This a very pleasant hotel situated by the river Thu bon.Its about a 20 minute walk to the Old town. The rooms are light,airy, and spacious, with excellent housekeeping daily👌 The staff led by Lisa😊 to include Tina,Alice.Anna, and Me and others are a very professional, friendly and attentive staff team. So welcoming, ensuring a lovely stay. One of the best staff team we have encountered in many years of travelling. Breakfast is good. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend 👌

Everything! The staff were kind and helpful. The room they placed me in was beautiful! High ceilings with a giant bathtub (it is all about the tubs for me) and a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was onpoint with slight variations every day. The eggs to order were great. The staff assisted me in setting up day trips, a river cruise and a motorbike cruise, and my departing car. The spa! I must have gone every day. A great little resturaunt next door, the Boat Riverside. The hotel is also a bit outside of the hussle of town so it is quiet, something of high value here in vietnam. Close enough to walk or bike, far enough to sleep easy.

Leaving! You know it is a good spot when you feel a bit teary eyed as you wave goodbye to the staff who saw you off.

The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely riverside views from the balcony. Great selection of food for breakfast and, on our day of departure, we were given a thoughtfully chosen packed breakfast for our journey.

It was great having free access to the hotel bikes but they could do with better maintenance (brakes, tyres etc). There were leaflets about tours available in reception but an information folder in the rooms about things to do in/around Hoi An would have been a bonus.

Great breakfast, lovely pool, lovely staff, nice river view & balcony, quiet.

Thought the location was closer to old town, quite a long walk ended up getting a taxi to and from every day. Spa expensive. Laundry prices expensive (got mine done a fraction of the price from the locals next door). It was nice but overall I would probably stay somewhere more central next time for the same price if not cheaper

Mrs. Lisa Pham and Mr. Le Van Vu were amazing! the service, the smiles, etc... they made our stay so wonderful. Mrs. Lisa Pham is the manager and she does a great job helping from booking Grab, to organizing different tours, finding places to buy certain food we wanted. always so attentive. Mr Le works in the restaurant. From the buffets in the morning to serving us dinner and making the best Vietnamese Iced Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, the man is always smiling and always on cue to make our experience that much more amazing. The pool is amazing and clean.

the housecleaning did a great job for the daily clean towels and water bottles but my bedsheet had a bloodstain from day 1 until I checked out 12 days later.

Room and bathroom were a good size. Plenty of pressure on the shower heads. Wardrobe with enough hangers, a safe, robes and slippers. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table overlooking the area and the pool. All the staff were incredible, so helpful and kind. Made us feel very welcome. We loved that we could use the free shuttle to the Old Town if we did not feel like walking (20 min.) Also made good use of the free bikes.

Even though there was plenty to choose from for breakfast, it was the same every day. Not really a negative but would have liked some different toppings for toast.

I had an absolutely lovely stay here. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious – I especially enjoyed the baguette, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. I have a very sensitive stomach but had no issues with their food at all, which says a lot about the quality. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the shower was amazing – one of the best I’ve had during my trip. I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the river - it was wonderful. Overall an amazing stay with lots to enjoy!

The pool looked very inviting, but unfortunately, there was ongoing construction next door (not the hotel’s fault), which made it hard to relax by the pool. I also tried the massage service. The massage itself was good and the masseuse was skilled, but the experience felt a bit less luxurious due to the lack of ambient music – something that’s usually standard in nearby massage places. It’s a small detail though.

The property is nice and close to the lantern festival and by the river which kept things nice and cool. It was nice and quiet at night and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of old town however super easy walk to go shopping. The staff at Lantana Riverside is outstanding!!! They were always there ready to assist with anything you might need. Many of them are now considered friends and we look forward to seeing them again. A team must always have a great leader and Lisa, the Front of House Manager personifies that! She too went out of her way to make our stay the absolute best! One thing that I loved was that she would book and arrange anything that we needed saving us time and effort doing it ourselves! The prices she got us were always reasonable and fair. Tipping is not essential or expected but graciously accepted if you insist on giving one 😎. I would also like to mention Vietnam as a whole is VERY SAFE for travellers! We found ourselves walking around at night with zero concerns! Vendors, restaurant owners etc will offer their place of business to you, and happily accept the no given rather continue to berate or hassle you like other places we have travelled. WE WILL RETURN!!!

I believe the hotel has plans for an electronic lock installation in the near future. They have individual keys which do offer plenty of security but we and hotel management agree it is time to step it up in the near future when they are not so busy.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. All staff had amazing English skills which was a bonus for us Aussie travellers. Special thanks to Anna who was lovely to myslef and my travelling companion. The services offered by the hotel were great. Helped us organised transport and activities whilst we stayed with them. The room was spectacular, cleaned daily and very well. We will be back next time we stay in Hoi An

Booked to stay 2 nights, and was so impressed we stayed an extra 6 nights. We loved absolutely everything about our stay . After 3 weeks of travelling Vietnam, this would have to be the best. There is so much to love here, beautiful staff that treat you like family. Breakfast was amazing. Lisa and everyone of the staff are so genuinely warm and friendly, forever smiling and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and was spotlessly cleaned by the friendly cleaners. The bed was so comfortable, just like being at home. Worth being a couple klms from the ancient city as the tranquillity was worth it, so quiet. My husband utilised the SPA and said that the masseuse was the best he ever had. We can't wait to return another time.

Honestly can not think of any negatives.
