hoi an emotions is an amazing hotel, situated along the river and just a few minutes bike ride from the old town. the rooms are really tastefully decorated and the highlight of it all is the staff. awesome, kind and attentive. sounds cliche, but felt like family.

like many hotels, COVID has left its marks here. some parts of the hotel are a little neglected, but really only a small portion of the hotel. the gym is maybe in need of the most love.

Lovely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with a stunning pool, good cafe and lovely garden and fish ponds. The location was perfect for us, close to the river, from which came an occasional nice cool breeze, and walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was very good, but not outstanding. The staff were super friendly, helpful and competent.

The bathroom facilities are starting to show their age as was the floating wooden floor in the room, but they were fine and serviceable. Our stay was very, very comfortable. We would definately return to this resort without hesitation.

I absolutely love my stay here. I intended on staying two nights but ended up staying five. The rooms were immaculately clean and very well designed. Great aesthetic. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful with lots of lounges and umbrellas. The staff were just wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and chef. I am incredibly gluten intolerant so was unable to eat a lot the buffet food. Instead they happily cooked me a separate delicious breakfast every morning. It was very thoughtful and delicious. It was a great location, not far from old town and very close to the river. The room with the bathtub was so so good! Highly recommend.

We initially booked this hotel for 4 nights but we added an extra night. It is very well located. If you are thinking of going to the Hoi An Memories show it is right across the street. From the hotel, you can easily reach old town walking by the river in 10 minutes and then come back to this quiet hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and suggested many activities and restaurants. They booked tours, private cars and massages for us. The rooms were big and the restaurant/buffet facing the pool was very pleasant.

Loved the motel, it was in a great location, not too close to the hustle and bustle of town and easy walking or borrow the free bikes from the hotel. The staff were exceptional, David "not his real name" who worked both the bar and the kitchen was awesome, looked after my family for drinks at the swim up bar. Breakfast was great, don't expect Michelin star , but it has everything you need to start the day. Omelet bar fresh fruit and coffee etc, all fresh and lovely. The pool was awesome and you can't really hear any traffic from the front, we will definitely be booking again.

The family rooms are not in a nice part of the hotel and the 2nd single bed was so hard you would not be able to sleep on it Luckily I was able to pay a small bit extra and upgrade to 2 separate rooms - would not have been happy if my children weren’t old enough to be on their own though - if you stay here ask to be put in the building by the pool

Breakfast was amazing I had fresh fruit every day and then they cooked an omelette for me. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day out and staff in attendance at swim up bar. Car picked us up from airport. Had laundry done in 8 hours.

Need to keep fresh pool towels available. Maybe more cereal choice for breakfast and a coffee machine. Larger cups/mugs in breakfast station. Individual butter packs in an ice bowl.

The room was HUGE and beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the pool was amazing and perfect for swimming. The koi ponds were beautiful and carefully maintained. The breakfast was just ok, but it was included so no complaints at all. Rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi worked well.

I would have liked to use the bathtub but the hot water didn't work long enough to fill it sufficiently to be able to take a bath, so it was just there for decoration and unusable.

A really well priced, well laid out hotel within walking distance to town along the riverside path.Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, and water. The pool was a very welcome reprieve from the humidity and heat. Free bicycles were great, we biked all over HoiAn and out to the beach, took alleys, paths and side roads off the beaten track. Great way to see the city and places you wouldn't normally go. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here. Staff are super super helpful and friendly

Liked everything

Rooms very spacious and clean. Pool was very nice, and pool bar was also excellent. It was only a 10-15m walk to Old Town, or a 3min ride on Grab. We even caught a boat to old town from river over the road. Also some nice restaurants nearby.

Racketball courts next door could be heard from around 5am. Breakfast was basic but did the job.
