well! We stayed 2 weeks in Serene and they all feel like family. The hotel is perfectly located, just outside the busy town, surrounded by peacefull ricefields. You can use free bikes for a short ride to old town, Grabs are cheap too. The room is great! The beds are super comfy, shower is hot with plenty of pressure! We work online and the wifi is perfect for Zoom meetings, never had issues. We really enjoyed working in the restaurant, they have good americano's too. The breakfast is nice. Buffet style with lots of things to choose from and there's always some one cooking fresh eggs & noodle soups. Best price/quality you could wish for. Don't hesitate to book here!

The hotel was a gem in the middle of nature. Surrounded by rice fields with wonderful views. We particularly enjoyed the free bikes and rode around the palm lined waterways to the beach. The pool is a good size and very welcome in the heat. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The best part of the hotel, however, was the friendly staff. They catered for our every need and went out of their way to chat.

There were no other restaurants in the immediate area but it was only a short taxi ride into Hoi An or Grab delivered.

To enjoy a quiet breakfast The location is excellent – tucked away enough to enjoy the quiet beauty of the outskirts, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and center town. A big bonus: they offer bikes for guests, which made it easy to explore the paddy surrounding area. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and nature. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape.

I love this place!

We loved the breakfast, it was the best in our entire Vietnam stay, and we stayed in around 5 different hotels. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, super kind and humorous. The view on the rice fields was also super special. The entire place is in the middle of the fields and that makes it very special. The atmosphere and vibe were really calming and lovely. Highly recommended

Our room was a little small, as well as there were no mosquito nets on the windows which we would have liked given the proximity to the rice fields and nature. Pool could have been a bit bigger.
