Nice location outside ancient old town Hoi An across from rice fields. bikes provided free, but not in best condition. Comfortable room, large room with balcony facing rice fields. Both fan and AC in room.

Extremely disappointed with breakfast offerings. Only allowed to choose one course, one drink, sometimes one fruit was available. Staff very limited with communication, google translate was essential. Only one staff worker could slightly communicate without google translate. Pool chair cushions in poor condition, badly soiled and should be replaced. Some staff were not very friendly.

This is a very beautiful hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are a great size and have been stylised with amazing Vietnamese decor. Great views of rice fields, good facilities and amazing staff. Would like to thank Kim for making us feel very welcome and for giving us great service and recommendations. We are going to miss her! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for having us in your beautiful place.

Beautiful rooms, look just like the photos. Comfy beds, big shower area and bathtub. A perfect location if you're willing to cycle to get to the old town. I actually stayed here in February then brought my parents when they came to visit.

The room was very clean, bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower.

The hotel is located a fair bit further from town than I thought from the description and the way to downtown is quite unpleasant (constantly avoiding motorbikes, puddles, trash,…) so we mostly took taxis to/from town. There was warm water in the shower, but only after running it for good 10 minutes, which feels wasteful and is time consuming. If you need a transport to Da Nang, I recommend arranging it elsewhere, as the hotel transfer was 30% more expensive than in town.

The property stands in front of a vast field and has a great view. The vibe is pretty serene and romantic. The pool is a plus. The resort is far from the heritage village but you can easily access it there with the scooter. It's relatively closer to the basket boat village which was the highlight of my trip.

The Spa service wasn't available when we went and the breakfast is a la carte. It would have definitely been a plus with the spa service for me.

The hotel provides the guests with bikes without charge. There is a bike path leading straight to downtown and the ride is beautiful (around 10 min). The staff was very kind and attentive, even allowing us to check in earlier. We did not use the pool but it was spacious and looked very clean. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, the AC works well, and the balcony overlooks the beautiful rice fields. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Mainly Vietnamese options to choose from.

We often experienced not having water. However, instantly after telling the staff, it would miraculously work again. The first time it happened, I did not think about it too much, but afterwards, I felt like they were trying to save on the electricity cost by turning off the water pump. We do understand that the hotel was pretty empty and the electricity is very expensive, but it is still not acceptable.

The first contact was great as the receptionists were expecting us and directed us to our room, taking into consideration the special requests we had submitted. They rented a bike on our behalf which made our commute so much easier. The room is spacious, and has a lot of natural light. The bathroom is exceptional with brass taps and deco, pebbles, bath, shower, space around the sink for our personal toiletry. The pool looks like a little oasis, surrounded by banana trees, vibrant parrot flowers and more. The bed is large and very comfortable but what surprised us the most was the first morning smell of frangipani trees surrounding the property. The property is well located, around a mere 10-minute drive to the old town, the beach, the river/canals where lots of entertainment goes on. But overlooking the rice fields means we had the most peaceful sleep ever. Thank you all for your courtesy and attention to detail.

Very clean and beautiful furniture and bathroom, nice rooms with pool view. All in all very clean place and extremely kind and helpful staff. The hotel is located outside of the main area but they offer free bicycles so it's just a 10 min trip to the center.

-Water in the shower was cold and they couldn't fix the problem unfortunately -they didn't offer breakfast, which was fine for us because Rosie's café is not far if you take the motorbike and we loved our breakfasts and brunches there

Beautiful rooms! The bed was one of the more comfortable we found in all of Vietnam. We loved the staff- especially Hue and Bao. The pool was gorgeous and we had a nightly swim and a beer! We did not get food here but the spread looked amazing and the coffee was very good. Bikes are a must in Hoi An and we basically cycled everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!!

The gym was a disappointment as it was not air conditioned, meaning it was an unusable 36C box. Would have appreciated better Wi-Fi as it did not work on any of our devices for the latter half of the trip.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful location, overlooking paddy fields, between beach area, river and about 25 minutes walk to Old Town. Quiet compared to other roads. Very clean, good facilities and size of room. Very comfy bed. Near to very good restaurants and away from busy busy town ( but cheap/ easy to get there). Excellent value.
